In this embodiment, a conference resource processing method is provided, and fig. 1 is a flowchart of a conference resource processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, receiving information for requesting to schedule a predetermined meeting, wherein the information carries: the method comprises the steps of meeting holding time, the number and the positions of terminals required to be accessed in a meeting, the number of terminals required to be interacted and the type of interaction;
step S104, determining that a first resource of a server needs to be occupied when a conference is carried out in time according to the information;
in an optional implementation manner, the number and the interaction type of the terminals that need to interact may be input by the conference creator, at this time, the number of terminals that need to occupy the resources of the server if speaking at the same time may be calculated according to the input number and type, then the number and the location of the access terminals that need to be accessed to the conference are calculated according to the number and the location of the terminals that need to occupy the server, and the sum of the two resources is used as the first resource that needs to occupy the server in the conference.
As a better way, sometimes the user creating the conference does not know how many terminals are required to access, nor does it know the number of terminals that need to interact. At the moment, conference types can be displayed on a software interface for conference arrangement for a user to select, wherein the first conference types are a large conference, a medium conference and a small conference, and the second conference types are a speaking conference and a discussion conference. After the user selects the two conference types, the number of joining terminals corresponding to the pre-configured large conference, medium conference and small conference is used as the number of terminals needing to join the conference. And if the conference is a presentation-type conference, taking a first percentage of the terminals needing to be added into the conference as the number of the terminals needing to be interacted, and if the conference is a discussion-type conference, taking a second percentage of the terminals needing to be added into the conference as the number of the terminals needing to be interacted. Wherein the first percentage is less than the second percentage.
For example, the user selects a large conference and a discussion-class conference, where the large conference defaults to 500 people, and the discussion-class conference defaults to 20% of the terminals speaking, and there are 100 terminals participating in the interaction.
In this embodiment, each person participating in the conference uses one terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) to participate in the conference, and if a plurality of persons use one mobile phone to participate in the conference, the terminal is determined.
Step S106, determining whether the resources left by the server are matched with the first resources according to the resources of the server occupied by the conference scheduled in the time slot before the information is received;
and step S108, in the case of matching, successfully creating the scheduled conference.
As an alternative embodiment, if the remaining resources do not match the first resources, the user may be prompted that the resources are insufficient for the time period. And, it can also judge which time section resource is enough to support the current meeting according to the scheduled meeting, and prompt the time section capable of supporting the current meeting to the meeting scheduler, and under the condition that the meeting scheduler uses the same time section for prompt, the scheduled meeting is successfully established in the time section for prompt.
As another optional embodiment, the conference creator may also be allowed to select the priority of the conference at the time of creating the conference, and if the priority of the conference is the highest priority, in the case of resource mismatch, a conference with the lowest priority is selected from the already scheduled conferences to cancel until the remaining resources are sufficient to support the conference with the highest priority this time.
For a cancelled meeting, the creator of the meeting may be notified. Or as a better selection mode, the type of the conference with the lowest priority can be adjusted from a video conference to an audio conference, so that the resources used by the conference are reduced. And notifying the creator of the conference of the adjusted type of conference.
As another preferred embodiment, a conference with the lowest priority can be cancelled without changing the type of the conference, and only the resources used by the conference with the low priority can be limited, so that smooth holding of the conference with the high priority can be ensured.
The determination of the priority of the meeting may be based on the permissions of the person creating the meeting and the persons participating in the meeting.
Or the priority of the conference may be determined based on the name of the conference and the level of the people participating in the conference.
A model may be trained, which is a model trained by machine learning, and the training data used are the name of the meeting and the participants of the meeting, as well as the corresponding level of the meeting. The inputs to the thus trained model are the name of the meeting and the participants of the meeting, and the output of the model is the level of the meeting. The model can be set on the conference server, and after the name and the participants of the conference are acquired, the level of the conference is directly output.
Through the steps, the resources occupied by the scheduled conference are considered when the conference is scheduled, and if the resources reserved by the server are enough for the conference, the conference is successfully scheduled, so that the problem that the scheduled conference occupied resources are not considered when the network conference is established in the related technology, the conference holding effect is possibly influenced, and the reasonability of the conference scheduling is improved.
