Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a seal ring 100 as viewed from the right side, fig. 2 is a perspective view of the seal ring 100 as viewed from the left side, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the seal ring 100 at a-a, fig. 4 is a schematic view of a sealed state of the seal ring 100, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, the seal ring 100 of the present embodiment has a ring shape, for example, various closed ring shapes such as an annular shape and an elliptical ring shape, and a known material such as rubber can be selected as a material of the seal ring 100. For convenience of description, a portion of the outer ring 101 located at an upper portion of the seal ring 100 is referred to as "upper side", a portion of the inner ring 102 located at an upper surface of the seal ring 100 is referred to as "lower side", a side located at one end in the axial direction of the seal ring 100 as a main seal surface 103 is referred to as "left side", a side located at the other end in the axial direction of the seal ring 100 as a mounting surface 104 of the seal ring 100 is referred to as "right side", and a cross-sectional portion of the seal ring.
The body 110 is provided with a first wall portion 120 extending to the upper side of the body 110, a second wall portion 130 extending to the upper side of the body 110 is provided on the left side of the first wall portion 120, a first groove portion 140 is provided between the first wall portion 120 and the second wall portion 130 in the left-right direction, the top surface of the first wall portion 120 is higher than the top surface of the second wall portion 130, for example, the top surface of the first wall portion 120 is higher than the top surface of the second wall portion 130 by a distance H, which can be designed according to actual needs. Although the first wall portion 120 extends upward of the body 110 in the view of the body 110 (i.e., the cross section of the seal ring 100) in fig. 4, the first wall portion 120 is also annular in shape in the view of the entire seal ring 100 (see fig. 1 and 2). Similarly, the second wall portion 130, the first groove portion 140, and various technical features described below are all annular in shape when viewed from the entire seal ring 100.
The first wall portion 120 serves as a primary sealing surface 103, and a surface 301 to be sealed is bonded to the first wall portion 120 when the seal ring 100 is attached. Since the first groove 140 is provided between the first wall 120 and the second wall 130, when a liquid such as water infiltrates into the upper surface of the seal ring 100 (the outer ring 101 of the seal ring 100), the water flows into the first groove 140 along the first wall 120, flows down along the first groove 140, and is discharged from the seal ring 100 (see fig. 2), and does not cross the first wall 120, so that the first groove 140 can form a first drainage line of the seal ring 100. In addition, since the top surface of the first wall portion 120 is higher than the top surface of the second wall portion 130, when the water in the first groove portion 140 is excessive, the water is drained after passing over the second wall portion 130, and therefore the second wall portion 130 forms a second drainage line of the seal ring 100, and the water can be effectively prevented from penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the first wall portion 120 is curved, so that when the sealing ring 100 is pressed, the first wall portion 120 can be spread sufficiently, so that the first wall portion 120 can be sufficiently attached to the surface 301 sealed by the sealing ring 100.
In an alternative embodiment, the side surface 141 of the first groove 140 adjacent to the first wall 120 is arc-shaped, so that when the sealing ring 100 is pressed, the first wall 120 can be expanded sufficiently in the direction opposite to the surface 301 sealed by the sealing ring 100, and in addition, liquid, such as water, flows along the first wall 120 to the first groove 140, and then flows down the first groove 140 to be discharged from the sealing ring 100. Further, a side surface 142 on the side where the first groove 140 and the second wall 130 are adjacent to each other is a flat surface parallel to the vertical direction of the body 110. By providing the side surfaces 142 of the first groove portion 140 and the second wall portion 130 adjacent to each other as a flat surface, the difficulty of water flowing over the second wall portion 130 can be increased, and water can be prevented from flowing over the second wall portion 130 to some extent.
In an alternative embodiment, a third wall portion 150 is provided on the left side of the second wall portion 130, the third wall portion 150 extends toward the left side of the main body 110, and the third wall portion 150 is lower than the top surface of the second wall portion 130 in the up-down direction of the main body 110. Here, the left side surface 151 of the third wall portion 150 is used as the mounting surface 104 of the seal ring 100, and when the seal ring 100 is mounted, the left side surface 151 of the third wall portion 150 and the mounting groove 220 of the seal ring 100 are attached to each other, thereby preventing water from penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100 through the mounting surface 104 of the seal ring 100. In addition, since the third wall part 150 is lower than the top surface of the second wall part 130 in the vertical direction of the body 110, the third wall part 150 and the second wall part 130 form a step 105 in the vertical direction, and when the seal ring 100 is mounted, a gap 201 is formed between the step 105, the third wall part 150 and the mounting groove 220 of the seal ring 100, so that the gap 201 between the third wall part 150 and the second wall part 130 in the vertical direction can be used as a third drainage prevention line, and water entering the gap 201 from the first groove part 140 over the second wall part 130 flows out along the gap 201, thereby further preventing the water from seeping into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100 through the left side surface 151 of the third wall part 150.
In an alternative embodiment, a fourth wall 160 is provided on the lower side of the third wall 150, the fourth wall 160 extends toward the left side of the body 110, and a second groove 170 is provided between the fourth wall 160 and the third wall 150 in the vertical direction. In addition, the left side surface 151 of the third wall part 150 and the left side surface 161 of the fourth wall part 160 are flush. Here, similarly, the left side surface 161 of the fourth wall 160 is used as the mounting surface 104 of the seal ring 100, and when the seal ring 100 is mounted, both the left side surface 151 of the third wall 150 and the left side surface 161 of the fourth wall 160 are attached to the mounting groove 220 of the seal ring 100, thereby further preventing water from penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100 through the mounting surface 104 of the seal ring 100. Further, since the second groove portion 170 is provided between the third wall portion 150 and the fourth wall portion 160, even if water seeps through the left side surface 151 of the third wall portion 150, the water enters the second groove portion 170 and flows out along the annular second groove portion 170. Thus, the second groove portion 170 can serve as a fourth drainage line to prevent water from penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100 via the left side surface 161 of the fourth wall portion 160.
Thus, in the seal ring 100 of the present embodiment, since a plurality of drainage lines are provided between the outer ring 101 and the inner ring 102, water can be effectively prevented from penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100, and the sealing function of the seal ring 100 can be greatly improved.
In an alternative embodiment, a fifth wall portion 180 is provided on the lower side of the first wall portion 120, extending toward the lower side of the main body 110, and the fifth wall portion 180 is arc-shaped, so that when the sealing ring 100 is pressed, the fifth wall portion 180 can be spread out sufficiently, so that the fifth wall portion 180 can be attached to the surface 301 sealed by the sealing ring 100 sufficiently. By providing the fifth wall portion 180, water can be prevented from penetrating through the surface 301 sealed by the first wall portion 120 and penetrating into the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100. In order for the first wall portion 120 and the fifth wall portion 180 to simultaneously sufficiently conform to the surface 301 to be sealed by the seal ring 100, the right side surface 181 of the fifth wall portion 180 is flush with the right side surface 121 of the first wall portion 120.
Further, a third groove 190 is provided between the fifth wall 180 and the first wall 120 in the vertical direction. By providing the third groove 190, not only is it convenient for the first wall 120 and the fifth wall 180 to be fully expanded on the surface 301 to be sealed, but the third groove 190 can serve as a fifth drainage line and can flow out along the annular third groove 190 after water seeps through the right side surface 121 of the first wall 120.
In order to further smoothly spread the first wall portion 120 and the fifth wall portion 180 in the vertical direction on the sealed surface 201, the side surface 191 on the side where the third groove portion 190 and the first wall portion 120 are adjacent and the side surface 192 on the side where the third groove portion 190 and the fifth wall portion 180 are adjacent are arc-shaped.
Fig. 5 is an exploded view of part of the components of the LED display panel, fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view of a mounting structure of the sealing ring 100 on the LED display panel, and the waterproof sealing structure of the LED display panel having the sealing ring 100 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
The LED display screen comprises a shell 200 and a power supply box 300, wherein an LED lamp panel 210 is arranged on the shell 200, a first electrical connector 211, such as a male end of a power supply connector or a signal transmission connector, is connected to the LED lamp panel 210, a second electrical connector 310, such as a female end of the power supply connector or the signal transmission connector, is arranged on the power supply box 300, and the shell 200 is installed on the power supply box 300 so that the first electrical connector 211 can be inserted into the second electrical connector 310. The above-described seal ring 100 is provided between the case 200 and the power supply box 300, and after the case 200 and the power supply box 300 are attached to each other, the power supply box 300 and the case 200 sandwich the seal ring 100, the first wall portion 120 and the fifth wall portion 180 of the seal ring 100 are bonded as the main seal surface 103 to the surface 301 of the power supply box 300 to be sealed, and the third wall portion 150 and the fourth wall portion 160 of the seal ring 100 are attached to the case 200 as attachment portions. The first electrical connector 211 and the second electrical connector 310 are housed within the inner ring 102 of the seal ring 100.
Since the outdoor LED display screen is generally vertically installed, and it is difficult for water to enter into the power supply box 300 when various connectors, electrical components, etc. are received, water generally penetrates from above the entire LED display screen through the installation gap between the power supply box 300 and the housing 200, and enters into the power supply box 300 through the second electrical connector 310 installed in the power supply box 300. Therefore, by providing the seal ring 100 between the power supply box 300 and the housing 200 of the LED display panel, the connectable port is accommodated in the inner ring of the seal ring 100, and water and the like can be prevented from entering the space surrounded by the seal ring 100, for example, the housing 200 is provided with the mounting groove 220, the seal ring 100 is accommodated in the mounting groove 220, the first electrical connector 211 of the LED lamp panel 210 is inserted into the second electrical connector 310 of the power supply box 300, and then the power supply box 300 and the housing 200 are locked. Therefore, the electric connectors 211 and 310 of the LED display screen can be accommodated in the inner ring of the sealing ring 100, and the phenomenon that the short circuit is caused by water seepage of the connectors 211 and 310 is prevented.
In an alternative implementation, a drainage baffle 320 may be further disposed above the sealing ring 100, and the drainage baffle 320 may be disposed on the power supply box 300 or the casing 200, as long as the drainage baffle 320 is located above the sealing ring 100 after the power supply box 300 is mounted on the casing 200. By arranging the drainage baffle 320 above the sealing ring 100, water seeping from the upper side of the LED display screen along the mounting gap between the power supply box 300 and the casing 200 can be drained, and water directly entering the mounting groove 220 of the sealing ring 100 is greatly reduced, so that the situation that each drainage defense line of the sealing ring 100 is broken due to overlarge water amount can be prevented.
The various features described in the foregoing detailed description may be combined in any manner and, for the sake of unnecessary repetition, various combinations are not intended to be encompassed by the invention.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical solutions of the present invention and are not restrictive, and any modifications or equivalent substitutions which do not depart from the scope of the present invention should be included in the technical solutions of the present invention.
