Further, with reference to fig. 5, it is assumed that the start strategy of the day is to start the transportation track a, the transportation track B, and the transportation track C, and start the robot 1, the robot 2, and the robot 3; it should be noted that the sorting equipment may correspond to a plurality of transportation tracks, specifically, the robot 1 corresponds to the transportation track a and the transportation track B, the robot 2 corresponds to the transportation track B and the transportation track C, and the robot 3 corresponds to the transportation track C; scanning a preset bar code identification on a current product to be sorted, obtaining product information of the current product to be sorted, matching the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the same day to obtain sorting information of the current product to be sorted, and sending a sorting instruction generated according to the sorting information to the robot 1 when a track identification contained in the sorting information corresponds to the transportation track A so that the robot 1 sorts the current product to be sorted to the transportation track A.
Continuing the above description, further, if the track identifier included in the information to be sorted corresponds to the transportation track B, the sorting instruction generated according to the sorting information is sent to the robot 1 or the robot 2, so that the robot 1 or the robot 2 sorts the current product to be sorted to the transportation track B. It should be noted that, if the track identifier included in the information to be sorted corresponds to the transportation track C, the instruction generated according to the sorting information is sent to the robot 3, so that the robot 3 sorts the current product to be sorted to the transportation track C.
Still referring to fig. 5 for explanation, the transportation tracks correspond to the sorting equipment one by one, and it is assumed that the starting strategy of the day is to start the transportation track a and the transportation track B, and start the robot 1 and the robot 2, where the robot 1 corresponds to the transportation track a and the robot 2 corresponds to the transportation track B; scanning the preset bar code identification of the current product to be sorted, acquiring the product information of the current product to be sorted, matching the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the same day to obtain the sorting information of the current product to be sorted, and if the track identification contained in the sorting information corresponds to the transportation track B, sending a sorting instruction generated according to the sorting information to the robot 2 so that the robot 2 sorts the current product to be sorted to the transportation track B.
It should be noted that, by the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, it is ensured that each product is sorted to the correct transportation track by sorting each product generated on the same day, so as to avoid the occurrence of a fault caused by sorting the product to the wrong transportation track.
It should be noted that, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the start policy and the product diversion policy of the current day are generated according to the production order produced in the current day, according to the start policy, the energy consumption of the sorting system is minimized at the highest sorting efficiency, the sorting information of the product is determined by the product diversion policy, the sorting instruction corresponding to the sorting information is generated, and the sorting instruction is sent to the sorting equipment, so that the sorting equipment sorts the product to the corresponding transportation track, thereby ensuring that each product can be sorted to the correct transportation track, and avoiding the occurrence of a fault caused by sorting the product to the wrong transportation track.
Corresponding to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a product sorting apparatus, which is used to support the application of the product sorting method provided by the present invention in practice, the apparatus may be applied to a computer terminal or various computing servers, and a schematic structural diagram of the apparatus is shown in fig. 6, and specifically includes:
the scanning unit 601 is configured to scan a preset bar code identifier on a current product to be sorted when sorting a product produced on the same day, and acquire product information of the current product to be sorted, which is included in the bar code identifier;
a matching unit 602, configured to match the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the current day, so as to obtain sorting information of the current product to be sorted;
a sending unit 603, configured to generate a sorting instruction corresponding to the sorting information, and send the sorting instruction to a sorting device started according to a starting policy pre-generated on the current day;
a triggering unit 604, configured to trigger the sorting equipment to sort the current product to be sorted to a transportation track corresponding to the sorting instruction and started according to the starting policy, so as to complete sorting of the current product to be sorted.
In the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when products produced in the same day are sorted, the preset bar code identification on the current product to be sorted is scanned, and the product information of the current product to be sorted contained in the bar code identification is obtained; matching the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the current day to acquire the sorting information of the current product to be sorted; generating a sorting instruction corresponding to the sorting information, and sending the sorting instruction to sorting equipment started according to a starting strategy generated in advance on the current day; and triggering the sorting equipment to sort the current products to be sorted to a transportation track corresponding to the sorting instruction and started according to the starting strategy so as to finish sorting the current products to be sorted. According to the method and the device, the product information of each product to be sorted is obtained, corresponding sorting information is obtained in a preset product distribution rule according to the product information, a sorting instruction is generated according to the sorting information, and the sorting instruction is sent to sorting equipment, so that the sorting equipment sorts the current product to be sorted to a corresponding transportation track, and the sorting of the current product to be sorted is completed; in this way, each product can be sorted to the correct transport path, so that sorting faults caused by sorting of products to the wrong transport path are avoided.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the apparatus, the apparatus further includes:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the production order of the day and determining the total quantity of the products produced on the day, the product type of each product and a production line according to the production order;
and the first determining unit is used for determining the sorting equipment and the transportation track started on the same day according to the total quantity of the products, the product type of each product and a preset resource allocation rule, and generating a starting strategy containing the equipment identification of the sorting equipment and the track identification of the transportation track.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the apparatus, the apparatus further includes:
a second determining unit, configured to determine the transportation track corresponding to each product according to the product type and the production line of each product, and generate sorting information corresponding to each product, where the sorting information includes the product type of the product, the production line, and a track identifier of the transportation track corresponding to the product;
and the generating unit is used for generating a product distribution rule according to the sorting information of each product.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above apparatus, the triggering unit 604 may be configured to:
the triggering subunit is used for triggering the sorting equipment to analyze the sorting instruction so as to obtain a track identifier in the sorting instruction;
and the sorting subunit is used for determining the transportation track corresponding to the track identifier in the transportation tracks started on the current day and sorting the current products to be sorted to the transportation track corresponding to the track identifier.
In the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the above apparatus, the sending unit 603 may be configured to:
the analyzing subunit is used for analyzing the sorting information to acquire the track identification in the sorting information;
and the packaging subunit is used for packaging the track identifier according to an instruction packaging method corresponding to the sorting equipment to generate a sorting instruction containing the track identifier.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, the system or system embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments and therefore are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for related points. The above-described system and system embodiments are only illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. A method of sorting products, comprising:
when products produced on the day are sorted, scanning a preset bar code identifier on a current product to be sorted, and acquiring product information of the current product to be sorted, wherein the product information is contained in the bar code identifier;
matching the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the current day to acquire the sorting information of the current product to be sorted;
generating a sorting instruction corresponding to the sorting information, and sending the sorting instruction to sorting equipment started according to a starting strategy generated in advance on the current day;
and triggering the sorting equipment to sort the current products to be sorted to a transportation track corresponding to the sorting instruction and started according to the starting strategy so as to finish sorting the current products to be sorted.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the initiating the generation of the policy comprises:
obtaining a production order of the current day, and determining the total quantity of products produced on the current day, the product type of each product and a production line according to the production order;
according to the total number of the products, the product type of each product and a preset resource allocation rule, determining the sorting equipment and the transportation track started on the same day, and generating a starting strategy containing the equipment identification of the sorting equipment and the track identification of the transportation track.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the generating process of the product diversion rule comprises:
determining the transportation track corresponding to each product according to the product type and the production line of each product, and generating sorting information corresponding to each product, wherein the sorting information comprises the product type and the production line of the product and a track identifier of the transportation track corresponding to the product;
and generating a product distribution rule according to the sorting information of each product.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said triggering the sorting device to sort the current product to be sorted to a transportation track corresponding to the sorting instruction, activated according to the activation strategy, comprises:
triggering the sorting equipment to analyze the sorting instruction so as to obtain a track identifier in the sorting instruction;
and determining the transportation track corresponding to the track identification in the transportation tracks started on the current day, and sorting the current products to be sorted to the transportation track corresponding to the track identification.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein generating sorting instructions corresponding to the sorting information comprises:
analyzing the sorting information to obtain a track identifier in the sorting information;
and according to an instruction packaging method corresponding to the sorting equipment, packaging the track identifier to generate a sorting instruction containing the track identifier.
6. A product sorting apparatus, comprising:
the scanning unit is used for scanning a preset bar code identifier on a current product to be sorted when the product produced on the day is sorted, and acquiring product information of the current product to be sorted, wherein the product information is contained in the bar code identifier;
the matching unit is used for matching the product information with a product distribution rule generated in advance on the current day so as to obtain the sorting information of the current product to be sorted;
the sending unit is used for generating a sorting instruction corresponding to the sorting information and sending the sorting instruction to sorting equipment started according to a starting strategy generated in advance on the current day;
and the triggering unit is used for triggering the sorting equipment to sort the current products to be sorted to the transportation track which corresponds to the sorting instruction and is started according to the starting strategy so as to finish sorting the current products to be sorted.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the production order of the day and determining the total quantity of the products produced on the day, the product type of each product and a production line according to the production order;
and the first determining unit is used for determining the sorting equipment and the transportation track started on the same day according to the total quantity of the products, the product type of each product and a preset resource allocation rule, and generating a starting strategy containing the equipment identification of the sorting equipment and the track identification of the transportation track.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a second determining unit, configured to determine the transportation track corresponding to each product according to the product type and the production line of each product, and generate sorting information corresponding to each product, where the sorting information includes the product type of the product, the production line, and a track identifier of the transportation track corresponding to the product;
and the generating unit is used for generating a product distribution rule according to the sorting information of each product.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the trigger unit comprises:
the triggering subunit is used for triggering the sorting equipment to analyze the sorting instruction so as to obtain a track identifier in the sorting instruction;
and the sorting subunit is used for determining the transportation track corresponding to the track identifier in the transportation tracks started on the current day and sorting the current products to be sorted to the transportation track corresponding to the track identifier.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the sending unit comprises:
the analyzing subunit is used for analyzing the sorting information to acquire the track identification in the sorting information;
and the packaging subunit is used for packaging the track identifier according to an instruction packaging method corresponding to the sorting equipment to generate a sorting instruction containing the track identifier.
