In some embodiments of the invention, the air bag part is attached to the limb, the power supply is connected, the device use mode is set through the controller 1, the gas transmission device 2 is started, the gas transmission device 2 inflates the air bag 3, the air bag pressure sensor 4 transmits the current pressure value to the controller 1, when the pressure of the air bag 3 exceeds or is lower than the preset value in the controller 1, the controller 1 sends a signal to the gas transmission device 2, and the gas transmission device 2 independently fills and exhausts the air bag 3 which needs to be inflated and exhausted; along with the inflation of the air bag 3, the human body stress sensor 6 is extruded, the human body stress sensor 6 sends the current human body stress value to the controller 1 in real time, the current human body stress value reaches or is lower than a preset value, and the controller 1 controls the gas transmission device 2 to increase or decrease the gas storage amount in the whole air bag 3.
