Abstract
本发明公开了一种粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体和水性聚氨酯涂布液,具体涉及分散体及涂布液技术领域,无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的平均粒径为400~1500μm,固含量为10%~45%;无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体可制成水性聚氨酯涂布液,其固含量为9%~25%,原料重量份为无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体100份,增稠剂0.1~3份,润湿剂0.1~4份,消泡剂0.1~5份,余量为水。本发明旨在控制水性聚氨酯分散体颗粒的粒径大小,使水性聚氨酯分散体仅涂覆在手套外表面,而不渗入手套织物内,并使手套具有良好的柔韧性。本发明的水性聚氨酯涂布液,以保证其能够顺利成膜,且对环境友好,即使长期使用也无毒害。

技术领域
本发明属于分散体及涂布液技术领域,具体涉及一种粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体和水性聚氨酯涂布液。
背景技术
在工业场所,手套不仅需要提供防护功能,还应具有良好的抓握力。因此,工业常使用针织内衬手套,即先以天然或合成纤维缝制成手套内衬,再于外表面部分或全部涂覆各种功能的聚合物材料,以适用于不同的生产部门。市场常用的涂层聚合物有橡胶、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、丁腈橡胶以及其他聚合物材料。
橡胶是最早使用的手套涂层材料,具有价格低、抗切割、耐磨损性能良好的特点。但在制备过程中会释放有毒物质,且涂覆后手套较硬,不便于从事精细的手指活动。与此类似,聚氯乙烯为了提高柔韧性,在生产过程中使用大量增塑剂,如邻苯二甲酸酯类,其会引起激素失调,对人体产生危害。丁腈橡胶涂层手套经久耐用、价格合理、广受市场认可。但其制备过程繁琐,需对手套进行防水预处理、多次干燥、清洗等,因此,耗时长且产生大量废水。此外,丁腈橡胶涂层手套还会残余少量凝结剂和其他硫化组分,不宜用于食品和制药工业。聚氨酯涂层手套多使用有机溶剂进行湿法涂覆,该产品价格实惠,具有良好的耐久性、抗切割性等,但其需使用大量的有机溶剂,该类有机溶液剂易挥发至大气中或被排入河流,造成严重的环境污染,危害人体健康,且易燃易爆,危险性大。另外,与丁腈橡胶相似,有机溶剂湿法涂覆也需消耗大量的水进行清洗,且易残留微量的有机溶剂,引起皮肤过敏等问题,因此不宜用于食品、制药、汽车零部件制造和半导体等行业。综上所述,上述材料均不能同时满足性能和环保要求。
近年来,随着对环境保护和工人健康意识的不断加强,人们开始强烈要求在手套涂层行业中使用水性聚氨酯材料。水性聚氨酯分散体涂层工艺无需溶剂、凝结剂和清洗步骤,能够简化工艺,提高生产效率,减少用水,降低成本,并且不造成环境危害。
从行业现状来看,为溶解反应物(尤其是亲水扩链剂)和降低预聚体粘度,大部分水性聚氨酯分散体在生产过程仍使用了丙酮、丁酮、二甲基甲酰胺、甲基吡咯烷酮等有机溶剂,其仍存在环境污染问题,无法真正实现绿色环保。此外,虽然有一些关于针织手套用的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体(即生产加工过程中完全不使用有机溶剂)和水性处理剂的研究,但其仍存在一些技术问题。
一是如何根据手套涂层要求制备适宜的水性聚氨酯分散体产品。通常,配方成分不合理会导致水性聚氨酯分散体涂层手套的硬度较高,舒适度不佳。而合适的水性聚氨酯分散体可以在手套外表面形成弹性良好的涂层薄膜,赋予手套良好的手感,以使工人穿戴手套后获得舒适的体验。
二是如何使手套表面浸渍和涂布工艺平稳顺利地进行。如果水性聚氨酯分散体的粒径太小,则涂层在成膜前即先进入手套内部,导致外表面无法顺利成膜,此时,针织手套的内外表面都会因颗粒凝结而变得非常硬,导致手指不能灵活运动。当水性聚氨酯分散体颗粒粒径太大,则浸渍时难以对手套外表层进行完全包覆并形成均一的涂层。因此,需要开发一种技术将其颗粒粒径控制在适当范围内。
三是如何控制配方的各个组分,使其在不改变现有设备和工艺(如涂层薄膜干燥时间、料液温度,生产周期等)的情况下实现涂覆。水性聚氨酯涂布液需要向水性聚氨酯分散体中加入一些助剂(如增稠剂、消泡剂、着色剂、防滑剂和润湿剂等),用于浸渍手套形成涂层,其中的每一种组分都会直接影响涂层手套的最终性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,更具体的,本发明旨在控制水性聚氨酯分散体颗粒的粒径大小,使水性聚氨酯分散体仅涂覆在手套外表面,而不渗入手套织物内,使最终制得的涂层手套具有良好的柔韧性。此外,本发明还进一步优化了水性聚氨酯涂布液配方,以保证水性聚氨酯涂布液能够顺利成膜,且对环境友好,即使长期使用也无毒害。
为了达到以上目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种平滑手套涂布用粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,所述无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的平均粒径为400~1500 μm(微米),固含量为10%~45%,由以下物质反应制成,按重量份计,预聚体11~40份,中和剂0.2~2份,交联剂0.4~2份,余量为水(水=(预聚体+中和剂+交联剂)÷无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的固含量-(预聚体+中和剂+交联剂),以上单位均为重量),所述预聚体的NCO%为3~5.8%。
对水性聚氨酯分散体的固体颗粒粒径的控制有利于涂层膜的形成,使其只在手套表面成膜而不渗透。综合生产设备特点和需求,以使整个生产过程更为流畅便利,水性聚氨酯分散体的固含量优选为10%~45%。
水性聚氨酯分散体的制备方法为:(1)将含有亲水性基团的多元醇和异氰酸酯进行反应,制备制备NCO封端的预聚体,并用含有反离子基团的有机中和剂中和该预聚体。(2)将该预聚体分散于水中,并通过扩链剂(一般为二元胺)进行扩链,制得水性聚氨酯分散体。其中,预聚体的分子量是影响粘度的重要因素,本发明通过控制NCO%量来降低预聚体的粘度,在此过程中,二元醇或胺最终由NCO封端,可制得粘度相对低的预聚体。若NCO%降低,则预聚体的粘度将显著升高,高粘度的预聚体不利于后续的中和及分散过程。为了实现良好的分散,本发明严格控制了NCO%量,优选的NCO%为3~5.8%。
中和剂的用量是影响中和过程的关键因素,若中和剂的用量太少则分散不稳定;反之,若中和剂的用量太多,则会形成水溶性聚合物,而非分散体。
优选的,所述预聚体由以下物质反应制成,按重量份计,聚醚多元醇63~75份,小分子多元醇0~2份,亲水扩链剂2~6份,异氰酸酯23~35份。
用于制备预聚物的多元醇主要分为聚酯多元醇和聚醚多元醇。聚酯多元醇是通过二元羧酸和二元醇缩合而得,其中,二元羧酸选自己二酸、丁二酸、十二烷二酸、壬二酸、邻苯二甲酸酐、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸等;二元醇选自乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、新戊二醇、二甘醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、二丙二醇、三甘醇、三缩四乙二醇等。聚醚多元醇可选自聚氧乙烯醇、聚氧丙烯醇和聚四氢呋喃醇。本发明优选聚醚多元醇,以提高配方的稳定性和产品性能。同时,为制得粒径适宜的水性聚氨酯分散体,亲水扩链剂为2~6份。
优选的,所述聚醚多元醇的分子量为1000~4000,平均官能度为1.8~2.15。聚醚多元醇的分子量通常为400~10,000,优选1000~4000,平均官能度优选1.8~2.15,可使涂布液易于涂布成膜,并可提高手套涂层的柔韧性。
优选的,所述小分子多元醇包含乙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、丁二醇中的至少一种。
小分子多元醇可以是二元醇或者三元醇,优选小分子多元醇包含乙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、丁二醇中的至少一种。为了使手套拥有更好的使用效果,手套涂层不仅需要良好的柔软度,还需要一定的强度做支撑,通过所述小分子多元醇可更好的调节涂层的软硬度,使其达到平衡,获得较优的性能。
优选的,所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸中的至少一种。用于自乳化反应的亲水扩链剂通常为阴离子扩链剂和阳离子扩链剂。阴离子扩链剂可以是含有羧基或磺酸盐的化合物,优选二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸。阳离子扩链剂可以选自叔胺二元醇、二元胺,优选甲基二乙醇胺。可以增强体系的可分散性,帮助水性聚氨酯分散体实现较好的分散效果。
优选的,异氰酸酯包含异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为1:(0~0.7)。典型的用于制备预聚体的异氰酸酯包括芳香族异氰酸酯、脂肪族异氰酸酯和脂环族异氰酸酯或它们任意之间的混合物,如但不限于2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,α,α,α,α-四甲基二甲苯二异氰酸酯、1,5-萘基二异氰酸酯、3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-联苯二异氰酸酯、1,4-苯基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、4,4'-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯。本发明优选异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯以避免水性聚氨酯的黄变问题,同时,使用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物来制备预聚体。
优选的,所述中和剂为氢氧化钾、三乙胺、三丁胺中的任意一种。中和剂是将聚氨酯主链中共价键合的阴离子基团或阳离子基团转化成离子型盐,以实现自乳化过程。适用于阴离子基团的中和剂有无机碱类,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化锂,叔胺类,如三乙胺、三丁胺、N,N-二丙基乙胺、N,N-二正丁基乙胺、N,N-二乙基丙胺、N,N-二乙基丁胺等。本发明优选氢氧化钾、三乙胺、三丁胺,相容性较好,更适用于本配方体系。
优选的,所述交联剂为乙二胺、羟乙基乙二胺、哌嗪中的任一种。常用的交联剂为多胺类,如肼、乙二胺、哌嗪、二亚乙基三胺、2-(2-氨基乙基氨基)乙醇、1,6-己二胺、三亚乙基四胺,四亚乙基五胺,五亚乙基六胺、N,N,N-三(2-氨基乙基)胺、N-(2-哌嗪基-乙基)乙二胺、N,N'-双(2-氨基乙基)哌嗪、N,N,N'-三(2-氨基乙基)乙二胺、N-[N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙基]-N'-(2-氨基乙基)哌嗪、N-(2-氨基乙基)-N'-(2-哌嗪基-乙基)乙二胺、N,N-双(2-氨基乙基)-N-(2-哌嗪基-乙基)胺、N,N-双(2-哌嗪基-乙基)胺、胍、三聚氰胺、N-(2-氨基乙基)-1,3-丙二胺、3,3'-二氨基联苯胺、2,4,6-三氨基-嘧啶、二亚丙基三胺、四亚丙基五胺、三亚丙基四胺、N,N-双(6-氨基-己基)胺、N,N'-双(3-氨基丙基)乙二胺、2,4-双(4'-氨基苄基)苯胺、1,4-丁二胺、1,8-辛烷二胺、1,10-癸烷二胺、2-甲基五亚甲基二胺、1,12-十二烷二胺、异佛尔酮二胺,双(4-氨基环己基)甲烷等。为优化水性聚氨酯分散体的颗粒粒径,本发明优选乙二胺、羟乙基乙二胺和哌嗪。
一种水性聚氨酯涂布液,所述水性聚氨酯涂布液的固含量为9%~25%,由以下原料组成,按重量份计,本发明所述的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体100份,增稠剂0.1~3份,润湿剂0.1~4份,消泡剂0.1~5份,余量为水(水≈(无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的重量×无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的固含量)÷所述水性聚氨酯涂布液的固含量-(无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的重量+增稠剂的重量+润湿剂的重量),以上单位均为重量)。
其中,常用的增稠剂为丙烯酸基、酰胺基、氨基甲酸酯基和纤维素聚合物,可以根据需求选择单独或混合使用。增稠剂的用量主要影响和控制水性聚氨酯涂布液的粘度,而粘度是影响手套涂层质量的关键因素。若水性聚氨酯涂布液的粘度太低如小于400 cps,则附着到手套表面的固体颗粒的量会减少,不能充分成膜。若水性聚氨酯涂布液的粘度非常低,其会渗入针织手套中,则浸渍过程中水性聚氨酯分散体颗粒和水的流速难以拉开。且小颗粒的水性聚氨酯分散体很容易渗进手套内部,致使手套手感变硬。因此,对粘度的合理控制,可以在浸渍过程中拉大水和水性聚氨酯分散体固体颗粒的渗入流速差,使固体颗粒只在手套外表面凝结成膜,这有利于在形成良好的薄膜涂层。同样,若粘度超出一定的范围,亦不利于成膜。实验结果表明,水性聚氨酯涂布液的粘度应当小于800 cps。如果粘度超过800 cps,则会造成涂层表面不平滑,或无法形成均匀涂层。而且,水性聚氨酯分散体颗粒与手套表面的粘合性会变差,表面涂层的厚度会变高,从而导致手套的佩戴感变差。因此,为了将粘度控制在合理范围内,本发明优选增稠剂的用量为0.1~3份。
润湿剂通常用于改善水性聚氨酯涂布液的稳定性,并有助于形成涂层薄膜。通常,采用阴离子乳化剂或非离子乳化剂为润湿剂,优选的,十二烷基硫酸钠、异丙基萘磺酸钠、双(十三烷基)磺基琥珀酸钠、4-月桂醇聚醚磺基琥珀酸酯二钠、硬脂酸铵、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、三油酸甘油酯等。可以根据需要单独或混合使用。润湿剂的用量亦大于0.1重量份,但也不能太多,若用量过多,大于4重量份,则会导致水性聚氨酯涂层薄膜与手套表面的粘合性变差。
消泡剂的作用是避免水性聚氨酯涂布液起泡,特别是消除涂层中的微小空隙和气泡。通常分为硅基型和非硅基型。当消泡剂的用量小于0.1重量份时,手套表面的涂层薄膜会产生针孔大的气泡。若消泡剂的用量大于5重量份,会产生不相容现象,导致涂层性能劣化。
水主要用来控制水性聚氨酯涂布液的浓度,同时,在特定的时间间隔内浸渍涂布的过程中,加水量的控制还会影响手套涂层的厚度,现有技术一般根据对水性聚氨酯分散体的固含量的要求来确定该过程中稀释用水的量。
不同的应用场合中人们对手套涂层的要求也各不相同。因此,可根据使用需求,向水性聚氨酯涂布液中加入其他助剂。如着色剂,以使手套织物的表面显示出不同的颜色效果。着色剂的种类较多,如阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型。着色剂亦可采用水性颜料,其与水性聚氨酯分散体有良好的相容性。着色剂的用量一般为0.1~2.5重量份
另外,还可以加入缓冲剂,以控制溶液的pH值;可混入防水剂,以赋予手套表面涂层防水特性;还可混入防滑剂,以提高涂层表面的防滑性能等。
上述助剂可以根据手套性能的要求单独或混合使用,用量亦根据需求而定。
涂布液的固含量太高,则会导致涂层较厚,手感差,不利于使用,而若固含量太低,则会导致涂层较薄,不能起到较好的保护作用,因此,本发明优选固含量为9%~25%。
本申请总体上的有益效果为:
(1)环境友好,无污染。本申请为无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,不使用任何溶剂,对环境无污染,对人体无刺激。
(2)简化工艺流程,节约水源和能源。本申请制备的过程中不使用任何溶剂,因此可省去生产过程中的水洗环节,减少废水的产生。
(3)可使表面浸渍和涂覆工艺平稳顺利地进行。本发明制备的水性聚氨酯涂布液,粒径可控,粘度适宜,可顺利成膜且使涂层具有良好的表面性能且无渗透。
(4)手套涂层具有较好的手感和粘结性。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
水性聚氨酯分散体的平均粒径采用马尔文MS3000粒度仪测得。
实施例1
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的63份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量1000、官能度1.92)、2份 2,2-二羟甲基丁酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将27份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到1#预聚体,NCO%为4%。
取11份1#预聚体,并向其中加入0.2份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入11.3份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将0.42份哌嗪和10份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得1#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为776μm,固含量为35%。
取100份1#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、1份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),130份水,搅拌均匀,制得1#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为17%。
实施例2
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的65份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量2000、官能度1.87)、1份1,4-丁二醇、3份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后以摩尔比1:0.44将16份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和8份4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,并缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到2#预聚体,NCO%为3%。
取20份2#预聚体,并向其中加入0.4份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入43份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将0.6份哌嗪和20份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得2#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1200μm,固含量为25%。
取100份2#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入0.1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、0.1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、5份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),62份水,搅拌均匀,制得2#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为15%。
实施例3
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的70份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量1000、官能度1.92)、2份1,4-丁二醇、4份 2,2-二羟甲基丁酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后以摩尔比1:0.25将29份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和8份4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,并缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到3#预聚体,NCO%为3.2%。
取25份3#预聚体,并向其中加入0.78份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入200份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将0.94份羟乙基乙二胺和40.5份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得3#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1125μm,固含量为10%。
取100份3#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入3份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、3份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、0.1份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),搅拌均匀,制得3#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为9%。
实施例4
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的75份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量2000、官能度1.87)、5份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后以摩尔比1:0.63将17份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和12份4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,并缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50℃,得到4#预聚体,NCO%为3.8%。
取30份4#预聚体,并向其中加入1.07份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入77.2份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.34份羟乙基乙二胺和20份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得4#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为840μm,固含量为25%。
取100份4#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、2份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、3份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛)、60份水,搅拌均匀,制得4#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为15%。

准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的68份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量2000、官能度1.87)、1.5份1,4-丁二醇、6份 2,2-二羟甲基丁酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后以摩尔比1:0.18将30份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和6份4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯混合,并缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到5#预聚体,NCO%为5%。
取37份5#预聚体,并向其中加入2份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入50份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.3份乙二胺和10份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得5#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为521μm,固含量为40%。
取100份5#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入0.1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛)、100份水,搅拌均匀,制得5#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为20%。
实施例6
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的74份聚醚二元醇(数均分子量2000、官能度1.87)、2.8份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将22份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到6#预聚体,NCO%为3.5%。
取45份6#预聚体,并向其中加入1.7份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入100份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1份乙二胺和43份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得6#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为985μm,固含量为25%。
取100份6#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、0.1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛)、63份水,搅拌均匀,制得6#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为15%。
实施例7
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的平均官能度为1.85的混合聚醚多元醇(27份数均分子量2000的聚醚二元醇,40份数均分子量3000的聚醚二元醇)、0.95份乙二醇、2.8份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将28.5份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到7#预聚体,NCO%为5.5%。
取40份7#预聚体,并向其中加入1.08份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入32份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.49份乙二胺和20份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得7#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为412μm,固含量为45%。
取100份7#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛)、75份水,搅拌均匀,制得7#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为25%。
实施例8
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的平均官能度为1.8的混合聚醚多元醇(26份数均分子量1000的聚醚二元醇,38份数均分子量4000的聚醚二元醇)、1.89份二乙二醇、2.3份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸、1.3份 2,2-二羟甲基丁酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将33.49份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到8#预聚体,NCO%为5.8%。
取40份8#预聚体,并向其中加入1.3份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入100份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.08份乙二胺和71.7份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得8#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1310μm,固含量为20%。
取100份8#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),63份水,搅拌均匀,制得8#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为12%。
实施例9
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的平均官能度为1.89的混合聚醚多元醇(34份数均分子量1000的聚醚二元醇,37份数均分子量3000的聚醚二元醇)、2份二丙二醇、3.3份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将35份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到9#预聚体,NCO%为4.6%。
取40份9#预聚体,并向其中加入1.97份三丁胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入100份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.46份乙二胺和29份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得9#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1498μm,固含量为25%。
取100份9#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),63份水,搅拌均匀,制得9#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为15%。
实施例10
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的平均官能度为1.8的混合聚醚多元醇(42份数均分子量2000的聚醚二元醇,28份数均分子量4000的聚醚二元醇)、0.6份乙二醇、0.6份二丙二醇、2.7份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将25.8份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到10#预聚体,NCO%为5%。
取40份10#预聚体,并向其中加入0.54份氢氧化钾,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入100份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.35份乙二胺和67.6份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得10#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1350μm,固含量为20%。
取100份10#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),63份水,搅拌均匀,制得10#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为12%。
实施例11
准备1L的三口烧瓶,安装搅拌器、温度计、氮气保护和温控装置。将干燥后的平均官能度为2.15的混合聚醚多元醇(42份数均分子量2000的聚醚二元醇,33份数均分子量3000的聚醚三元醇)、1.2份乙二醇、3.5份 2,2-二羟甲基丙酸加入烧瓶中,加热至110 ℃,搅拌速度110~120 rpm。待预混物熔融后,降温至70 ℃。然后将35份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯缓慢加入反应烧瓶中,并保持反应温度为80~90 ℃。最后,当预聚体的NCO%达到理论值后,立即温度降至40~50 ℃,得到11#预聚体,NCO%为4.7%。
取40份11#预聚体,并向其中加入1.09份三乙胺,反应10 min,进行中和。再向反应烧瓶中加入100份水,400~500 rpm搅拌15 min。将1.27份乙二胺和27份水的混合物加入反应烧瓶中进行扩链反应,反应时间不低于20 min。制得11#水性聚氨酯分散体,平均粒径为1100μm,固含量为25%。
取100份11#水性聚氨酯分散体,加入1份增稠剂(RM12W,罗门哈斯)、1份润湿剂(BYK333,毕克化学)、2份消泡剂(Airex 902W,赢创德固赛),63份水,搅拌均匀,制得11#水性聚氨酯涂布液,固含量为15%。
实施例12
对本发明实施例1~11#样品的水性聚氨酯涂布液进行涂布及成膜性能测试,结果见表1。
涂布和测试方法:
将针织手套的指状部分浸入水性聚氨酯涂布液中3s,再将其放在85℃的烘箱中干燥20 min。观察膜面成型状况、膜面平滑程度、粘结性及涂饰剂渗入情况。

Claims (7)
1.一种粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的平均粒径为400~1500 μm,固含量为10%~45%;所述无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的原料配方是由如下重量比的各组分组成:
预聚体 11~40份;
中和剂 0.2~2份;
扩链剂 0.4~2份;
水 余量;
其中,所述预聚体的NCO%为3~5.8%,所述预聚体的原料配方是由如下重量比的各组分组成:
聚醚多元醇 63~75份;
小分子多元醇 0~2份;
亲水扩链剂 2~6份;
异氰酸酯 23~35份;
无溶剂聚氨酯分散体的制备方法为:(1)将含有亲水性基团的亲水扩链剂、聚醚多元醇、小分子多元醇和异氰酸酯进行反应,制备NCO封端的预聚体,并用含有反离子基团的中和剂中和该预聚体;(2)将该预聚体分散于水中,并通过扩链剂进行扩链,制得无溶剂聚氨酯分散体;所述聚醚多元醇的分子量为1000~4000,平均官能度为1.8~2.15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述小分子多元醇包含乙二醇、二乙二醇、二丙二醇、丁二醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸、二羟甲基丁酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯包含异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和4,4-二苯基亚甲基二异氰酸酯的摩尔比为1:(0~0.7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述中和剂为氢氧化钾、三乙胺、三丁胺中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为乙二胺、羟乙基乙二胺、哌嗪中的任意一种。
7.一种包含权利要求1-6任一项所述的粒径可控的无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体的水性聚氨酯涂布液,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯涂布液的固含量为9%~25%,包含以下原料,按重量份计为:
无溶剂型聚氨酯分散体 100份;
增稠剂 0.1~3份;
润湿剂 0.1~4份;
消泡剂 0.1~5份;
水 余量。
