As shown in fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the invention discloses a pluggable card socket module applied to an electronic device, where the disclosed card socket module includes a key module, a card socket contact 100, and a first circuit board 200.
The key module is arranged at the first end of the first circuit board 200 and is electrically connected with the first circuit board 200, and when the electronic device is provided with the card seat module, a user can control functions of the electronic device, such as switching, volume adjustment and the like by pressing the key module.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the socket contact 100 is disposed on the first circuit board 200, and the socket contact 100 is electrically connected to the first circuit board 200, and when a Card is disposed on the socket Module, the Card can be electrically connected to the first circuit board 200 through the socket contact 100. The socket contacts 100 may be soldered to the first circuit board 200 by means of a solder paste. When the electronic device is equipped with the card socket module, the card socket contact 100 can transmit the card information to the electronic device, so that the electronic device can realize functions of communication, internet surfing, storage and the like.
The second end of the first circuit board 200 is provided with a first electrical interface, and when the electronic device is equipped with the card socket module, the first circuit board 200 can be electrically connected with the second circuit board 800 of the electronic device through the first electrical interface, so that the card socket module can realize corresponding functions. In particular, the first electrical interface may be a contact, a flexible electrical connector or a plug, etc.
As can be seen from the above, in the card socket module disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the card may be directly disposed on the card socket contact 100 of the card socket module, and when the card socket module is inserted into the electronic device, the card may be electrically connected to the second circuit board 800 of the electronic device through the card socket module.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment disclosed by the invention, the key module and the card seat contact 100 are arranged on the first circuit board 200, so that the card seat module not only can be used for assembling cards, but also can be used for controlling the functions of electronic equipment such as switching and volume adjustment through the key module, and further the card seat module can be used for multiple purposes. In this way, the functions of the key module and the assembly card can be realized simultaneously only by opening one opening 710, and compared with the conventional electronic equipment in which a plurality of openings 710 are required to realize the functions of the key module and the assembly card, the electronic equipment disclosed in the embodiment of the invention can undoubtedly reduce the number of the openings 710, so that the waterproof and dustproof effects of the electronic equipment are better, and meanwhile, the appearance performance of the electronic equipment is better.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the card socket module may further include a bracket 300, the bracket 300 may be disposed on the first circuit board 200, specifically, the bracket 300 may be soldered on the first circuit board 200 by a patch, and meanwhile, the bracket 300 may be covered on the card socket contact 100, so that a card accommodating space is formed between the bracket 300 and the card socket contact 100, and the card may be disposed in the card accommodating space. Under this kind of circumstances, can make the installation of card more stable to thereby can prevent to make the card can't realize being connected with first circuit board 200 and be connected because the card produces the skew in the installation thereby, finally make the card can be all the time with first circuit board 200 electric contact well.
Certainly, the number of the formed card accommodating spaces may be one or multiple, in the case that the number of the card accommodating spaces is one, one card may be disposed in the card holder module, in the case that the number of the card accommodating spaces is multiple, at least two cards may be disposed in the card holder module, in this case, the number of the supports 300 may be multiple, and the multiple supports 300 may be covered on the card holder contact 100 at intervals, so that multiple card accommodating spaces are formed between the supports 300 and the card holder contact 100; the number of the holder 300 may also be one, and a plurality of accommodating spaces may be provided at intervals on one holder 300, and the holder 300 may be covered on the card holder contact 100, so that a plurality of card accommodating spaces are formed between the holder 300 and the card holder contact 100, and thus at least two cards may be provided in the card holder module. In a specific implementation mode, the number of the card accommodating spaces can be two, so that the electronic equipment can realize the functions of dual cards and dual standby.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the key module may include a side key 400 and a contact switch 500, specifically, the contact switch 500 may be electrically connected to the first circuit board 200, and meanwhile, the contact switch 500 and the side key 400 may be disposed opposite to each other. When the electronic device is equipped with the card socket module, a portion of the side key 400 may be exposed on the outer surface of the housing 700 of the electronic device, so that a user can control functions of the electronic device, such as switching, volume adjustment, and the like, by pressing the side key 400, thereby facilitating the use of the user.
The contact switch 500 can feed back information that the user presses the side key 400 to the first circuit board 200, thereby controlling functions of the electronic device such as switching, volume adjustment, and the like. When the user presses the side key 400, the side key 400 can slide relative to the first end of the first circuit board 200, and then can be matched with the contact switch 500, so as to control the contact switch 500, and finally the contact switch 500 can realize the function of the side key 400.
In this case, the side key 400 may be in direct contact with the contact switch 500, thereby achieving the transmission of the pressure. In this case, when the user presses the side key 400, the contact switch 500 may be triggered by the side key 400, thereby controlling functions of the electronic device, such as switching and volume adjustment. However, when the pressing force of the user is too large, the contact switch 500 is easily damaged by the large pressing force, and therefore, the side button 400 and the contact switch 500 may be connected by the elastic member 600, and the elastic member 600 may play a certain role in buffering. Specifically, when the user presses the side key 400, the pressure may trigger the contact switch 500 through the elastic member 600, and when the user's pressing force is too large, due to the elastic action of the elastic member 600, a part of the pressure may be removed through the elastic member 600, so that the pressure applied to the contact switch 500 is small, and finally the contact switch 500 may be prevented from being damaged. Of course, the elastic member 600 also serves to reset the side key 400.
Of course, the specific structure of the elastic member 600 may be various, for example, the elastic member 600 may be a spring, and may also be a telescopic rod. In a more preferable embodiment, the elastic member 600 may be a spring sheet, and the spring sheet can better transmit the pressure to the contact switch 500 than an elastic member of other structures, so as to prevent the contact switch 500 from being subjected to a smaller pressure due to a smaller pressing force of the user.
Further, in an alternative embodiment, the number of the elastic members 600 may be two, and the two elastic members 600 may be symmetrically distributed on two sides of the side key 400, such that the pressure applied to the contact switch 500 is relatively balanced, and the contact switch 500 can better feed back the pressure information of the side key 400.
In the embodiment disclosed in the present invention, the connection manner between the side key 400 and the elastic member 600 may be various, and in an optional scheme, one end of the elastic member 600 and the side key 400 may be connected by insert molding, specifically, one end of the elastic member 600 may be disposed at a predetermined mounting position, and then plastic may be injected for molding, thereby completing the connection between the elastic member 600 and the side key 400. By connecting the elastic part 600 in this way, the connected assembly is firmer, so that the service life of the card seat module can be prolonged.
In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly, in another alternative, the side button 400 may be provided with an installation groove 410, one end of the elastic member 600 may be connected to the side button 400 through the installation groove 410, and during a specific assembly process, one end of the elastic member 600 may be installed in the installation groove 410 by pressing the elastic member 600. This makes the elastic member 600 easier to assemble, thereby reducing the manufacturing and assembling time. Of course, a catching portion may be provided at an end of the elastic member 600, and when one end of the elastic member 600 extends into the mounting groove 410, the catching portion can catch the mounting groove 410, thereby preventing the elastic member 600 from falling off.
Accordingly, the other end of the elastic member 600 may be connected to the contact switch 500 in various ways, and the other end of the elastic member 600 may be fixed to the contact switch 500 by soldering so as not to affect the operation of the contact switch 500.
Based on the card socket module disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment of the present invention also discloses an electronic device, and the disclosed electronic device includes a housing 700, a second circuit board 800 and the card socket module described in the above embodiment.
The housing 700 is a peripheral component of the electronic device, the housing 700 can provide a mounting position for other components of the electronic device, the housing 700 has an inner cavity and an opening 710 communicating with the inner cavity of the housing 700, and the card socket module can extend into the inner cavity of the housing 700 through the opening 710, so that the mounting is realized.
The second circuit board 800 is disposed in the inner cavity of the housing 700, and when the card socket module extends into the inner cavity of the housing 700 through the opening 710, the first circuit board 200 of the card socket module is electrically connected to the second circuit board 800, specifically, the second circuit board 800 is disposed with a second electrical interface, and the first electrical interface of the first circuit board 200 is electrically connected to the second electrical interface of the second circuit board 800. In a specific working process, when the card socket module extends into the housing 700 through the opening 710, and when a user presses the key module, pressure information fed back by the key module can be transmitted to the second circuit board 800 through the first circuit board 200, so that the second circuit board 800 controls functions of the electronic device, such as switching, volume adjustment, and the like. Meanwhile, when the card is disposed on the card socket contact 100, information on the card can be transmitted to the second circuit board 800 through the first circuit board 200, so that the electronic device can implement functions such as communication, internet access, storage, and the like. The second circuit board 800 may be a main board or a sub-board of the electronic device.
Of course, the first electrical interface and the second electrical interface may be contacts, and when the card socket module extends into the inner cavity of the housing 700 through the opening 710, the second end of the first circuit board 200 and the second circuit board 800 may be electrically connected through contact.
In addition, at least one of the first electrical interface and the second electrical interface may be a flexible electrical connector, and the first circuit board 200 and the second circuit board 800 may be electrically connected by the flexible electrical connector.
Further, in an optional embodiment, one of the first electrical interface and the second electrical interface may be the male plug 810, and the other may be the female plug 210, when the card socket module extends into the inner cavity of the housing 700 through the opening 710, the male plug 810 is electrically connected with the female plug 210 in a plugging manner, so that the second end of the first circuit board 200 is electrically connected with the second circuit board 800. In this way, the electrical connection between the card socket module and the second circuit board 800 is stable, and the card socket module can be firmly mounted in the electronic device through the male plug 810 and the female plug 210.
In the electronic device disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate a user to press the key module, when the card socket module extends into the inner cavity of the housing 700, the surface of the key module opposite to the first circuit board 200 may be higher than the outer surface of the housing 700, so that the user can press the key module easily, and at the same time, this way may also facilitate the user to detach the card socket module, specifically, when the card needs to be replaced or installed, the user may extend the card socket module out of the housing 700 by pulling the portion of the key module protruding from the outer surface of the housing 700.
Certainly, in order to make the appearance performance of the electronic device better, the surface of the key module, which is opposite to the first circuit board 200, and the outer surface of the housing 700 may be coplanar, so that the appearance performance of the electronic device is not affected, and meanwhile, the grip performance of the electronic device can be better. Under this condition, the surface of the key module, which is opposite to the first circuit board 200, may be provided with an ejector pin hole, so that the card holder module may be moved out of the casing 700 through an ejector pin, thereby enabling to replace a card or install a card.
The electronic equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader, wearable equipment and the like. Of course, the electronic device may also be other devices, and the specific kind of the electronic device is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
