The content of the plant fiber serving as a main raw material of the wood-plastic material is usually over 50 percent, and the addition of the high-content plant fiber changes the rheological behavior of a resin matrix, increases the viscosity, deteriorates the fluidity and is difficult to process. The content of the wood-plastic plant fiber for producing the section is usually as high as 60%, and the conventional process is mainly characterized in that the wood-plastic plant fiber is subjected to blending plasticization by a parallel double-screw extruder and then is crushed by a fan to form a crushed material and the crushed material is used for producing the section. However, the process can cause serious dust loss, seriously affect the production environment and harm the health of production personnel. The wood-plastic material particles with uniform particles and low ash content are produced in a granulation mode, dust in the production process is reduced, the stability and uniformity of particle feeding in the production process of sectional materials are improved, and the production efficiency and production qualified rate of products are improved.
