Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:分别将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、80‑90kg乙二醇乙醚、0.5‑1kg抗菌剂和3‑5kg色粉混合形成干法面料和干法中料,将100重量份的无溶剂聚氨酯树脂、20‑30重量份的阻燃剂和0.5‑1重量份催化剂混合成无溶剂A料,将100重量份聚氨酯树脂和3‑5重量份固化剂混合成无溶剂B料;将干法面料涂刮于离型纸上,干燥后涂刮干法中料,再快速涂刮100kg无溶剂A料和130‑140kg无溶剂B料的混合物并粘上阻燃基布,干燥后跟离型纸分离即可;本发明能获得无溶剂,且具有抗菌、阻燃性能的车用革。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前合成革制备工艺中都是采用溶剂溶解聚氨酯树脂等配料,并通过溶剂对湿法贝斯进行含浸和凝固处理,制作过程中会有含溶剂的废水产生,污染环境,且合成革成品中含有溶剂,再使用过程中会逐渐挥发出来,对人体健康存在安全隐患,汽车革在汽车座椅中使用,长期沾染各种细菌,容易造成细菌污染和损坏。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,采用该抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺制作的车用革成品中没有DMF,环保性好,产品本身具有抗菌、阻燃效果,使用安全。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:布基阻燃含浸处理:
将基布在阻燃液中含浸处理,然后烘干形成阻燃基布待用;
步骤二:干法面料和中料混合配料:
将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、80-90kg乙二醇乙醚、0.5-1kg抗菌剂和3-5kg色粉混合后高速搅拌均匀形成干法面料;
将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、80-90kg乙二醇乙醚、0.5-1kg抗菌剂和3-5kg色粉混合后高速搅拌均匀形成干法中料;
步骤三:底料混合配料:
a.向100重量份的无溶剂聚氨酯树脂中加入20-30重量份的阻燃剂混合搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1重量份催化剂搅拌均匀形成无溶剂A料;
b.向100重量份聚氨酯树脂中加入3-5重量份固化剂混合搅拌均匀形成无溶剂B料;
步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤二中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,干燥后形成干法面层,将干法中料涂刮与干法面层表面,干燥后形成干法中层,再将步骤三中配制好的100kg无溶剂A料和130-140kg无溶剂B料混合形成无溶剂底料,将混合而成的无溶剂底料快速涂刮于干法中层上,然后在无溶剂底料上粘合步骤一中制作的阻燃基布,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五:成品检查:
对成品进行外观检查。
基布通过阻燃液的浸泡后,其内含有阻燃成分,局域显著的阻燃效果,在干法面料和干法中料中添加了抗菌剂,使得面料本身具有抗菌的效果,更避免了二甲基甲酰胺等溶剂的使用,采用了乙二醇乙醚溶解聚氨酯干法树脂,干法面料和干法中料在涂刮后,干燥过程中乙二醇乙醚会挥发掉,成品合成革中不存在DMF,提高了成品的环保性,避免损伤人体健康。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤三中无溶剂A料和无溶剂B料在两个不同的反应釜内混合搅拌均匀,无溶剂A料和无溶剂B料分别通过管道输送至浇注口内混合,混合物从浇注口内流出后立即涂刮到干法中层上。
无溶剂A料和无溶剂B料分别在不同的反应釜内混合后形成单独的配料,二者仅在涂刮前的浇注口内进行混合,混合过程中无溶剂A料中催化剂使得无溶剂B料中固化剂加速固化效果,二者混合后,需立即涂刮在干法中层表面,涂刮后粘上阻燃基布,底料会快速固化,将阻燃基布粘在干法层上,形成合成革成品,该种底料固化快,有效提高了生产效率。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中混合物高速搅拌10-15分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤三的a分步中无溶剂聚氨酯树脂和阻燃剂混合搅拌5-10分钟,然后再加入助剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述无溶剂A料与无溶剂B料的混合比例为75:100(重量份)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤四中阻燃基布在140-150℃的温度条件下粘贴在底料表面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤四中加工车速为8-12米/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够获得一种无溶剂,且具有抗菌、阻燃性能的车用革,产品在使用过程中无DMF挥发出来,环保性好,不会损害人体健康,且人造革本身具有抗菌和阻燃效果,使用更安全。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:布基阻燃含浸处理:
将基布在阻燃液中含浸处理,然后经烘箱烘干形成阻燃基布待用;
步骤二:干法面料和中料混合配料:
干法面料和中料均按下表进行备料:
按上述配料表将聚氨酯干法树脂、乙二醇乙醚、抗菌剂和色粉混合后高速搅拌10-15分钟,形成混合均匀的干法面料和干法中料;
步骤三:底料混合配料:
按下表进行无溶剂A料备料:
按下表进行无溶剂B料备料:
a.按上述无溶剂A料备料表将无溶剂聚氨酯树脂和阻燃剂在一个反应釜中混合搅拌5-10分钟,搅拌均匀后再加入催化剂继续搅拌,搅拌均匀形成无溶剂A料;
b.按上述无溶剂B料备料表将聚氨酯树脂和固化剂在另一个反应釜中混合搅拌均匀形成无溶剂B料;
步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤二中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,干燥后形成干法面层,然后将干法中料涂刮与干法面层表面,干燥后形成干法中层,再将步骤三中配制好的100kg无溶剂A料和130-140kg无溶剂B料分别通过管道输送至浇注口内混合形成无溶剂底料,无溶剂底料从浇注口内流出后立即涂刮到干法中层上,然后在140-150℃温度条件下,将步骤一中制作的阻燃基布粘合在无溶剂底料上,经过干燥后,将离型纸分离即可(车速在8-12米/min);
步骤五:成品检查。

1.一种抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:布基阻燃含浸处理:
将基布在阻燃液中含浸处理,然后烘干形成阻燃基布待用;
步骤二:干法面料和中料混合配料:
将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、80-90kg乙二醇乙醚、0.5-1kg抗菌剂和3-5kg色粉混合后高速搅拌均匀形成干法面料;
将100kg聚氨酯干法树脂、80-90kg乙二醇乙醚、0.5-1kg抗菌剂和3-5kg色粉混合后高速搅拌均匀形成干法中料;
步骤三:底料混合配料:
a.向100重量份的无溶剂聚氨酯树脂中加入20-30重量份的阻燃剂混合搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1重量份催化剂搅拌均匀形成无溶剂A料;
b.向100重量份聚氨酯树脂中加入3-5重量份固化剂混合搅拌均匀形成无溶剂B料;
步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤二中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,干燥后形成干法面层,将干法中料涂刮与干法面层表面,干燥后形成干法中层,再将步骤三中配制好的100kg无溶剂A料和130-140kg无溶剂B料混合形成无溶剂底料,将混合而成的无溶剂底料快速涂刮于干法中层上,然后在无溶剂底料上粘合步骤一中制作的阻燃基布,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五:成品检查:
对成品进行外观检查。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中无溶剂A料和无溶剂B料在两个不同的反应釜内混合搅拌均匀,无溶剂A料和无溶剂B料分别通过管道输送至浇注口内混合,混合物从浇注口内流出后立即涂刮到干法中层上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中混合物高速搅拌10-15分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三的a分步中无溶剂聚氨酯树脂和阻燃剂混合搅拌5-10分钟,然后再加入助剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述无溶剂A料与无溶剂B料的按重量份混合比例为75:100。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中阻燃基布在140-150℃的温度条件下粘贴在底料表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌阻燃无溶剂车用革的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中加工车速为8-12米/min。
