Abstract
The invention provides a grain pretreatment dust removal system, which comprises a grain unloading machine (1), a grain cleaning sieve (2), a grain drying machine (3) and a grain storage bin (4) which are sequentially connected through a belt conveyor, wherein a first dust remover (5) is arranged between the grain drying machine (3) and the grain storage bin (4), a first dust hood (6) is arranged on one side of a grain unloading hopper of the grain unloading machine (1), a second dust hood (7) is arranged on a belt conveyor at the discharge end of the grain unloading machine (1), and a third dust hood (8) is arranged above a feed hopper of the grain cleaning sieve (2), and the grain pretreatment dust removal system has the advantages that: grain removes dust in each station of grain unloader, clearance sieve, drying-machine and storage storehouse in proper order, clears up and collects the dust in the grain many times, avoids dust to spill the polluted environment in the air, simultaneously very big improvement the quality of grain storage.

The invention comprises a grain unloading machine, a grain cleaning sieve, a grain drying machine and a grain storage bin which are sequentially connected by a belt conveyor, wherein a first dust remover is arranged between the grain drying machine and the grain storage bin, one side of a grain unloading hopper of the grain unloading machine is provided with a first dust hood, a plurality of exhaust ports are respectively arranged on the first dust hood, a second dust hood is arranged on a belt conveyor at the discharge end of the grain unloading machine, a third dust hood is arranged above a feed hopper of the grain cleaning sieve, exhaust ports are respectively arranged at the top and two ends of the third dust hood, second dust removers are respectively arranged at two sides of the feed hopper of the grain cleaning sieve, a third dust remover is arranged at the discharge end of the grain cleaning sieve, the two air inlets of the second dust remover and the third dust remover are respectively two, the first air inlets of the two second dust removers are respectively communicated with the exhaust ports corresponding to two ends of the third dust hood, the second air inlet of one second dust remover is communicated with the exhaust port of the first dust remover, a second air inlet of the other second dust remover is communicated with an air outlet of the second dust removing cover, a first air inlet of a third dust remover is communicated with a dust collection air duct at the discharge end of the grain cleaning screen, and a second air inlet of the third dust remover is communicated with an air outlet at the top of the third dust removing cover; the feed hopper of the grain dryer is provided with a fourth dust hood, the discharge end belt conveyor of the grain dryer is provided with a fifth dust hood, a sixth dust hood is arranged between the drying cylinder and the discharging end socket of the grain dryer, the feed inlet of the grain storage bin is provided with a seventh dust hood, the first dust remover is provided with four air inlets, and the exhaust ports of the fourth dust hood, the fifth dust hood, the sixth dust hood and the seventh dust hood are respectively communicated with the four corresponding air inlets of the first dust remover.
And each exhaust port of the first dust hood is respectively provided with an adjusting valve.
The sixth dust hood is an annular hood, the inner side of the annular hood is provided with an opening, the bottom of the annular hood is provided with an ash falling port, an ash hopper is arranged below the ash falling port, the annular hood close to the top is provided with an exhaust port, and the exhaust port of the annular hood is communicated with one of the air inlets of the first dust remover through a pipeline.
The invention has the advantages that: grain removes dust in each station of grain unloader, clearance sieve, drying-machine and storage storehouse in proper order, clears up and collects the dust in the grain many times, avoids dust to spill the polluted environment in the air, simultaneously very big improvement the quality of grain storage.

And each exhaust port of the first dust hood 6 is respectively provided with an adjusting valve.
The sixth dust hood 13 is an annular hood, the inner side of the annular hood is provided with an opening, the bottom of the annular hood is provided with an ash falling port, an ash hopper is arranged below the ash falling port, the annular hood close to the top is provided with an exhaust port, and the exhaust port of the annular hood is communicated with one of the air inlets of the first dust remover 5 through a pipeline.
The grain dryer 3 comprises a drying cylinder, a discharging seal head connected with the discharging end of the drying cylinder and a belt conveyor positioned below the discharging port of the discharging seal head.
The working mode and principle are as follows: grain can produce the bigger first dust raising when dumping into unloading the grain bucket of the grain unloading machine 1, the first dust raising enters into one of the second dust remover 9 to clear up through the first dust excluding hood 6, can produce the secondary dust raising when falling from unloading the grain bucket onto the belt conveyor of the grain unloading machine 1, grain can produce the third dust raising when falling from the belt conveyor of the grain unloading machine 1 onto the belt conveyor between grain unloading machine 1 and grain cleaning sieve 2 at the same time, the length of the second dust excluding hood 7 is greater than the belt conveyor length of the grain unloading machine 1, make a part of the second dust excluding hood 7 locate above the belt conveyor feed end between grain unloading machine 1 and grain cleaning sieve 2, the second and third dust enters into another second dust remover 9 to clear up through the second dust excluding hood 7; the fourth-time dust raising is generated when the grains enter the feed hopper of the grain cleaning sieve 2, the fourth-time dust raising respectively enters the two second dust collectors 9 and the third dust collector 10 through the third dust hood 8 for cleaning, and dust generated after the grains are screened by the grain cleaning sieve 2 enters the third dust collector 10 through the dust collection air duct for cleaning; grain after 2 clearance sieves through grain clearance gets into grain drying-machine 3 again and dries, grain can produce the raise dust fifth time when entering into grain drying-machine 3's feeder hopper, grain produces the raise dust sixth time when falling on grain drying-machine 3's discharge end belt feeder, grain can produce the raise dust seventh time when entering into grain storage storehouse 4, fifthly, the raise dust sixth and seventh time is equallyd divide and is do not passed through fourth dust excluding hood 11, fifth dust excluding hood 12 and seventh dust excluding hood 14 advance into first dust remover 5 in clear up, there is the gap between grain drying-machine 3's the section of thick bamboo of drying and the unloading head, the dust is revealed from the gap easily, sixth dust excluding hood 13 is collected the dust of revealing from the gap and is gone into first dust remover 5 in the clearance.
