Claims (15)
1. A water pump for a dishwasher, comprising:
the plastic package motor comprises a plastic package shell, a stator core, a stator winding and a rotor, wherein the stator core and the stator winding are plastically packaged in the wall of the plastic package shell, a mounting cavity is formed in the plastic package shell, the rotor is rotatably arranged in the mounting cavity, and a groove extending along the axial direction of the outer end face of the plastic package shell is formed in the outer end face of the plastic package shell;
the pump body is arranged on the plastic package shell and is in transmission connection with a rotor shaft of the rotor;
and one part of the heat dissipation fan blade is matched in the groove, the other part of the heat dissipation fan blade protrudes out of the outer end face of the plastic package shell, and the heat dissipation fan blade is connected with the rotor shaft so as to rotate along with the rotor shaft.
2. The water pump for the dish-washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic casing has a first end surface and a second end surface, the first end surface is provided with a first shaft hole, the second end surface is provided with a second shaft hole, one end of the rotor shaft passes through the first shaft hole to be in transmission connection with the pump body, the other end of the rotor shaft passes through the second shaft hole to be connected with the heat dissipation fan blade, and the groove is formed on the second end surface.
3. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the plastic housing is provided with heat dissipation holes communicating the recess and the mounting cavity.
4. The water pump for the dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the plastic-sealed motor further comprises two bearings, the bearings are mounted in the plastic-sealed housing, and two ends of the rotor shaft respectively penetrate through the two bearings.
5. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 4, wherein both of the bearings are located inside an outer end of the stator winding in an axial direction of the plastic housing.
6. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 4, wherein the bearing is integrally formed with the plastic housing by injection molding.
7. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the second end face is provided with an upper wind-shielding projection and a lower wind-shielding projection surrounding the groove and spaced apart in an up-down direction.
8. The water pump for the dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the outer end of the heat dissipation fan blade is flush with or located inside the upper wind-shielding boss and the lower wind-shielding boss in the axial direction of the plastic package housing.
9. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 7, wherein both ends of the upper wind-shielding boss are in the same horizontal plane and both ends of the lower wind-shielding boss are in the same horizontal plane.
10. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the heat dissipating fan blade comprises:
a central shaft connected to the rotor shaft;
a plurality of blades, a plurality of said blades along the circumference of center pin interval set up, every said blade along the axial extension of center pin.
11. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 10, further comprising a wind guide ring connected to the plurality of blades, respectively, and spaced apart from the central shaft.
12. The water pump for the dishwasher of claim 11, wherein the air guide ring extends obliquely in a direction away from the plastic package housing from inside to outside in a radial direction of the central shaft.
13. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 10, wherein each of the blades is provided with an escape notch provided at a junction of an inner end surface of the blade in a radial direction and an inner end surface of the blade in an axial direction.
14. The water pump for a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the heat-dissipating fan blade is a plastic member.
15. A dishwasher, characterized by comprising a water pump for a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 14.
