Abstract
The invention discloses a bidirectional stirring device for wood glue, which comprises a rack, wherein a supporting plate is arranged in the rack; a stirring barrel is arranged on the supporting plate, and a vertically arranged motor is arranged in the center above the stirring barrel; a bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged below the motor and connected with a first stirring rod; the first stirring rod is sleeved with a second stirring rod connected with the bidirectional gear mechanism; the middle part and the lower end of the first stirring rod are respectively provided with a first fan-shaped stirring blade and a second fan-shaped stirring blade; the lower end of the second stirring rod is provided with an inverted U-shaped stirring blade; the top of the stirring barrel is provided with a barrel cover, and the bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged on the barrel cover; the barrel cover is provided with a feeding hopper; a discharge pipe penetrating through the supporting plate is arranged below the stirring barrel; the second stirring rod is shorter than the first stirring rod. The invention has the advantages of relatively high stirring efficiency, relatively short stirring time and no local oxidation of glue.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stirring device for wood industry, in particular to a bidirectional stirring device for wood industry glue.
Background
The wood-processing industry is stirring wood glue, which is usually done with a blender. The conventional stirring machine adopts a single stirring rod for stirring, and the stirring direction of the single stirring rod is one direction during the stirring process. The working efficiency of a single-direction single stirring rod in the actual stirring process is not high, and the glue can be stirred uniformly only in a longer stirring time; the glue is locally oxidized due to the long stirring time of the glue, so that the quality of the glue is reduced. Therefore, the commonly used stirrer has the problems of low unidirectional stirring efficiency of a single stirring rod, long stirring time and easy local oxidation of glue.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bidirectional stirring device for wood glue. The stirring device has the advantages of relatively high stirring efficiency, relatively short stirring time and no local oxidation of glue.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a bidirectional stirring device for wood glue comprises a rack, wherein a supporting plate is arranged in the rack; a stirring barrel is arranged on the supporting plate, and a vertically arranged motor is arranged in the center above the stirring barrel; a bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged below the motor and connected with a first stirring rod; the first stirring rod is sleeved with a second stirring rod connected with the bidirectional gear mechanism; the middle part and the lower end of the first stirring rod are respectively provided with a first fan-shaped stirring blade and a second fan-shaped stirring blade; the lower end of the second stirring rod is provided with an inverted U-shaped stirring rod; the top of the stirring barrel is provided with a barrel cover, and the bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged on the barrel cover; the barrel cover is provided with a feeding hopper; a discharge pipe penetrating through the supporting plate is arranged below the stirring barrel; the second stirring rod is shorter than the first stirring rod.
In the bidirectional stirring device for wood glue, the bidirectional gear mechanism comprises a first gear arranged on the first stirring rod, a second gear arranged on the second stirring rod, a third gear engaged with the first gear, and a duplicate gear engaged with the second gear and the third gear.
In the bidirectional stirring device for wood glue, the first fan-shaped stirring blade and the second fan-shaped stirring blade respectively comprise 4 fan-shaped blades which are uniformly staggered; the first fan-shaped stirring blades and the second fan-shaped stirring blades are uniformly and alternately arranged.
In the bidirectional stirring device for wood glue, the third gear and the duplicate gear are both provided with rotating shafts; and the third gear and the duplicate gear are both provided with two groups.
Compared with the prior art, the glue stirring device has the advantages that the motor is combined with a simple gear transmission structure to drive the first stirring rod and the second stirring rod to rotate in opposite directions simultaneously, so that the respective stirring blades (the first fan-shaped stirring blade, the second fan-shaped stirring blade and the inverted U-shaped stirring blade) are driven to rotate in the positive and negative directions simultaneously, the first fan-shaped stirring blade and the second fan-shaped stirring blade are used for stirring in the positive direction in the stirring process, the inverted U-shaped stirring blade is used for stirring in the reverse direction, so that the glue is stirred in the two directions, and the stirring efficiency is almost doubled under the motor operation with the same power. Because the glue is stirred in a two-way, the efficiency is higher compared with that of one-way stirring, and the stirring time required in the stirring process is relatively shorter; the shorter stirring time ensures that the glue does not have local oxidation due to long-time stirring during stirring. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of relatively high stirring efficiency, relatively short stirring time and no local oxidation of glue.

The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Examples are given. A bidirectional stirring device for wood glue is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a frame 1, wherein a support plate 2 is erected in the frame 1; a stirring barrel 3 is arranged on the supporting plate 2, and a vertically arranged motor 4 is arranged in the center above the stirring barrel 3; a bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged below the motor 4, and is connected with a first stirring rod 52; the first stirring rod 52 is sleeved with a second stirring rod 51 connected with the bidirectional gear mechanism; the middle part and the lower end of the first stirring rod 52 are respectively provided with a first fan-shaped stirring blade 62 and a second fan-shaped stirring blade 63; the lower end of the second stirring rod 51 is provided with an inverted U-shaped stirring blade 61; a barrel cover 31 is arranged at the top of the stirring barrel 3, and the bidirectional gear mechanism is arranged on the barrel cover 31; the barrel cover 31 is provided with a feeding hopper 32; a discharge pipe 33 penetrating through the support plate 2 is arranged below the stirring barrel 3; the second agitating shaft 51 is shorter than the first agitating shaft 52.
The bidirectional gear mechanism comprises a first gear 71 arranged on the first stirring rod 52, a second gear 74 arranged on the second stirring rod 51, a third gear 72 meshed with the first gear 71, and a duplicate gear 73 meshed with the second gear 74 and the third gear 72; the clockwise rotation of motor 4 drives first puddler 52 clockwise rotation, thereby first gear 71 on first puddler 52 begins clockwise rotation and drives the third gear 72 of meshing to carry out anticlockwise rotation, and third gear 72 drives the duplicate gear 73 of meshing to carry out clockwise rotation, thereby duplicate gear 73 drives the second gear 74 anticlockwise rotation of meshing, and second gear 74 pivoted drives second puddler 51 simultaneously and carries out anticlockwise rotation.
The first fan-shaped stirring blade 62 and the second fan-shaped stirring blade 63 both comprise 4 fan-shaped blades which are uniformly staggered; the first fan-shaped stirring blades 62 and the second fan-shaped stirring blades 63 are uniformly staggered.
The third gear 72 and the duplicate gear 73 are both provided with rotating shafts, and the third gear 72 and the duplicate gear 73 are both provided with two groups.
The working principle is as follows: in the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the raw material is fed into the mixing tank 3 from the hopper 32, and the motor 4 is turned on after the addition of the raw material is completed. The motor 4 rotates clockwise to drive the first stirring rod 52 and the first gear 71 on the first stirring rod 52 to rotate clockwise, and the first gear 71 drives the second gear 74 to rotate counterclockwise under the action of the third gear 72 and the duplicate gear 73, so as to drive the second stirring rod 51 to rotate counterclockwise. The first fan-shaped stirring vanes 62 and the second fan-shaped stirring vanes 63 on the first stirring rod 52 start to rotate clockwise, and the inverted U-shaped stirring vanes 61 on the second stirring rod 51 start to rotate counterclockwise. The raw materials are fully stirred under clockwise and anticlockwise bidirectional stirring, after the stirring operation is finished, the motor 4 is closed, the discharge pipe 33 is opened, and the fully-stirred glue flows into the storage barrel below from the discharge pipe 33.
