Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an edible tubular product and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a naturally biodegradable composite edible tubular product and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biodegradable edible tubular products.
Background
With the development of the catering industry and the prevalence of disposable beverage straws, the disposable straw is more and more popular in use, and at present, the plastic straw has better flexibility, beauty, cheapness, strong durability and the like than the paper straw, so the paper straw is replaced by the colorful plastic straw and occupies almost all the application space of straw materials. Plastic straws are the most widely used straw products at present. The common disposable straws on the market are processed by plastics, most of the straws are made of Polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) as production raw materials or a few of straws are made of resin powder or PPT raw materials and chemical raw materials, and the straws have the defects that the straws are difficult to overcome:
⒈ the manufacturing process is added with various additives, which has certain toxic and side effects on human body, the straw is in direct contact with human mouth, which can affect human health, moreover, if the straw is used to suck hot beverage, the plastic straw can release toxic and harmful or carcinogenic substances, which can cause great harm to human body, the plastic straw is not easy to decompose after use, the combustion can generate a large amount of toxic and harmful gas, which can pollute the atmosphere, moreover, some children like to bite the straw, which is very unsafe and unhygienic;
⒉ since plastic is not easy to dissolve, many straws on the market are likely to be made of recycled waste plastic, and generate toxic substances to harm health when exposed to high temperature, or are made of inferior plastic or recycled plastic, and pigments may be used to cover impurities, and the color is more colorful, so the potential safety hazard is larger;
⒊ Plastic straws are not eyeful in resource recycling system and are easy to be discarded at will, people drink beverages with straws which are an indispensable daily life article in people's daily life, but the plastic straws have no biodegradability and can not be decomposed in nature, and the straws become garbage which is not easy to be disposed after drinking, and the straws have serious pollution to the environment, are a main white pollution source, the pollution degree of the straws is second to plastic bags, and a large amount of waste straws can become a burden that the global environment can not be easily erased, and the straws have too small volume and can not be recycled, and the straws can not be disposed in a proper way, such as burning but polluting air, and most of straw garbage finally flows into rivers or oceans to become plastic wastes which affect ecology, and finally can enter into animals and human bodies through food chains, thereby causing great threat and damage to life health.
With the development of petrochemical industry, a large number of plastic products are used in the food packaging industry. Plastic products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and the like are difficult to degrade after being discarded, and cause serious pollution to the environment; in particular, carcinogenic substances such as VOC and plasticizers easily pollute food and affect the health of human bodies. The call for plastic inhibition of European countries is higher, for example, a few countries such as the United kingdom have started to legislatively inhibit the application of plastics in certain packaging fields, 8 months in 2018, and Chilean becomes the first country of the south America which can completely inhibit plastic;
in recent years, the circulation of plastic straws is forbidden by a plurality of large catering enterprises at home and abroad, and at present, the use of disposable plastic products is limited or even forbidden by the national and urban plans of some Europe and America, so that the enterprises are under pressure; the Jutou Xingbuck announced in the global coffee chain store completely banned the use of plastic straws in 2.8 ten thousand shops under the flag before the end of 2020, and the Seattle city of the Seattle headquarters forbids restaurants and coffee shops from 7 months and 1 day, so that offenders can pay penalty. In response to an action against the disposable plastic product; starbucks have also called for, because plastic straws can cause pollution to the sea, it is desirable that families do not use plastic straws which cannot be degraded;
the european union prohibits the use of plastic straws in member countries, while companies such as mcdonald (mcdonald are developing biodegradable straws and cups with integrated lids), teiagou and paulika have promised to stop using plastic straws step by step; many large companies in the food and beverage industry have promised to eliminate the use of plastic straws in the past year, as they are adapted to the desires and legislative changes of consumers;
accordingly, those skilled in the art have also proposed a number of environmentally friendly straw technologies.
At present, plastic straw substitutes exist on the market:
⒈ paper straw
For example, patent CN204363641U proposes a paper straw, wherein the straw body is made of paper, and a plurality of ring patterns are indented on one end of the straw, so that one end of the straw can be properly bent, and the straw is degradable and reduces environmental pressure due to the paper body; however:
① the environmental pollution is relatively large when paper is made, more environmental resources are consumed in the post-treatment stage, meanwhile, a large amount of wood resources are consumed, the forest area on the earth is increasingly reduced, and the environmental pressure is increased invisibly;
②, the paper is not waterproof, and chemical waterproof products need to be added, so that the potential safety hazard is great;
③ paper straws will "dissolve" or collapse;
④ the straw has high cost of raw materials and no cost advantage;
⒉ straw for plant and rice straw
For example, patent CN108342932A discloses a method for preparing a degradable straw beverage straw, which comprises mixing straw, food gum, glutinous rice flour and resin powder according to the weight ratio of 6.5: 2: putting the mixture into a stirrer according to the proportion of 1:0.5, and adding a waterproof agent for stirring; the mixed materials are placed into a die and then molded to form the degradable straw, and the finished product obtained by the method has certain hardness, better flexibility, good plasticity, water resistance and light straw fragrance, and is environment-friendly and safe in production and use; however:
① the preparation process is relatively complex, and the time of compost degradation is as long as 120 days, which is not favorable for wide popularization;
② break easily, and its own flavor can penetrate into the beverage;
③ the straw has high raw material collection cost and no cost advantage;
⒊ Metal straw
The metal suction pipe conducts heat, is easy to scratch and scald, has no cost advantage, consumes a large amount of metal resources, and consumes more environmental resources in a post-processing stage;
⒋ degradable straw made of polylactic acid
The environment-friendly biological material is prepared from a novel bio-based and renewable biodegradable material, has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in the nature under specific conditions after being used, finally generates carbon dioxide and water, does not pollute the environment, is very favorable for protecting the environment, is a well-known environment-friendly material, and is very stable; however:
① its thermal stability is bad, the degradable straw products including polylactic acid in the market at present, the heat resistance is bad, only can be used as cold drink straw, it can be used in the condition of low temperature;
② the straw has high cost of raw materials and no cost advantage;
③ need commercial compost degradation
The common degradable plastics are 60 ℃ according to the industrial compost standard, 25 ℃ or lower for home composting, the temperature can not be reached, the temperature and the humidity are not easy to control, basically, the degradable plastics can not be degraded in the natural environment, a commercial composting facility is needed, and no related facility exists at home; if the composting environment is not sufficient, the method is also changed into pollution;
⒌ edible environmental protection straw
The prior edible environment-friendly straw is usually prepared by taking starch, sugar or plant fiber as main raw materials, and chemical additives are added, but the straw is prepared by the following steps:
①, the straw has poor flexibility, no high temperature resistance, low mechanical strength, insufficient waterproof performance and poor taste, and can soften and decompose quickly after being absorbed by liquid, usually the phenomenon of softening, cracking or pasting can occur within about 10min, especially when the straw is applied to hot drinks, the straw is easy to absorb water and soften, even dissolve, and can not be used continuously, thus limiting the popularization and application;
② short shelf life;
③ the formulation and preparation process are complicated;
④ the straw has high cost of raw materials and no cost advantage.
Therefore, most of the environment-friendly straws appearing in the market are considered, and the environment-friendly straws cannot meet the requirements of safety, sanitation, convenience, environmental protection, low cost and the like. The research is still in the starting stage because of poor performance, insufficient mechanical strength, poor water resistance, poor antibacterial property, easy cracking, difficult long-term packaging, storage and use, high manufacturing cost, poor experience, serious operation pollution or high raw material cost and the like. Or other reasons, the popularization is not high in the broad-spectrum. At present, the method is not suitable for wide application.
In conclusion, although the harm of the plastic straw is known all over the world, the replaceable material is rare, the production process of the replaceable material is complex, and the preparation cost is high, so that the further popularization and use of the plastic straw are restricted; to date, little has been done commercially on a large scale or commercially in practice.
