4. The vaccine inventory method of claim 1, wherein after the vaccine inventory device scans the vaccine regulatory code for vaccine regulatory code scan data, the method further comprises:
and comparing the vaccine supervision code scanning data with account vaccine data, and modifying and displaying inventory state parameters when the vaccine supervision code scanning data and the account vaccine data are consistent.
5. A vaccine inventory device, comprising:
