Abstract
一种壳体,包括金属基体及依次形成于该金属基体表面的粘结层与树脂薄膜,该金属基体、该粘结层及该树脂薄膜通过冲压成型处理后共同形成有一容纳腔,该容纳腔内通过注塑形成有该壳体所需的内部构件,所述内部构件形成于所述树脂薄膜上。本发明还提供一种上述壳体的制备方法及应用该壳体的电子装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体、该壳体的制备方法及应用该壳体的电子装置。
背景技术
随着现代电子技术的不断进步和发展,电子装置取得了相应的发展,同时消费者们对于产品外观的要求也越来越高。由于金属壳体在外观、机构强度、散热效果等方面具有优势,因此越来越多的厂商设计出具有金属壳体的电子装置来满足消费者的需求。
但是,当壳体仅由金属构成时,该电子装置的质量较重,导致该电子装置的握持感较差。其次,需采用计算机数字控制机床 (Computer Numerical Control,CNC)对该金属壳体进行加工,从而于该金属壳体内部切削出复杂的内部结构。该CNC处理过程耗时较长,并产生较多的金属废料,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供多种壳体的制备方法及由该方法制得的复合体。
一种壳体,包括金属基体及依次形成于该金属基体表面的粘结层与树脂薄膜,该金属基体、该粘结层及该树脂薄膜通过冲压成型处理后共同形成有一容纳腔,该容纳腔内通过注塑形成有该壳体所需的内部构件,所述内部构件形成于所述树脂薄膜上。
一种壳体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一金属基体;
于该金属基体的表面形成一粘结层;
于该粘结层上放置一透明的树脂薄膜后采用紫外光照射该树脂薄膜以使该粘结层固化;
对该形成有粘结层与树脂薄膜的金属基体进行冲压成型处理从而形成一容纳腔;
于该容纳腔内注塑塑料,从而于该树脂薄膜上形成该壳体所需的内部构件。
相较于现有技术,该壳体的制备过程中,无需使用CNC对金属基体进行切削以形成壳体所需的内部构件,而是采用注塑的方式于金属基体内表面的树脂薄膜上形成内部构件,不仅金属资源,还使得该壳体具有金属外观、质量较轻的优点。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明第一较佳实施例的电子装置100,可以是但不限于为手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)、平板电脑。所述电子装置100包括壳体10及装设于该壳体10上的本体30。
可以理解的,所述电子装置100还可包括电池(未图示)及电路板(未图示)。该电池设置于该本体30上,并与该电路板电性连接。
图2为图1所示电子装置一较佳实施方式壳体的示意图,图3 为图2所示壳体的沿Ⅲ~Ⅲ线的剖示图。参图2和图3,所述壳体 10包括金属基体11及依次形成于该金属基体11表面的粘结层13 及树脂薄膜15,所述粘结层13位于所述金属基体11与树脂薄膜15 之间。该树脂薄膜15通过该粘结层13与该金属基体11牢固连接。该树脂薄膜15及该粘结层13均具有与该金属基体11相匹配的形状。
所述金属基体11的厚度可为0.4~0.8mm。所述金属基体11的材质可为不锈钢、铁、铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、钛、钛合金、镁或镁合金等。
所述粘结层13的材质可为紫外光固化漆,其厚度可为 0.05mm~0.1mm。该粘结层13具有较佳的韧性。
所述树脂薄膜15的材质可为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)或聚乳酸(PLA)。该树脂薄膜15的厚度可为0.05mm~0.2mm。该树脂薄膜15具有较佳的韧性。
形成有粘结层13与树脂薄膜15的金属基体11通过冲压成型处理后发生变形从而形成该壳体10所需的形状。由于树脂薄膜15及粘结层13均具有较佳的韧性,且树脂薄膜15通过粘结层13与金属基体11牢固结合,使得树脂薄膜15及粘结层13在该金属基体11 发生变形时也会发生变形,并在变形过程中牢固粘合于金属基体11 的表面,从而形成与金属基体11发生变形后相匹配的形状。该金属基体11、粘结层13及树脂薄膜15发生变形后共同形成有一容纳腔 111。
所述容纳腔111中通过注塑成型处理形成有若干壳体10所需的内部结构(未图示)。所述内部构件形成于该树脂薄膜15上。
所述内部构件的材质可为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(ABS)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚对苯二甲酸1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)等。
本发明第一较佳实施例的壳体10的制备方法主要包括如下步骤:
提供一金属基体11。该金属基体11的厚度可为0.4~0.8mm。该金属基体1的材质可为不锈钢、铁、铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、钛、钛合金、镁或镁合金等。该金属基体11可呈薄片状。
采用印刷等方式于该金属基体11的一表面形成一粘结层13。该粘结层13可为紫外光固化漆,其厚度可为0.05mm~0.1mm。
提供一透明的树脂薄膜15。所述树脂薄膜15的材质可为聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或聚乳酸(PLA)。该树脂薄膜15的厚度可为0.05mm~0.2mm。该树脂薄膜15具有较佳的韧性。
将该透明的树脂薄膜15放置于该粘结层13上后,采用紫外光照射该透明的树脂薄膜15,紫外光穿过该透明的树脂薄膜15后照射到该粘结层13的表面,以使该粘结层13固化。该紫外光照射的时间可为5~20秒。该树脂薄膜15可通过该粘结层13与该金属基体11牢固连接。
对该形成有粘结层13与树脂薄膜15的金属基体11进行冲压成型,以使该金属基体11发生变形,从而形成该壳体10所需的形状。由于树脂薄膜15与粘结层13均具有较佳的韧性,且树脂薄膜15 通过粘结层13与金属基体11牢固结合,使得树脂薄膜15与粘结层 13在该冲压成型的过程中也会发生变形,并在变形过程中牢固粘合于金属基体11的表面,从而形成与金属基体11发生变形后相匹配的形状。该金属基体11、粘结层13及树脂薄膜15发生变形后共同形成有一容纳腔11。
将所述经冲压成型处理后的金属基体11放置于一模具(未图示) 中,调节模温为140~145℃,射出温度为250~275℃,射出压力为 1300~1700bar,射速为85~105mm/s。于所述模具中注射熔融的塑料,并于1350~1450bar的压力下保压1~2秒,从而于该容纳腔11中形成该电子装置100所需的内部结构(未图示)。所述内部构件形成于该树脂薄膜15上。
所述内部构件的材质可为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯 -丁二烯共聚物(ABS)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚对苯二甲酸1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)等。
相较于现有技术,该壳体10的制备过程中,无需使用CNC对金属基体11进行切削以形成壳体10所需的内部构件,而是采用注塑的方式于金属基体11内表面的树脂薄膜15上形成内部构件,不仅金属资源,还使得该壳体10具有金属外观、质量较轻的优点。
Claims (10)
1.一种壳体,包括金属基体、粘结层与树脂薄膜,所述粘结层位于所述金属基体与树脂薄膜之间,该金属基体、该粘结层及该树脂薄膜通过冲压成型处理后共同形成有一容纳腔,该容纳腔内通过注塑形成有该壳体所需的内部构件,所述内部构件形成于所述树脂薄膜上。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述金属基体的厚度为0.4~0.8mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述粘结层的厚度为0.05mm~0.1mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述树脂薄膜的材质为聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚乳酸。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述树脂薄膜的厚度为0.05mm~0.2mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述金属基体的材质为不锈钢、铁、铝、铝合金、铜、铜合金、钛、钛合金、镁或镁合金。
7.如权利要求1所述的壳体,所述内部构件的材质为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚苯硫醚、聚酰胺、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚对苯二甲酸1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯。
8.一种壳体的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供一金属基体;
于该金属基体的表面形成一粘结层;
于该粘结层上放置一透明的树脂薄膜后采用紫外光照射该树脂薄膜以使该粘结层固化;
对该形成有粘结层与树脂薄膜的金属基体进行冲压成型处理从而形成一容纳腔;
于该容纳腔内注塑塑料,从而于该树脂薄膜上形成该壳体所需的内部构件。
9.如权利要求8所述的壳体的制备方法,所述金属基体、所述粘结层与所述树脂薄膜在该冲压成型处理过程中会发生变形,发生变形后的粘结层、树脂薄膜及金属基体形成该容纳腔。
10.一种电子装置,包括壳体及装设于该壳体上的本体,所述壳体为如权利要求1-7任一项所述的壳体。
