一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3‑二甲基‑2,4‑嘧啶二酮0.1~0.5份,受阻酚型抗氧剂0.01~0.06份,烷烃聚合物0.1~1份,硬锌0.1~0.7份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.1~0.7份,阴离子型层状化合物0.1~0.5份,增滑剂0.1~0.6份,碳酸钙1~1.6份。本发明所述的热稳定剂在加工过程中,能有效的延后PVC发生降解的时间,并且热稳定性能前后期浮动幅度较小,稳定性效果较好。并且本钙锌热稳定剂能增强PVC熔体的流动性,降低熔体的黏度,降低PVC塑化时间,在保证PVC热稳定性的同时,兼具有润滑的作用,实用性更好。另外,本发明在加工过程中能更好地提高PVC的拉伸强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钙锌热稳定剂,尤其是一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,属于稳定剂技术领域。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC),凭借其价格低廉和优良的特性,如耐酸碱腐蚀、机械强度高、阻燃等特点被广泛用于各种领域,如工农业生产的薄膜、管材、型材等等。虽然PVC优点很多,但也存在热稳定性差的缺点。在PVC树脂加工中,硬质PVC的加工温度在180℃左右,软质PVC的加工也需要较高的温度。当温度升高到140℃左右时,PVC树脂即发生降解,释放出HCL气体,同时由原始的白色变为黄色,继续加深可变为黑色,失去了塑料原有的物理和化学性质,使其不再具有实用价值。因此,在PVC加工过程中,必须添加热稳定剂等加工助剂,防止PVC在加工过程中发生降解,导致无法使用。PVC用热稳定剂种类繁多,主要有铅盐类、金属皂类(主要是钙锌盐)、有机锡类、有机热稳定剂类。但人类对环境安全及人体健康的关注,对PVC用热稳定剂提出了安全、环保等更高的要求,各国也出台相关政策禁止使用含重金属的PVC用热稳定剂(铅盐类)。有机锡类热稳定剂效果较好,但其价格昂贵,且部分热稳定剂有毒,因此,不能广泛使用。有机类热稳定剂研究较为热门,但目前的研究结果表明,其热稳定效果还不能与现有商业化的热稳定剂相媲美。金属皂类热稳定剂,特别是钙锌热稳定剂,由于其无毒、环保、价格适中、稳定效果良好等优点,逐渐成为热稳定剂中的主流产品。但目前的钙锌热稳定剂主要是硬脂酸钙/硬脂酸锌热稳定剂体系,其阴离子硬脂酸没有吸收氯化氢等功能,主要起到了润滑作用,因此,需要与其他辅助稳定剂协同使用,提高稳定性能。并且,对于PVC材料而言,由于其熔体粘度较大、成型加工性较差,使得润滑体系对于抗冲击强度也尤为重要。另一方面,熔体粘度过小也会使得物料不易于塑化,进而也会影响制品的抗冲击强度。因此,良好的润滑体系对于PVC的力学性能,特别是抗冲击强度尤为重要,并且对于制品的表面光洁度也有较大的改善作用。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的不足,本发明提供一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1~0.5份,受阻酚型抗氧剂0.01~0.06份,烷烃聚合物0.1~1份,硬锌0.1~0.7份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.1~0.7份,阴离子型层状化合物0.1~0.5份,增滑剂0.1~0.6份,碳酸钙1~1.6份。
优选的,所述的稳定剂的按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,受阻酚型抗氧剂0.02份,烷烃聚合物0.7份,硬锌0.3份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.3份,阴离子型层状化合物0.1份,增滑剂0.2份,碳酸钙1.28份。
优选的,所述的受阻酚型抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯中的任意一种。

本发明所述的热稳定剂在PVC加工过程的前后期浮动幅度较小,其稳定性效果更好。并且本钙锌热稳定剂能增强PVC分子链间的活动能力,使分子链间的相互作用力减小,因此PVC熔体的流动性能得到增强,能很好地降低熔体的黏度,降低PVC塑化时间。在保证PVC热稳定性的同时,兼具有润滑的作用,实用性更好。另外,本发明在加工过程中能更好地使PVC熔体形成分子链间的缠结,以增加分子链间的相互联接,从而提高PVC的拉伸强度。

下面将结合本发明中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清晰、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.01份,费托蜡0.1份,硬锌0.1份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.1份,水滑石0.1份,山东滑剂P600.1份,碳酸钙1份。所述的钙锌热稳定剂由上述材料配比混合制成。
实施例2
一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.5份,四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.06份,费托蜡1份,硬锌0.7份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.7份,水滑石0.5份,山东滑剂P600.6份,碳酸钙1.6份。所述的钙锌热稳定剂由上述材料配比混合制成。
实施例3
一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.02份,费托蜡0.7份,硬锌0.3份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.3份,水滑石0.1份,山东滑剂P600.2份,碳酸钙1.28份。所述的钙锌热稳定剂由上述材料配比混合制成。
实施例4
一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.02份,费托蜡0.7份,硬锌0.3份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.3份,水滑石0.1份,山东滑剂P600.2份,碳酸钙1.28份。所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂还包括辅助稳定剂,稳定剂和辅助稳定剂的重量份数比例为9:1,所述的辅助稳定剂为日本多元酸酯。所述的钙锌热稳定剂由上述材料配比混合制成。
实施例5
一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.02份,费托蜡0.7份,硬锌0.3份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.3份,水滑石0.1份,山东滑剂P600.2份,碳酸钙1.28份。所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂还包括辅助稳定剂,稳定剂和辅助稳定剂的重量份数比例为9:1,所述的辅助稳定剂为双季戊四醇多元酸酯。所述的钙锌热稳定剂由上述材料配比混合制成。
按重量份数称重,将100份PVC和6份热稳定剂配比混匀,分别制成样品1-1、1-2、1-3、1-4、1-5、1-6。并在实验炼塑机(160型)上以(190±2)℃开炼5min,拉出厚度为1.0mm的薄片,进行热稳定性实验和电导率实验。其中样品1-1、1-2、1-3、1-4、1-5所用的热稳定剂分别为实施例1~5所述的钙锌热稳定剂,样品1-6所用的热稳定剂为市面上常见的钙锌热复合稳定剂JCZ-711。
热稳定性实验:依据GB/T 9349-2002将试片切成15mm×15mm的正方形,在185℃的热老化实验箱内加热,每隔10min取出PVC试片,观察其颜色变化。实验所使用的设备:精密电子秤和热老化实验箱(401A型)。具体方法:将样品1-1、1-2、1-3、1-4、1-5、1-6分别裁取成规定尺寸的片,并分别称重,记为M。接着,再放入185℃热老化实验箱中,每隔10min取样观察样品颜色变化并记录重量,记为M1。通过颜色变化和计算失重率X确定试样的热稳定性情况,失算率X计算公式为:X=(M-M1)/M×100%。
如表1中的数据可以看出,前期(老化时间≤30min)热稳定性优劣顺序依次为:1-5、1、1=1-3=1-4、1-2、1-6。后期(老化时间30~70min)热稳定性优劣顺序依次为1-4、1-5、1-3、1-2、1-1、1-6。由图1可知,1-6的X值最大,1-5的X值最小,即本发明实施例5的稳定性最好,对比的钙锌热稳定剂的稳定性最差,而其它实施例的稳定性介于两者之间。并且在图1中也可看出,本发明实施例3~5所述的热稳定剂前后期浮动幅度较小,这说明当稳定剂处于实施例3~5的配比时,其效果最优,稳定性更好。

电导率实验:将加入稳定剂的PVC样品在180℃下进行热降解,过程中样品脱除的HCL用去离子水吸收,通过测定去离子水的导电率随时间的变化,得出PVC样品的降解程度。实验所用设备:数显恒温油浴锅(HH-SC)和电导仪(DDS-307)。具体方法:将样品1-1、1-2、1-3、1-4、1-5、1-6分别取2g切成2mm×2mm×1mm的PVC试片粒子置于平底式管中,先通氮气除去体系中的空气,将试管置于180℃油浴中,同时将连接管插入去离子水中,水浴温度25℃;将电极插入去离子水中,开始计时,记录去离子水电导随时间的变化规律,并绘制导电率变化曲线图。
去离子水导电率的变化曲线直接反应PVC受热降解释放HCL的速率变化,曲线中发生拐点变化对应的时间越长,即开始释放HCL的时间越长,其热稳定性越好,拐点后曲线的斜率体现出|PVC释放HCL速率的快慢。如图2所示,本发明的热稳定剂发生拐点的时间长于对比稳定剂的拐点时间;并且本发明实施例1~5所述的稳定剂拐点后曲线的斜率明显低于对比稳定剂的。这说明本发明的钙锌稳定剂的稳定性要优于市面上常见的热稳定剂。这一导电率趋势也与热老化颜色变化方向一致。
按重量份数称重,将100份PVC、40份增塑剂J288和6份热稳定剂配比混匀,分别制成样品2-1、2-2、2-3、2-4、2-5、2-6。并在实验炼塑机(160型)上以(165±2)℃开炼5min,拉出厚度为1.0mm的薄片,进行流变性能测试和力学拉伸性能实验。其中样品2-1、2-2、2-3、2-4、2-5所用的热稳定剂分别为实施例1~5所述的钙锌热稳定剂,样品2-6所用的热稳定剂为市面上常见的钙锌热复合稳定剂JCZ-711。
流变性能测试:利用转矩流变仪的混合装置来监测PVC熔体的熔化、凝胶特性和流变性,进而通过数据推动出PVC的塑化时间和溶体黏度情况。测试所用设备:转矩流变仪(RM200A型)。具体方法:按上述配比,在样品50g、温度185℃、转速35r/min的条件下分别测试样品2-1、2-2、2-3、2-4、2-5和2-6的流变性能。
由表2可知,本发明的钙锌热稳定剂样品的塑化时间皆小于对比热稳定剂的塑化时间。并且从扭矩数据可知,本发明的钙锌热稳定剂所受扭矩也低于对比样品,尤其是实施例5所述的钙锌热稳定剂。这是由于本热稳定剂能增强PVC熔体分子链间的活动能力,使分子链间的相互作用力减小,因此流动性能得到增强,从而降低熔体的黏度,降低PVC塑化时间。本发明的钙锌热稳定剂在保证PVC热稳定性的同时,还兼具有润滑的作用,实用性更好。

力学拉伸性能实验:采用LSM003塑料薄膜拉伸实验方法,将制好的PVC试片用标准裁刀标准哑铃型式样,按照GB/T 10404-2006塑料拉伸性能测定标准,在万能试验机上测试试片的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率。实验所用设备:电子万能材料试验机(CTM8010型)。具体方法:按上述配比,在不同塑炼时间下分别制成样品2-1、2-2、2-3、2-4、2-5和2-6,并将样品裁成标准哑铃型,放置在电子万能材料试验机上进行拉伸试验,拉瑟速率为200mm/min。
由表3可知,本发明的钙锌热稳定剂的试片的拉伸强度最高达24.30MPa,断裂伸长率为214.77%,且塑炼时间的延长对试片的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率影响不大,依旧可以保持较好的力学性能。另外,本实施例4~5所述的热稳定剂,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率要优于实施例1~3的,这是因为本发明采用的辅助稳定剂的相对分子质量较大。而相对分子质量越大越容易形成分子链间的缠结,增加分子链间的相互联接,这样PVC在受力时就会以网络结合方式整体去承受外力,从而提高强度。

Claims (7)
1.一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的热稳定剂按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1~0.5份,受阻酚型抗氧剂0.01~0.06份,烷烃聚合物0.1~1份,硬锌0.1~0.7份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.1~0.7份,阴离子型层状化合物0.1~0.5份,增滑剂0.1~0.6份,碳酸钙1~1.6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂的按重量份数由如下材料合成:1,3-二甲基-2,4-嘧啶二酮0.1份,受阻酚型抗氧剂0.02份,烷烃聚合物0.7份,硬锌0.3份,单甘油脂肪酸酯0.3份,阴离子型层状化合物0.1份,增滑剂0.2份,碳酸钙1.28份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的受阻酚型抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯或β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的烷烃聚合物为费托蜡。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的阴离子型层状化合物为水滑石。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂还包括辅助稳定剂,稳定剂和辅助稳定剂的重量份数比例为9:1。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种PVC管材用钙锌热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的辅助稳定剂为双季戊四醇多元酸酯或日本多元酸酯中的任意一种。
