本发明公开了一种立体动态折返流动预热烘干煅烧系统,第一提升机的侧边设置有第一预热器,第二提升机的侧边设置有第二预热器、第三提升机的侧边设置有第一煅烧器、第四提升机侧边设置有第二煅烧器、第五提升机侧边设置第一冷却器、第六提升机侧边设置有第二冷却器,第一提升机的进料口通过绞龙与料仓连接,第一煅烧器的中部机体上设置有第一高温加热源,第一煅烧器的后端设置有第二尾气热风出口,第二煅烧器的中部机体上设置有第二高温加热源,第二煅烧器的后端设置有第三尾气热风出口。采用立体斜板折返流动工艺,能保证物料预热烘干及煅烧的时间,同时折返流动过程中无动力,自然流动工艺能保证物料煅烧均匀,节省生产成本,可实现自动化生产。

背景技术
目前现有的粉末物料燃烧领域,基本加热装置都是内加热或者外加热,因此在加热过程中易污染产品,物料损耗大,能耗大成本高,因此需要研究一种物料损耗小,成本低的煅烧系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种立体动态折返流动预热烘干煅烧系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种立体动态折返流动预热烘干煅烧系统包含第一提升机、第二提升机、第三提升机、第四提升机、第五提升机、第六提升机、第一预热器、第二预热器、第一煅烧器、第二煅烧器、第一冷却器、第二冷却器、绞龙、料仓、第一尾气热风出口、第二尾气热风出口、第三尾气热风出口、尾气排放口、第一尾气热风入口、第二尾气热风入口、第一高温加热源、第二高温加热源,第一提升机、第二提升机、第三提升机、第四提升机、第五提升机、第六提升机依次设置,第一提升机的侧边设置有第一预热器,第二提升机的侧边设置有第二预热器、第三提升机的侧边设置有第一煅烧器、第四提升机侧边设置有第二煅烧器、第五提升机侧边设置第一冷却器、第六提升机侧边设置有第二冷却器,第一提升机的进料口通过绞龙与料仓连接,且第一预热器的机体上设置有第二尾气热风入口,第一预热器的后端设置有尾气排放口,第二预热器的中部机体上设置有第一尾气热风入口,第二预热器的后端设置有第一尾气热风出口,第一煅烧器的中部机体上设置有第一高温加热源,第一煅烧器的后端设置有第二尾气热风出口,第二煅烧器的中部机体上设置有第二高温加热源,第二煅烧器的后端设置有第三尾气热风出口。
作为优选,所述的第二冷却器的上侧壁,第一冷却器的下侧壁、第六提升机下侧壁、第四提升机和第五提升机的下侧壁均设置有一层空气预热层,所述的第一煅烧器的上侧壁、第二预热器的上侧壁和第二煅烧器的上侧壁均设置有一层保温层。
现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:潮湿粉末及干燥粉末物料预热烘干煅烧一步完成,采用立体斜板折返流动工艺,能保证物料预热烘干及煅烧的时间,同时折返流动过程中无动力,自然流动工艺能保证物料煅烧均匀,设备全部密封无污染和灰尘,节省生产成本,可实现自动化生产。

一种立体动态折返流动预热烘干煅烧系统工作原理为:通过料仓f及蛟龙e输送物料到第一提升机a1的入口,第一提升机a1把物料落入第一预热器b1里面预热,预热好的物料落入第二提升机a2,第二提升机a2把物料落入第二预热器b2里面预热,预热好的物料落入第三提升机a3,第三提升机a3把物料落入第一煅烧器c1里面,通过第一煅烧器c1段烧过的物料落入第四提升机a4,第四提升机a4把物料落入第二煅烧器c2,里面煅烧的物料落入第五提升机a5,第五提升机a5把物料落入第一冷却器d1里面,冷却后的物料落入第六提升机a6的出口,第六提升机a6把物料落入第二冷却器d2进行冷却,冷却好的物料直接为成品,可以直接包装;其中加热方式原理为:首先高温加热第二高温加热源k2,采用天然气或者其他方式加热,同时加热第二煅烧器c2的内部,保证加热温度产生余热,通过第三尾气热风出口h3排出,排出的余热,通过管路连接输送给第一煅烧器c1,同时为保证第一煅烧器c1的内部温度,可以用第一高温加热源k1补充,第一煅烧器c1产生的余热,通过第二尾气热风出口h2输送给第二预热器b2,第二预热器b2产生的余热通过第一尾气热风出口h1输送给第一预热器b1,第一预热器b1预热器产生的余热,通过尾气排放口i与除尘器连接;利用5层的空气预热层2产生的热空气输送给第一高温加热源k1和第二高温加热源k2,帮助燃料助燃,提高燃料热值,降低燃料成本。
