The invention relates to the technical field of wood-plastic composite material processing devices, in particular to a pressure stabilizing device for a high-filling wood-plastic composite material granulation die head.
Background
The wood-plastic material is a novel composite material which has the double performances of plastic processing performance and wood texture and is prepared by fully utilizing agricultural and forestry wastes and plastic reclaimed materials. The content of the plant fiber serving as a main raw material of the wood-plastic material is usually over 50 percent, and the addition of the high-content plant fiber changes the rheological behavior of a resin matrix, increases the viscosity, deteriorates the fluidity and is difficult to process. The content of the wood-plastic plant fiber for producing the section is usually as high as 60%, and the conventional process is mainly characterized in that the wood-plastic plant fiber is subjected to blending plasticization by a parallel double-screw extruder and then is crushed by a fan to form a crushed material and the crushed material is used for producing the section. However, the process can cause serious dust loss, seriously affect the production environment and harm the health of production personnel. The wood-plastic material particles with uniform particles and low ash content are produced in a granulation mode, dust in the production process is reduced, the stability and uniformity of particle feeding in the production process of sectional materials are improved, and the production efficiency and production qualified rate of products are improved. However, after the plant fibers are filled into the plastic matrix, the flowability of the composite material is poor, the extrusion is difficult, the extrusion pressure of the traditional bracing and granulating process is too high, the speed is low, the efficiency is low, and the production requirement cannot be met.
The main component of the high-filling wood-plastic composite material is wood powder which is not dried and directly used in the mass production process, so that the wood-plastic composite material can release a large amount of moisture in the granulation process, the water vapor can influence the stability of melt flow in the composite material melt, excessive moisture in the granulated material strips can cause uneven stress of the material strips, and the strip breaking phenomenon can easily occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pressure stabilizer for a granulating die head of a high-filling wood-plastic composite material, which is suitable for solving the problems of poor flowability of the high-filling wood-plastic composite material and unstable die head pressure caused by heavy moisture in a granulating process.

Preferably, the granulating mechanism comprises a granulating die head, and a convergence flow passage and a discharge port which are arranged in the granulating die head.
Preferably, the granulation die head is connected with the transition body, the convergence runner is communicated with the storage chamber, and the discharge port is arranged at the tail end of the convergence runner.
Preferably, the convergent channel is tapered.
Aiming at the problems of heavy water content and unstable die head pressure in the process of granulating the wood-plastic composite material, the invention adds the transition body between the parallel double-screw discharge port and the granulating die head, adds the external pressurizing device in the transition body, and ensures the stability of the pressure of the machine head and the smoothness of the extrusion bracing piece by dynamically adjusting the pressure of the composite material melt in the storage chamber of the transition body. The granulation die head is suitable for extrusion granulation of wood-plastic composite materials with the wood powder water content of 10% and the filling content of below 60%.

The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples. The starting materials and methods employed in the examples of the present invention are those conventionally available in the market and conventionally used in the art, unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the pressure stabilizing device for the high-filling wood-plastic composite material granulation die head comprises a machine barrel 1, a screw 2, a flange 3, a transition body 4, a storage chamber 5, a pressing piston 6, a pressing rod 7, a hydraulic cylinder 8, a granulation die head 9, a convergence flow channel 10 and a discharge hole 11.
The screw 2 is arranged in the machine barrel 1, and the tail end of the machine barrel 1 is connected with the transition body 4 through the flange 3; a conical material storage chamber 5 is arranged in the transition body 4, a dynamic movable pressing piston 6 is arranged on one side of the material storage chamber 5, the pressing piston 6 is connected with a hydraulic cylinder 8 through a pressing rod 7, and the hydraulic cylinder 8 enables the surface of the pressing piston 6, which is in contact with the composite material melt, to keep stable pressure through dynamic pressure application.
A conical convergence flow channel 10 and a discharge port 11 are arranged in the granulating die head 9, the granulating die head 9 is connected with the transition body 4, the convergence flow channel 10 is communicated with the material storage chamber 5, and the discharge port 11 is arranged at the tail end of the convergence flow channel 10.
Example 2
The embodiment discloses the theory of operation of high packing wood-plastic composite granulation die head voltage regulator device:
after the high-filling wood-plastic composite material melt containing water vapor enters the material storage chamber 5 in the transition body 4 under the mixing and conveying action of the screw rod 2, the melt is dynamically released and pressed by the pressing piston 6 in the material storage chamber 5, the stability of the melt pressure in the material storage chamber 5 is ensured, and the material is compacted along with the continuous forward conveying of the melt. The pressure caused by the periodic movement of the screw 2 is balanced with the dynamic pressure of the pressing piston 6 in the storage chamber 5, so that the pressure of the material entering the granulating die head 9 is stable, and the strip material can be normally and stably extruded.
Aiming at the problems of heavy water content and unstable die head pressure in the process of granulating the wood-plastic composite material, the transition body 4 is additionally arranged between the parallel double-screw discharge port 11 and the granulating die head 9, an external pressurizing device is additionally arranged in the transition body 4, the stability of the pressure of a machine head is ensured by dynamically adjusting the pressure of the composite material melt in the storage chamber 5 of the transition body 4, and the smoothness of a brace is ensured. The granulation die head is suitable for extrusion granulation of wood-plastic composite materials with the wood powder water content of 10% and the filling content of below 60%.
