本发明公开了一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶及其制备方法,果冻状凝胶的成分包括:软化水90~120份,增稠剂2~10份,氨水0.1~1.2份,尿素0.5~2份,表面活性剂1~5份,消泡剂0.1~2份,市售香精1~5份,甲醛消除剂1~5份;制备步骤包括(1)将软化水加热到一定温度;(2)往软化水里分几次搅拌加入增稠剂;(3)待溶液冷却到一定温度时,依次搅拌加入氨水、尿素、表面活性剂、消泡剂、市售香精、甲醛消除剂;制得可吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;(4)将其放在室内一定时间,定时检测室内甲醛含量。本发明的优点在于,在一般情况下,可以高效快速地吸收空气中的甲醛,成本低廉,制备工艺简单。

本发明涉及一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
甲醛为较高毒性物质,在我国有毒化学品优先控制名单上高居第二位。已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸形物质,是公认的变态反应源,也是潜在的强致突变物之一。据相关资料统计显示:人类有70%的症状与室内环境有关,我国每年有12万人死于室内污染。室内的甲醛主要来源有两个方面,一是来自燃料和烟叶的不完全燃烧。二是来自建筑材料、装饰物品及生活用品等化工产品。比如作为建筑装修材料的泡沫树脂隔热材料、胶合板、细木工板、纤维板、刨花板和木芯板等在制作过程中都使用了含有酚醛树脂或脲醛树脂的胶黏剂;其次地板、家具的油漆、壁纸、涂料的稀释剂等都会在一定温度下释放甲醛;另外甲醛还来自化妆品、清洁剂、杀虫剂、消毒剂、防腐剂、印刷油墨、纸张、纺织纤维等多种化工、轻工产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶及其制备方法,在一般情况下,可以高效快速地吸收空气中的甲醛,成本低,制作工艺简单。

一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,成分包含:软化水90~120,增稠剂2~10份,氨水0.1~1.2份,尿素0.5~2份,表面活性剂1~5份,消泡剂0.1~2份,市售香精1~5份,甲醛消除剂1~5份。
所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、低分子聚乙烯蜡、淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂、气相法白炭黑、钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土、分子筛、硅凝胶。
所述表面活性剂为硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季铵化物、卵磷脂、氨基酸型、甜菜碱型、脂肪酸甘油酯,脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯。
所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯、高碳醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷。
所述甲醛消除剂为纳米二氧化钛。
一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将软化水90~120份,加热到一定温度;
(2)往步骤(1)所得软化水里不断加入增稠剂共2~10份,边加热边搅拌;
(3)待溶液冷却到一定温度时,依次加入氨水0.1~1.2份、尿素0.5~2份、表面活性剂1~5份、消泡剂0.1~2份、市售香精1~5份、甲醛消除剂1~5份,边加边搅拌;得到吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的果冻状凝胶放在室内一定时间,定时检测室内甲醛含量。
所述步骤(1)中加热最终温度为50~90℃。
所述步骤(2)中搅拌温度为50~90℃,搅拌时间为30~60min。
所述步骤(3)中冷却最终温度为20~30℃。
所述步骤(3)搅拌温度为20~30℃,搅拌时间为2~10min。
所述步骤(4)放置时间为18~72h,定时检测时间为每隔2~6h检测一次。
本发明在一般情况下,可以高效快速地吸收空气中的甲醛,成本低,制作工艺简单。
具体实施方案
以下结合具体实例对本发明的原理及特征进行描述,所举实例仅用于解释本发明,并不限制本发明的使用范围。
实施例1
(1)将软化水100份,加热到60℃;
(2)往步骤(1)所得软化水里不断加入羧甲基纤维素钠共5份,边加热边搅拌,搅拌温度为60℃,搅拌时间为40min;
(3)待溶液冷却到25℃时,依次加入氨水0.1份、尿素1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、磷酸三丁酯1份、市售香精3份、纳米二氧化钛3份,边加边搅拌,搅拌温度为25℃,搅拌时间为5min;得到吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的果冻状凝胶放在室内24h,每隔3h检测一次室内甲醛含量。
实施例2
(1)将软化水110份,加热到80℃;
(2)往步骤(1)所得软化水里不断加入甲基纤维素共9份,边加热边搅拌,搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌时间为50min;
(3)待溶液冷却到28℃时,依次加入氨水0.5份、尿素1.5份、硬脂酸4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8份、市售香精4份、纳米二氧化钛4份,边加边搅拌,搅拌温度为28℃,搅拌时间为8min;得到吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的果冻状凝胶放在室内48h,每隔4小时检测一次室内甲醛含量。
实施例3
(1)将软化水120份,加热到90℃;
(2)往步骤(1)所得软化水里不断加入羟丙基甲基纤维素共8份,边加热边搅拌,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌时间为45min;
(3)待溶液冷却到28℃时,依次加入氨水1.1份、尿素1.5份、硬脂酸4份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.8份、市售香精4份、纳米二氧化钛4份,边加边搅拌,搅拌温度为28℃,搅拌时间为10min;得到吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的果冻状凝胶放在室内50h,每隔2小时检测一次室内甲醛含量。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于,所述吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶按重量份计,由包括如下配比的原料制备而成:软化水90~120,增稠剂2~10份,氨水0.1~1.2份,尿素0.5~2份,表面活性剂1~5份,消泡剂0.1~2份,市售香精1~5份,甲醛消除剂1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、低分子聚乙烯蜡、淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂、气相法白炭黑、钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土、分子筛、硅凝胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、季铵化物、卵磷脂、氨基酸型、甜菜碱型、脂肪酸甘油酯,脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯、高碳醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述甲醛消除剂为纳米二氧化钛。
6.一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于,制备步骤如下:
(1)将软化水90~120份,加热到一定温度;
(2)往步骤(1)所得软化水里不断加入增稠剂共2~10份,边加热边搅拌;
(3)待溶液冷却到一定温度时,依次加入氨水0.1~1.2份、尿素0.5~2份、表面活性剂1~5份、消泡剂0.1~2份、市售香精1~5份、甲醛消除剂1~5份,边加边搅拌;得到吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的果冻状凝胶放在室内一段时间,定时检测室内甲醛含量。
7.根据权利要求7所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)、(2)中加热的温度为50~90℃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)搅拌温度为20~30℃,搅拌时间为2~10min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种吸收甲醛的果冻状凝胶,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)放置时间为18~72h,定时检测时间为每隔2~6h检测一次。
