本发明的目的在于提供一种可应用于运动服的凉感棉纺织品的生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的棉纺织品存在的问题。

S1:对亚麻进行脱胶处理;
S2:对棉纤维以及亚麻进行抗菌预处理;

S4:经开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、气流纺纱后制得混纺吸排纱线;
S5:制备超凉感纱线;
S6:将超凉感纱线和混纺吸排纱线交织成双面网眼针织面料。
优选的,超凉感纱线和混纺吸排纱线混纺比为:超凉感纱线含量(百分比)40%-45%,混纺吸排纱线55%-60%。

6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可应用于运动服的凉感棉纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:抗菌整理剂包括如下重量份的组分:枯草杆菌素12份、多粘菌素E13份、活性纳米氧化锌5份、金刚藤提取物13份、蜂胶乙醇溶液14份、纳米银铜负载POSS基树脂27份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可应用于运动服的凉感棉纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述棉纤维、亚麻和吸湿排汗纤维的质量比为(40-45):(20-25):(15-35)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可应用于运动服的凉感棉纺织品的生产工艺,其特征在于:吸湿排汗纤维的截面为发散状的星形结构。
