Abstract
本发明公开一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,包括以下步骤:S1:备料:a.制备富硒添加剂:a1.按如下重量百分比组分称量原料:纳米硒15~20%、破壁富硒酵母8~12%、黄腐酸硒4~8%、包膜剂5~10%、余量为水;a2.将包膜剂溶解于15~40℃水中,再加入其余原料,以6000~10000rpm转速搅拌均匀,进行包膜处理,喷雾干燥;b.制备富硒有机肥;c.制备富硒叶面肥;d.制备生物农药;S2:整地、施肥、建垄;S3:种薯处理;S4:栽种及田间管理;S5:采挖土豆。本发明利用胶质包膜剂对硒进行包膜处理,显著提高硒的稳定性,缓释溶出硒元素,可通过调控富硒添加剂的不同用量,来培育出不同需求硒含量的土豆,富硒量高达32.7μg/kg。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及土豆种植技术领域,还涉及富硒农作物培育技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法。
背景技术
土豆,又名马铃薯、山药蛋、洋芋、洋山芋、洋芋头等,属茄科一年生草本植物,块茎可供食用,是全球第四大重要的粮食作物,仅次于小麦、稻谷和玉米。土豆块茎含有大量的淀粉,能为人体提供丰富的热量,且富含蛋白质、氨基酸及多种维生素、矿物质,尤其是其维生素含量是所有粮食作物中最全的,在欧美国家特别是北美,马铃薯早就成为第二主食。中国是世界土豆总产量最高的国家,年产量超过9000万吨。
硒是人体必需的微量元素,参与人体内多种含硒酶和含硒蛋白的合成;其中,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶,在生物体内催化氢过氧化物或脂质过氧化物转变为水或各种醇类,消除自由基对生物膜造成的氧化损伤,硒参与构成碘化甲状腺胺酸脱碘酶。硒还能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成,对多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用,其在机体内的中间代谢产物甲基硒醇具有较强的抗癌活性,同时,硒还具有减轻和缓解重金属毒性的作用。
我国72%的国土都属贫硒或缺硒土壤,长期摄入严重缺硒食品,必然会造成硒缺乏疾病。因此,如何培育富硒农作物已成为农业种植领域的研究热点,富硒食品种类呈现井喷式增长,如富硒大米、富硒玉米、富硒小麦、富硒西瓜、富硒桑葚、富硒橙子、富硒葡萄、富硒板栗、富硒萝卜、富硒牛大力、富硒罗汉果等,但现有富硒农作物培育方法,都是以无机硒、有机硒或纳米硒作为硒源直接加入各类肥料中,以富硒肥的形式进入土壤中,水溶性硒源极易流失,降低植物对硒的吸收率,同时,由于硒元素长期暴露在空气中,低价硒元素发生氧化反应,降低硒源的生物活性,尤其是纳米硒。因此,如何长久保持硒添加剂的生物活性、稳定性,提高农作物对硒的吸收率具有重要意义。此外,在农作物种植过程中,为了提高农作物产量和抗虫害能力,大量施用化肥及化学农药、抗生素等,化学药物的降解周期长,残留率高,长期食用,危害人体健康。
基于以上所述,本发明利用高生物活性、高稳定性的富硒添加剂种植富硒土豆,在种植过程中,不使用任何化肥、农药,绿色无公害,提高土豆的营养价值和安全性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:备料:
a.制备富硒添加剂:a.制备富硒添加剂:a1.按如下重量百分比组分称量原料:纳米硒15~20%、破壁富硒酵母8~12%、黄腐酸硒4~8%、包膜剂5~10%、余量为水;a2.将包膜剂溶解于15~40℃水中,再加入其余原料,以6000~10000rpm转速搅拌均匀,进行包膜处理,喷雾干燥后,得到富硒添加剂;
b.制备富硒有机肥:将有机底肥质量0.05~0.2%的富硒添加剂加入有机肥中,混匀即可;
c.制备富硒叶面肥:将有机底肥质量0.01~0.05%的富硒添加剂加入叶面肥中,混匀即可;
d.制备生物农药:d1:将除虫菊、皂角、艾蒿、厚朴、南蛇藤按2:1:3:2:1.5混合研磨粉碎后,加入50%乙醇溶液,控制固液比为0.1~0.5g/ml,95℃回流提取2次,每次提取3~6h,回收乙醇,合并回流液;d2:向所得回流液中添加其质量4~8%的桧柏油、其质量0.5~2%的苏云金杆菌和其质量1.5~3%的绿僵菌,搅拌分散后,即得生物农药;
S2:整地施肥:选择土质疏松肥沃、土层深厚、透气排水性良好、呈偏酸性的沙壤土,翻耕15~20cm,按100~150kg/亩的用量施加富硒有机肥、按15~20kg/亩的用量喷施生物农药400倍液,搅拌均匀,覆膜处理5d后,按80~90cm垄距、25~30cm垄高建垄;
S3:种薯处理:将脱毒种薯平铺1~2层,置于13~15℃散射光下,保持空气湿度为85~90℃,并每隔2~3d翻动一次,进行催芽,当芽长至0.5~1cm时,进行切块,切块过程,保证1~2个健壮芽眼,单个薯块重量为35~50g;
S4:栽种及田间管理:按120~150kg/亩的用量将种薯薯块栽种在垄的顶部,芽眼向上,并浇水至土壤湿度达80~85%,出苗至生长期,控制土壤湿度在60~75%,待土豆根株生长进入块茎形成期和块茎膨大期,分别按40~50kg/亩的用量追施1~2次富硒叶面肥、按8~10kg/ 亩的用量追施1~2次生物农药400倍液;
S5:采挖土豆。
优选的是,所述包膜剂包括海藻胶、魔芋胶、黄原胶、麦芽糊精中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述有机肥有机肥制备方法为:将动物粪便、糠醛渣、鱼骨粉、花生粕、草木灰、EM菌按5:2:1:2:2:0.003的质量比混合、堆垛发酵30~40d。
优选的是,所述叶面肥以水为基础液,由以下质量浓度原料制成:富硒添加剂0.4~1.2g/L、有机镁0.05~0.6g/L、有机锌0.3~1g/L、沼液 250~400ml/L、鱼骨粉15~30g/L。
优选的是,所述有机镁包括腐殖酸镁、黄腐酸镁、聚谷氨酸镁、醋酸镁中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述有机锌包括腐殖酸锌、黄腐酸锌、聚谷氨酸锌、聚天冬氨酸锌、醋酸锌中的一种或多种。
优选的是,所述绿僵菌为绿僵菌分生孢子,其含量为150-500亿孢子/克。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明利用胶质包膜剂对纳米硒源、微生物硒源、有机硒进行包膜处理,显著提高硒的稳定性,隔绝硒与外界接触,避免低价态的硒元素氧化变质,保证硒源的生物活性,由于包膜剂的保护作用,制出的富硒添加剂进入土壤中,被缓慢溶出释放,降低硒的流失率,显著提高硒肥的生物吸收率;此外,本发明富硒添加剂不含有无机硒,提高土豆食用安全性,无机硒具有较大的毒性,进入土豆植株体内中,若未被完全转化植物活性硒,食用后会引起中毒问题。
2)本发明通过施加富硒有机底肥、在块茎形成期和块茎膨大期追施富锌叶面肥,使土豆植株在生长全过程都能从根茎吸收积累锌,尤其是在块茎形成期和块茎膨大期,还能通过根、茎、叶三个部位吸收锌,为土豆营养物质转化及合成提供充足硒源,同时,富锌叶面肥中还含有有机镁和有机锌,显著增强土豆植株生长过程中的光合作用,镁元素是叶绿素的核心成分,锌元素是叶绿体内碳酸酐酶的重要合成部分,催化二氧化碳的水合作用,促进碳水化合物的转化,从而提高光合作用强度,镁还能大大促进作物对磷的吸收,促进作物生长酶的形成,进而促进作物维生素、碳水化合物、蛋白质及脂肪的形成。
3)本发明在土豆种植过程中,不喷施任何化学肥料、化学农药和抗生素,采用纯天然生物农药代替化学试剂,不存在化学残留问题,绿色无公害,虫菊、皂角、艾蒿、厚朴、南蛇藤、桧柏油、苏云金杆菌和绿僵菌复配的生物农药协同抗菌抗病毒杀虫,提高土豆亩产量。
4)本发明可通过调控富硒添加剂的不同用量,来培育出不同需求硒含量的土豆,富硒量高达32.7μg/kg。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1
一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:备料:
a.制备富硒添加剂:a.制备富硒添加剂:a1.按如下重量百分比组分称量原料:纳米硒20%、破壁富硒酵母10%、黄腐酸硒5%、黄原胶5%、余量为水;a2.将黄原胶溶解于30℃水中,再加入其余原料,以8000rpm转速搅拌均匀,进行包膜处理,喷雾干燥后,得到富硒添加剂;
b.制备富硒有机肥:将有机底肥质量0.05~0.2%的富硒添加剂加入有机肥中,混匀即可;所述有机肥有机肥制备方法为:将动物粪便、糠醛渣、鱼骨粉、花生粕、草木灰、EM菌按5:2:1:2:2:0.003 的质量比混合、堆垛发酵40d;
c.制备富硒叶面肥:将有机底肥质量0.01~0.05%的富硒添加剂加入叶面肥中,混匀即可;所述叶面肥以水为基础液,由以下质量浓度原料制成:富硒添加剂0.8g/L、黄腐酸镁0.2g/L、黄腐酸锌0.5g/L、沼液400ml/L、鱼骨粉30g/L;
d.制备生物农药:d1:将除虫菊、皂角、艾蒿、厚朴、南蛇藤按2:1:3:2:1.5混合研磨粉碎后,加入50%乙醇溶液,控制固液比为0.3g/ml,95℃回流提取2次,每次提取6h,回收乙醇,合并回流液;d2:向所得回流液中添加其质量6%的桧柏油、其质量1.5%的苏云金杆菌和其质量2%的绿僵菌,搅拌分散后,即得生物农药;所述绿僵菌为绿僵菌分生孢子,其含量为400亿孢子/克;
S2:整地施肥:选择土质疏松肥沃、土层深厚、透气排水性良好、呈偏酸性的沙壤土,翻耕20cm,按150kg/亩的用量施加富硒有机肥、按20kg/亩的用量喷施生物农药400倍液,搅拌均匀,覆膜处理5d后,按85cm垄距、25cm垄高建垄;
S3:种薯处理:将脱毒种薯平铺2层,置于15℃散射光下,保持空气湿度为85℃,并每隔3d翻动一次,进行催芽,当芽长至0.5~1 cm时,进行切块,切块过程,保证1~2个健壮芽眼,单个薯块重量为35~50g;
S4:栽种及田间管理:按120kg/亩的用量将种薯薯块栽种在垄的顶部,芽眼向上,并浇水至土壤湿度达80%,出苗至生长期,控制土壤湿度在60~75%,待土豆根株生长进入块茎形成期和块茎膨大期,分别按50kg/亩的用量追施2次富硒叶面肥、按10kg/亩的用量追施2 次生物农药400倍液;
S5:采挖土豆,土豆亩产量高达3850kg/亩,富硒量高达32.7μg/kg。

Claims (7)
1.一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:备料:
a.制备富硒添加剂:a1.按如下重量百分比组分称量原料:纳米硒15~20%、破壁富硒酵母8~12%、黄腐酸硒4~8%、包膜剂5~10%、余量为水;a2.将包膜剂溶解于15~40℃水中,再加入其余原料,以6000~10000rpm转速搅拌均匀,进行包膜处理,喷雾干燥后,得到富硒添加剂;
b.制备富硒有机肥:将有机底肥质量0.05~0.2%的富硒添加剂加入有机肥中,混匀即可;
c.制备富硒叶面肥:将有机底肥质量0.01~0.05%的富硒添加剂加入叶面肥中,混匀即可;
d.制备生物农药:d1:将除虫菊、皂角、艾蒿、厚朴、南蛇藤按2:1:3:2:1.5混合研磨粉碎后,加入50%乙醇溶液,控制固液比为0.1~0.5g/ml,95℃回流提取2次,每次提取3~6h,回收乙醇,合并回流液;d2:向所得回流液中添加其质量4~8%的桧柏油、其质量0.5~2%的苏云金杆菌和其质量1.5~3%的绿僵菌,搅拌分散后,即得生物农药;

6.根据权利要求4所述一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,其特征在于,所述有机锌包括腐殖酸锌、黄腐酸锌、聚谷氨酸锌、聚天冬氨酸锌、醋酸锌中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种富硒无公害土豆的种植方法,其特征在于,所述绿僵菌为绿僵菌分生孢子,其含量为150-500亿孢子/克。
