Abstract
本发明公开了一种手动分切预浸料装置,包括丝杠、刀架、圆刀片、钢模,所述刀架安装在丝杠上,与丝杠垂直,所述圆刀片通过轴承连接方式连接在刀架上,所述钢模水平设置在所述丝杠的下方,与丝杠平行,所述圆刀片垂直于所述钢模,所述丝杠两端通过连接件连接到可上下滑动的滑槽上,该装置能够在缺乏自动分切设备的情况下,完成预浸料的分切工作,整体机构结构简单,方便维护,适用性广,使用方便;额外的附加特征可以分切不同规格幅宽的预浸料,扩大了其使用范围。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料加工领域,涉及一种复合材料预浸料的分切装置,具体是一种手动分切预浸料装置。
背景技术
复合材料先进技术的成熟使其性能最优和低成本成为可能,从而大大推动了复合材料在飞机上的应用。一些大的飞机制造商在飞机设计制造中,正逐步减少传统金属加工的比例,优先发展复合材料制造。自动铺丝技术是 20 世纪 70 年代综合纤维缠绕技术和自动铺带技术两种复合材料成型技术的优点而发展起来的一种全自动复合材料加工技术。在自动铺丝工艺过程中,需要采用3.17mm、6.35mm或者12.7mm固定宽度的预浸丝。一般情况,采用专业自动分切设备对预浸料进行分切作业,但在缺少此分切设备或者缺乏分切能力的情况下,将一定幅宽的预浸料分切成规定尺寸的预浸丝产品变得困难。
发明内容
为了在缺少昂贵的自动分切设备或者缺乏分切能力的情况下,仍能使得生产正常运转,本发明提供了一种手动分切预浸料的装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种手动分切预浸料装置,包括丝杠、刀架、圆刀片、钢模,所述刀架安装在丝杠上,与丝杠垂直,所述圆刀片通过轴承连接方式连接在刀架上,所述钢模水平设置在所述丝杠的下方,与丝杠平行,所述圆刀片垂直于所述钢模,所述丝杠两端通过连接件连接到可上下移动的卡槽上,所述卡槽设在支撑件内。
该装置中,在需要切割预浸料时,可以将预浸料铺在钢模上,通过连接件在滑槽上向下滑动,即带动丝杠向下,使得刀架下压,刀片也跟着下压,移动预浸料,则会进行预浸料的切割。圆刀片垂直于钢模则可以保证切割的线性。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述钢模上表面设置有钢平面牺牲层。
钢模形成水平表面,其上设置钢平面牺牲层,这样能够保证预浸料可以水平放置,由于刀片的不断切割,钢平面牺牲层的存在可以延长圆刀片的使用寿命。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述丝杠上安装多个刀架,每个刀架对应安装一个圆刀片。按照规格一次性切割成符合规格的预浸料,加快了切割效率。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述刀架两端用螺丝固定在所述丝杠上。在切割过程中,可以通过螺丝固定住刀架的位置,使得其在工作过程中不会移动,并且对于多个圆刀片一起工作时,不会出现刀臂窜动,也可以严格按照尺寸规格来限定刀架的位置,使得切割更加精准稳定。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述钢平面牺牲层采用高分子软质材质制成。由于预浸料铺放在钢平面牺牲层,在切割过程中,圆刀片可能会切割至钢平面牺牲层,由于钢平面牺牲层采用软质材质,能够延长圆刀片的寿命。
作为进一步的改进,其特征在于:所述高分子软质材质为橡胶或者PTFE。
本发明的有益效果:该装置能够在缺乏自动分切设备的情况下,完成预浸料的分切工作,整体机构结构简单,方便维护,适用性广,使用方便;
另外,由于刀架两端用螺丝固定在丝杠上,通过移动刀架的位置,可以分切不同规格幅宽的预浸料,扩大了其使用范围。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对保护范围构成限定。
一种手动分切预浸料装置,如图1和图3所示,包括丝杠3、刀架5、圆刀片6、钢模8,刀架5安装在丝杠3上,与丝杠3垂直,圆刀片6通过轴承连接方式连接在刀架5上,如图2所示,圆刀片6与刀臂轴承511连接,刀臂轴承511在刀架5的下端,圆刀片6可以滚动,钢模8水平设置在丝杠3的下方,与丝杠3平行,圆刀片6垂直于钢模8,丝杠3两端通过连接件2连接到可上下移动的滑槽14上,滑槽14设置在支撑件1内,支撑件1的左视截面图件图4所示,支撑件1内设有主动轮12和从动轮11,主动轮12和从动轮11之间设有传送带13,传送带13上设有若干滑槽14,在钢模8上表面设置钢平面牺牲层7,按照图所示,设置六个刀架5和圆刀片6,每个刀架5两端用螺丝4固定在所丝杠3上,钢平面牺牲层7采用橡胶制成。主动轮12可以通过手动转动使得传送带13发生位移,也可以通过外接电机,控制其移动。
该装置中,两个圆刀片6之间的分切宽度可以控制,通过螺丝4来改变,这样可以同时针对几种不同规格幅宽的预浸料进行分切,请参阅图3,该装置工作的步骤如下:
步骤一:首先将各部件安装好;
步骤二:利用螺丝4调整刀架5之间间距,根据生产需要,通常分切间距为3.175mm、6.35mm和12.7mm;
步骤三:将预浸料10平铺在钢平面牺牲层7上,钢平面牺牲层7一端宽度方向两侧分别放置有限位块11,预浸料10位于两个限位块11之间,钢平面牺牲层7与钢模8紧密贴合;
步骤四:选取分切初始位置及分切方向;
步骤五:转动主动轮12一个弧度,使得连接有连接件2的滑槽14向下移动,此时带动连接件2向下,给予圆刀片6垂直于钢平面牺牲层7的压力,根据预浸料10的不同和分切后效果差异选择不同的下移距离;
步骤六:沿圆刀片6切口方向,手动缓慢拉动预浸料10进行分切,由限位块11保证分切预浸料10沿确定方向平行移动。
该装置结构简单,设备成本也比较低,相比较于昂贵的自动分切设备,该装置能在一定程度上满足小批量的生产和工艺试验需求;另外,在自动分切设备损坏的时候,也可以临时顶替使用,使得生产可以继续维持。
Claims (6)
1.一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:包括丝杠、刀架、圆刀片、钢模,所述刀架安装在丝杠上,与丝杠垂直,所述圆刀片通过轴承连接方式连接在刀架上,所述钢模水平设置在所述丝杠的下方,与丝杠平行,所述圆刀片垂直于所述钢模,所述丝杠两端通过连接件连接到可上下移动的卡槽上,所述卡槽设在支撑件内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:所述钢模上表面设置有钢平面牺牲层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:所述丝杠上安装多个刀架,每个刀架对应安装一个圆刀片。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的任意一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:所述刀架两端用螺丝固定在所述丝杠上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的任意一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:所述钢平面牺牲层采用高分子软质材质制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的任意一种手动分切预浸料装置,其特征在于:所述高分子软质材质为橡胶或者PTFE。
