[ background of the invention ]
The label printer is a device for printing various image information such as bar codes, two-dimensional codes, figures, characters and the like on labels in a thermosensitive and thermal transfer printing mode, and is widely applied to the fields of POS terminal systems, bank systems, medical instruments and the like.
Most of the conventional printers are push type switches or side sliding type switches. When the push switch is used, the force is exerted downwards, the uncovering structure requires a large force, the structure is complex, the cost is high, the uncovering process cannot be controlled comfortably, and the assembly is easy to buckle unsmoothly when the cover is closed; the side-open switch needs to hold the printer by hand when the cover is opened, and the force is not inconsistent with the human mechanics, and the manipulation is turned. Meanwhile, the cover opening structure has high requirement on the space of the upper shell, the space is too small to install, and the size of the printer can be increased if the space is too large.

The invention provides a cover opening combined mechanism for a printer, which simplifies the cover opening action, is labor-saving and simple to operate, has smooth automatic guiding and automatic resetting, avoids assembly dislocation and is stable and reliable in buckling.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a cover opening combination mechanism for a printer comprises an upper cover, an upper support and a lower support, wherein the upper cover is connected to the upper support in a buckling mode, the upper support is hinged to the lower support, and the upper support drives the upper cover to move relative to the lower support in an opening and closing mode; the upper cover is provided with a key hole, and a switch key which is hinged on the upper cover and automatically resets is arranged in the key hole; the lower side of the switch key is provided with a hanging buckle component which is hinged on the upper bracket, deflects to a certain angle under the touch of the switch key to release the abdication and the lower bracket to be buckled to open the upper cover and the upper bracket, and overcomes the elastic resistance to automatically reset and buckle on the lower bracket when the upper cover and the upper bracket cover are buckled on the lower bracket.
Furthermore, the upper covers on the two sides of the switch key are respectively provided with a key pin which is positioned on the same axis and is rotationally connected with the switch key, and the key pins on the two sides of the switch key are respectively sleeved with a reset torsion spring for pushing the switch key to automatically reset.
Furthermore, the hanging buckle assembly comprises a long-strip-shaped hook, at least one reset spring and a spring support plate, wherein hook pins which are positioned on the same axis and are rotatably connected to the upper support are respectively pinned at two ends of the hook, the spring support plate is installed and fixed on the upper support, and the hook extends downwards and is provided with at least one hanging joint which is hung and buckled on the lower support; all reset springs are arranged between the lower side of the hook and the upper side of the spring support plate, the pushing hook joint which automatically resets by taking the hook pin as a fulcrum shaft is buckled on the lower support, one end of the switch key touches the upper side of the hook to overcome the elastic force of the reset springs and drives the hook joint to deflect and yield, and then the upper cover and the upper support are opened.
Furthermore, two ends of the hook extend downwards and are provided with two hanging connectors respectively.
Furthermore, the inner edge of the bottom side of the hanging connector is obliquely provided with an inclined leading-in surface which is convenient for the upper cover and the upper bracket to be smoothly led into the lower bracket when being buckled on the lower bracket, and the middle part of the hanging connector is horizontally provided with a locking surface buckled on the lower bracket under the action of a return spring.
Furthermore, the lower side of the outer edge of the rear side of the rotating support axis on the on-off key extends downwards and is provided with a toggle strip which is long-strip-shaped along the axis direction and used for overcoming the elastic force of a return spring and driving the hook to deflect and give way along the hook pin after rotating clockwise so as to remove the toggle strip locked with the lower bracket, and the top side of the corresponding hook is provided with an embedded groove matched with the toggle strip.
Furthermore, the two ends of the front side of the upper support respectively extend downwards and are provided with an inverted L-shaped foot rest which is inserted on the lower support and used for hinging the rear deflection cover, and the two ends of the front edge corresponding to the lower support are respectively pinned with support pins which are positioned on the same axis and are connected with the rotating shaft of the inverted L-shaped foot rest.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
because the lower side of the switch key is contacted with a hanging buckle component which is hinged on the upper bracket and deflects by a certain angle to relieve the clamping with the lower bracket to open the upper cover and the upper bracket under the touch of the switch key, and the hanging buckle component overcomes the elastic resistance to automatically reset and buckle on the lower bracket when the upper cover and the upper bracket cover are buckled on the lower bracket; therefore, the cover opening action is simplified through the linked switch key and the hanging buckle assembly, the assembly is automatically and smoothly guided, the automatic resetting buckling of the hook and the automatic resetting of the key are achieved, and the cover closing buckling is stable and reliable.

A cover opening combination mechanism for a printer is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises an upper cover 1, an upper support 2 and a lower support 3, wherein the upper cover 1 is connected to the upper support 2 in a buckling mode, the upper support 2 is hinged to the lower support 3, and the upper support 2 drives the upper cover 1 to open and close relative to the lower support 3; a key hole 4 is formed in the upper cover 1, and an on-off key 5 which is hinged on the upper cover 1 and automatically resets is arranged in the key hole 4; the lower side of the switch key 5 is provided with a hanging buckle component 6 which is hinged on the upper bracket 2, deflects a certain angle to give way to release the clamping with the lower bracket 3 to open the upper cover 1 and the upper bracket 2 when one end of the lower side of the switch key 5 is triggered, and overcomes the elastic resistance to automatically reset and buckle on the lower bracket 3 when the upper cover 1 and the upper bracket 2 are buckled on the lower bracket 3. Wherein, the both ends of the front side of the upper bracket 2 are respectively provided with an inverted L-shaped foot rest 20 which is inserted on the lower bracket 3 and used for hinging and then deflecting to open the cover, and the two side ends of the front edge corresponding to the lower bracket 3 are respectively pinned with a bracket pin 30 which is positioned on the same axis and is connected with the inverted L-shaped foot rest 20 through a rotating shaft.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the upper covers 1 on both sides of the on-off key 5 are respectively provided with a key pin 7 which is located on the same axis and is rotatably connected with the on-off key 5, and the key pins 7 on both sides of the on-off key 5 are respectively sleeved with a reset torsion spring 8 for pushing the on-off key 5 to automatically reset; the hanging buckle assembly 6 comprises a long strip-shaped hook 60, two return springs 61 and a spring support plate 62 which are distributed at intervals, wherein two ends of the hook 60 are respectively pinned with a hook pin 9 which is positioned on the same axis and is rotatably connected with the upper bracket 2, the spring support plate 62 is installed and fixed on the upper bracket 2, and two hanging joints 600 which are hung and buckled on the lower bracket 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the hook 60 in a downward extending manner; all the return springs 61 are installed between the lower side of the hook 60 and the upper side of the spring support plate 62, and the pushing hook joint 600 which automatically returns by taking the hook pin 9 as a fulcrum shaft is buckled on the lower support 3, one end of the switch key 5 touches the upper side of the hook 60 to overcome the elastic force of the return springs 61 and drives the hook joint 600 to deflect and yield, and then the upper cover 1 and the upper support 2 are opened.
The lower side of the outer edge of the rear side of the rotating support axis on the switch key 5 extends downwards and is provided with a toggle strip 50 which is long-strip-shaped along the axis direction and used for overcoming the elastic force of a return spring 61, drives the hook 60 to rotate clockwise along the axial direction of the hook pin 9, then the hook joint 600 deflects to avoid the position and release the lock catch with the lower bracket 3, and the top side of the corresponding hook 60 is provided with an embedded groove 601 matched with the toggle strip. Meanwhile, the inclined lead-in surface 10 which is convenient for the upper cover 1 and the upper bracket 2 to be smoothly led into the lower bracket 3 when being buckled on the lower bracket 3 is obliquely arranged on the inner edge of the bottom side of the hanging connector 600, and the locking surface 11 buckled on the lower bracket 3 under the action of the return spring 61 is horizontally arranged in the middle of the hanging connector 600; above structure realizes that the subassembly is automatic smoothly leading just after the assembly, and the automatic re-setting lock and the button automatic re-setting between each part of being convenient for make and close lid lock reliable and stable.
Because the lower side of the switch key 5 is contacted with a hanging buckle component 6 which is hinged on the upper bracket 2 and deflects by a certain angle to give way under the touch of the switch key 5 to release the clamping with the lower bracket 3 to open the upper cover 1 and the upper bracket 2, and the hanging buckle component 6 overcomes the elastic resistance to automatically reset and buckle on the lower bracket 3 when the upper cover 1 and the upper bracket 2 are buckled on the lower bracket 3; in addition, the inner edge of the bottom side of the hanging joint 600 is obliquely provided with an inclined lead-in surface 10, and the middle part of the hanging joint 600 is horizontally provided with a locking surface 11, so that the cover opening action is simplified through the linked switch key 5 and the hanging buckle assembly 6, the assembly is automatically and smoothly guided, the automatic reset buckling of the hook 60 and the automatic resetting of the key are realized, and the cover closing buckling is stable and reliable.
