Abstract
一种涡流式粉碎机,使用在桔杆、粮食、豆谷、木料、塑料等粉碎领域。目前市面上的各种粉碎机,款式多样,但其工作原理大致相同,都是采用滚轮、锤刀片、筛网板等设备在电机的带动下高速旋转运动中对物料进行锤击、切割、破碎,达到人们想要的颗粒、或粉状物以便于食用或制成其它产品,服务于社会。为了节能减耗降低成本提高粉碎机的工作效率,本申请涡流式粉碎机其技术方案是:机座体1的两边各有两只固轴耳1‑1、固轴耳1‑1表面孔内穿入门轨1‑2、在机座体反面的一头设计有X撑1‑3;另一头是出料口1‑4、机座体上表面左侧是电机2、电机下面是电机座2‑1,固轴连接器3一头连接电机2的转动轴;另一头连接到轮轴9。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是“一种涡流式粉碎机”,其使用在桔杆、粮食、豆谷、木料及塑料等粉碎领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的各种粉碎机型号层出不穷,款式多样,但其工作原理大致相同,都是采用滚轮、锤刀片、筛网板等设备在电机的带动下高速旋转运动中对物料进行锤击、切割、破碎,达到人们想要的微小颗粒、或粉状物以便于食用或制成其它产品,服务于人们的生活需求。为了节能减耗降低成本提高粉碎机的工作效率,采用新的科学方法新的设计技巧达到我们的目的是很多粉碎机厂家的技术人员不舍的追求。
发明内容
为解决上述难题,本发明解决其技术问题采用技术方案,其特征是:机座体(1)的两边各有两只固轴耳(1-1)、固轴耳(1-1)表面孔内穿入门轨(1-2)、在机座体反面的一头设计有X撑(1-3);另一头是出料口(1-4)、机座体上表面左侧是电机(2)、电机下面是电机座(2-1),固轴连接器(3)一头连接电机(2)的转动轴;另一头连接到轮轴(9),轴承座(4)被固定在粉碎机座(6)两边上表面的梯形平板上,外罩壳(5)被安装在粉碎机座(6)两边上表面的梯形平板上、上有进料口(5-4)、两边设计有左右侧门(5-1)并通过门扣锁(5-2)与外罩壳连接、门轨连接件(5-3)下一头套入门轨(1-2);上一头焊接在左右侧门(5-1)上,粉碎机座(6)设计在机座体(1)的另一头、支撑板(6-1)焊接在上下平面板上,内罩壳(7)当中的灯龙板(7-1)固定在外罩壳(5)的内壁上、两边的筛网板(7-2)固定在两头灯龙板(7-1)的两边、上涡流槽(7-3)、下涡流槽(7-4)设计在灯龙板(7-1)的上下两头、筛网板(7-2)的表面设计有多个筛网孔(7-2-1),旋转轮(8)被固定在轮轴(9)上、多只锤夹片(8-2)通过穿入刀轴(8-1)、套入垫圈(8-4)、锤刀片(8-3)组成旋转轮,轮轴(9)的两头插入到轴承座(4)内。
工作原理是:电机2是动力源,通过固轴连接器3连接轮轴9带动旋转轮8运转,物料A从进料口5-4处进入到内罩壳7内,在旋转轮8的高速运转下锤刀片8-3对物料A进行锤击、切割、粉碎后达到合格的微小颗粒从筛网孔7-2-1中漏出,再从出料口1-4处出料,大于筛网孔7-2-1的不合格物料留在筛网板7-2内再进行重复破碎。本申请涡流式粉碎机相比普通的粉碎机不同之处是在内罩壳7的上下两处增加了上涡流槽7-3、下涡流槽7-4,其原理是:在粉碎机没有涡流槽的情况下,两边筛网板7-2底端之间是圆弧形铁板连接的,锤刀片8-3与筛网板7-2之间是有一定的间隙的,当锤刀片8-3随旋转轮8高速运转时会产生旋风流将带动物料A在筛网板7-2的内壁上旋转形成圆形圈状,此时物料A的旋转速度是被动的,远比不上锤刀片8-3的旋转速度快,在这快慢速度比上锤刀片对物料A发生锤击和切削,达到粉碎的目的,当增加了上涡流槽7-3、下涡流槽7-4后,物料A随旋风流在前进过程中遇到下涡流槽7-4后会产生碰撞掉头现象,正好遇到迎面而来的锤刀片8-3进行二次对撞切割,经物理实验证明,对撞切割力远大于顺势切割力,二次对撞切割提高效率应超过一倍以上。二次切割后物料A随旋风流旋到左上角的上涡流槽7-3内再次掉头,经锤刀片8-3的再次对撞切割,切割效果又提高一倍以上,总体上说增加了上涡流槽7-3和下涡流槽7-4后其粉碎机对物料A的粉碎效率能提高到三倍以上。上涡流槽7-3和下涡流槽7-4是对称型设计,当电机2反转时两边的功能与效果是一样的,这就是涡流式粉碎机的创新核心技术所在。
本发明有益效果是:在原有粉碎机设计上添加了上涡流槽7-3和下涡流槽7-4,使得机器的粉碎效果得到大幅度提高,其有益效果是显而易见的。

附图1-8中:在机座体1的两边焊接上固轴耳1-1、固轴耳1-1表面孔内穿入门轨1-2、在机座体反面的一头设计有X撑1-3;另一头是出料口1-4、机座体上表面左侧是电机2、电机下面是电机座2-1,固轴连接器3一头连接电机2的转动轴;另一头连接到轮轴9,轴承座4被固定在粉碎机座6两边上表面的梯形平板上,外罩壳5被安装在粉碎机座6两边上表面的梯形平板上、上有进料口5-4、两边设计有左右侧门5-1并通过门扣锁5-2与外罩壳连接、门轨连接件5-3下一头套入门轨1-2;上一头焊接在左右侧门5-1上,粉碎机座6设计在机座体1的另一头、支撑板6-1焊接在上下平面板上,内罩壳7当中的灯龙板7-1固定在外罩壳5的内壁上、两边的筛网板7-2固定在两头灯龙板7-1的两边、上涡流槽7-3、下涡流槽7-4设计在灯龙板7-1的上下两头、筛网板7-2的表面设计有多个筛网孔7-2-1,旋转轮8被固定在轮轴9上、多只锤夹片8-2通过穿入刀轴8-1、套入垫圈8-4、锤刀片8-3组成旋转轮,轮轴9的两头插入到轴承座4内。

1.一种涡流式粉碎机,其特征是:机座体(1)的两边各有两只固轴耳(1-1)、固轴耳(1-1)表面孔内穿入门轨(1-2)、在机座体反面的一头设计有X撑(1-3);另一头是出料口(1-4)、机座体上表面左侧是电机(2)、电机下面是电机座(2-1),固轴连接器(3)一头连接电机(2)的转动轴;另一头连接到轮轴(9),轴承座(4)被固定在粉碎机座(6)两边上表面的梯形平板上,外罩壳(5)被安装在粉碎机座(6)两边上表面的梯形平板上、上有进料口(5-4)、两边设计有左右侧门(5-1)并通过门扣锁(5-2)与外罩壳连接、门轨连接件(5-3)下一头套入门轨(1-2);上一头焊接在左右侧门(5-1)上,粉碎机座(6)设计在机座体(1)的另一头、支撑板(6-1)焊接在上下平面板上,内罩壳(7)当中的灯龙板(7-1)固定在外罩壳(5)的内壁上、两边的筛网板(7-2)固定在两头灯龙板(7-1)的两边、上涡流槽(7-3)、下涡流槽(7-4)设计在灯龙板(7-1)的上下两头、筛网板(7-2)的表面设计有多个筛网孔(7-2-1),旋转轮(8)被固定在轮轴(9)上、多只锤夹片(8-2)通过穿入刀轴(8-1)、套入垫圈(8-4)、锤刀片(8-3)组成旋转轮,轮轴(9)的两头插入到轴承座(4)内。
