本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签,包括基板、显示屏、射频天线、射频芯片和驱动电路,基板上设置有手机感应区,射频天线设置于手机感应区的基板中;显示屏设置于基板上,用于显示消费者信息;射频芯片与射频天线相连接,射频芯片中存储有对消费者进行标识的ID编号。本发明的衣服定制标签,用户通过手机NFC或扫描二维码打开保存有消费者量体数据的复购网页,根据网页指示操作即可完成相应类型服装的“复购”,留存卡不仅相当于建立消费者与厂家之间的“纽带”,而且也充当了“业务员”的角色,增加了消费者对服装的重复定制,在增加厂家销售量的同时降低了促销成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可增加复购率的衣服定制标签及方法,更具体的说,尤其涉及一种留存卡上设置有消费者姓名和/或头像的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签及方法。
背景技术
根据消费者实际尺寸加工制作的服装,具有穿着起来得体、舒适的优点,这种服装的私人订制受到越来越多消费者的青睐。对于单个消费者来说,其在厂家定制服装后,厂家可掌握消费者的通信信息,可通过后期随访的形式来增加消费者的再次购买。但是,对于以团体形式定制的行为来说,一次定制后,厂家与消费者之间往往处于隔离的状态,既厂家不能获取单个消费者的通信信息,单个消费者往往也联系不到厂家,这就降低了消费者重复定制的几率。
譬如,外国团体要参加国内的某项活动,需要统一着装,这样,国内的私人订制公司就会派量体人员去国外对参会人员一一量体,并将量体数据带回国内,再根据每个人员的量体数据加工制作服装。服装制作完毕后,再统一交付给活动组织人员,由组织人员将衣服发放到每个人手中。在后期,与会活动人员感觉上次穿着的服装十分得体、舒适,如果想再次订购,一是不容易联系到厂家,二是即使联系到厂家,厂家也不容易获取订购人员的量体数据,这就导致消费者的复购率不高。如果能有一种“纽带”,可将团体定制中的个人与厂家联系起来,无疑将会增加消费者的复购率。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的缺点,提供了一种可增加复购率的衣服定制标签及方法。
本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签,其特征在于:包括基板、显示屏、射频天线、射频芯片和驱动电路,基板上设置有手机感应区,射频天线设置于手机感应区的基板中;显示屏设置于基板上,用于显示消费者信息;射频天线经驱动电路与显示屏相连接,驱动电路对射频天线输出的高频信号进行整流,以输出供显示屏显示的直流电压;射频芯片与射频天线相连接,射频芯片中存储有对消费者进行标识的ID编号。
本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签,所述显示屏分为姓名显示区和头像显示区,姓名显示区、头像显示区分别对消费者的姓名、头像进行显示。
本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签,所述基板上印刷有扫描后打开与消费者相对应网页的二维码。
本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签的使用方法,其特征在于,通过以下步骤来实现:
a).采集定制者数据,由量体人员现场裁量每位服装定制者的体型尺寸,并将定制者的量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息记录下来;b).服装制作,按照量体人员裁量的定制者的体型尺寸,加工制作服装,并送达给定制者;c).留存卡制作,首先在显示屏上制作显示定制者姓名和头像的显示屏,然后将射频天线、驱动电路和显示屏嵌入基板中;并向与射频天线连接的射频芯片中写入记录定制者量体数据的网址信息;最后在基板上印刷二维码,该二维码与记录定制者量体数据的网址相对应;d).服装复购,服装定制者初次定制服装后,后期再次定制服装时,通过打开手机NFC功能靠近手机感应区,或者扫描基板上的二维码,均可打开厂家发布的记录该消费者量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息的网页;如定制者无需修改参数,选择服装类型后即可完整定制,执行步骤f),如需改修参数,则执行步骤e);e).参数修改,定制者根据自己与上次定制时人体的变化,对诸如腰围、臀围、胸围、肩宽、袖长、裤腿长、袖口周长、腿口周长的数据进行修改;修改完毕后,再对包括手机号、通讯地址在内的联系进行确认,然后执行步骤f);f).服装制作,按照定制者再次定制时确定的体型尺寸,加工制作服装;g).服装发送,按照定制者再次定制时确定的联系信息,将加工制作完成后的服装送达给定制者。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的衣服定制标签,在消费者初次定制服装时,将定制者的量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息记录均记录下来,并制作消费者乐于保存的留存卡,留存卡上设置有消费者的姓名和头像、二维码和NFC感应区,可通过打开手机的NFC通信功能点亮姓名和头像,用户通过手机NFC或扫描二维码打开保存有消费者量体数据的复购网页,根据网页指示操作即可完成相应类型服装的“复购”,本发明中的留存卡不仅相当于建立消费者与厂家之间的“纽带”,而且也充当了“业务员”的角色,增加了消费者对服装的重复定制,在增加厂家销售量的同时降低了促销成本,有益效果显著,适于应用推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,给出了本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签的结构示意图,其由基板1、显示屏2、二维码4、射频天线7、射频芯片和驱动电路8组成,基板1起固定和支撑作用,射频天线7镶嵌在基板1中,射频天线7的镶嵌部位形成手机感应区。如图2所示,给出了本发明中射频天线、驱动电路和显示屏的连接示意图,射频天线7经驱动电路8与显示屏2相连接,射频天线7与射频芯片相连接,射频芯片、驱动电路8和显示屏也均嵌在基板1中,显示屏2显示面裸露在外。
射频芯片中存储有消费者的编号和网址信息,当打开手机的NFC通信功能并靠近手机感应区时,射频芯片经射频天线与智能手机相通信,智能手机打开存储有消费者信息的网页,消费者根据网页进行服装的复购。驱动电路8由整流电路和稳压电路组成,如采用4个二极管构成的整流桥,采用电容构成的滤波稳压电路,驱动电路8将射频天线7接收的高频交流信号进行整流、稳压后,形成可供显示屏2显示的直流电源,显示屏2可采用柔性显示屏。
显示屏2分为两个区域,姓名显示区5和头像显示区6,分别用于显示消费者的姓名和头像。所示的基板1上还印有二维码4,通过扫描二维码亦可打开存储有消费者信息的网页。
对于第一次团购定制或自己定制服装的消费者来说,量体师前往裁量消费者的体型数据,并获取消费者的姓名、头像、联系信息,并将消费者的姓名和头像信息制作在显示屏2上。消费者第一次定制服装后,如果穿着起来比较舒适、合体,再次定制时,通过打开手机的NFC功能并靠近手机感应区3或者扫描二维码4,均可打开存储有消费者量体数据和联系信息的网页,消费者可根据网页的引导完成服装定制。同时,消费者打开NFC功能靠近手机感应区时,亦可将显示屏2点亮,即显示屏2上显示消费者的姓名和头像;也正是这种可显示消费者姓名和头像的功能,使得每张留存卡都具有唯一性,增加了消费者保存留存卡的意义。
本发明的可增加复购率的衣服定制标签的使用方法,通过以下步骤来实现:
a).采集定制者数据,由量体人员现场裁量每位服装定制者的体型尺寸,并将定制者的量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息记录下来;
b).服装制作,按照量体人员裁量的定制者的体型尺寸,加工制作服装,并送达给定制者;
c).留存卡制作,首先在显示屏上制作显示定制者姓名和头像的显示屏,然后将射频天线、驱动电路和显示屏嵌入基板中;并向与射频天线连接的射频芯片中写入记录定制者量体数据的网址信息;最后在基板上印刷二维码,该二维码与记录定制者量体数据的网址相对应;
d).服装复购,服装定制者初次定制服装后,后期再次定制服装时,通过打开手机NFC功能靠近手机感应区,或者扫描基板上的二维码,均可打开厂家发布的记录该消费者量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息的网页;如定制者无需修改参数,选择服装类型后即可完整定制,执行步骤f),如需改修参数,则执行步骤e);
e).参数修改,定制者根据自己与上次定制时人体的变化,对诸如腰围、臀围、胸围、肩宽、袖长、裤腿长、袖口周长、腿口周长的数据进行修改;修改完毕后,再对包括手机号、通讯地址在内的联系进行确认,然后执行步骤f);
f).服装制作,按照定制者再次定制时确定的体型尺寸,加工制作服装;
g).服装发送,按照定制者再次定制时确定的联系信息,将加工制作完成后的服装送达给定制者。

Claims (3)

1.一种可增加复购率的衣服定制标签的使用方法,可增加复购率的衣服定制标签包括基板(1)、显示屏(2)、射频天线(7)、射频芯片和驱动电路(8),基板上设置有手机感应区(3),射频天线设置于手机感应区的基板中;显示屏设置于基板上,用于显示定制者信息;射频天线经驱动电路与显示屏相连接,驱动电路对射频天线输出的高频信号进行整流,以输出供显示屏显示的直流电压;射频芯片与射频天线相连接,射频芯片中存储有对定制者进行标识的ID编号;
其特征在于,可增加复购率的衣服定制标签的使用方法,通过以下步骤来实现:
a).采集定制者数据,由量体人员现场裁量每位服装定制者的体型尺寸,并将定制者的量体数据、姓名、头像、联系信息记录下来;
b).服装制作,按照量体人员裁量的定制者的体型尺寸,加工制作服装,并送达给定制者;
c).留存卡制作,首先在显示屏上制作显示定制者姓名和头像的显示屏,然后将射频天线、驱动电路和显示屏嵌入基板中;并向与射频天线连接的射频芯片中写入记录定制者量体数据的网址信息;最后在基板上印刷二维码,该二维码与记录定制者量体数据的网址相对应;

g).服装发送,按照定制者再次定制时确定的联系信息,将加工制作完成后的服装送达给定制者。
