Abstract
The invention discloses a composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 15-20 parts of 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane, 5-10 parts of dithiocyano methane, 1-5 parts of polymaleic acid, 1-5 parts of phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC, 10-20 parts of ethanol, 5-15 parts of dimethylformamide and 80-100 parts of soft water. The invention adopts the composite scale-inhibiting slow-release bactericide, has reasonable formula design and good use effect.

(3) adding dithiocyano-methane into the solution B, fully mixing, and stirring to prepare a solution C;
(4) adding 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane into the solution C, and fully stirring to dissolve the 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane uniformly to prepare a solution D;
(5) adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the solution D, and fully stirring to dissolve the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride to prepare a solution E;
(6) sequentially adding the phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC and the polymaleic acid into the solution E, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to prepare a solution F;
(7) acidifying the solution F with hydrochloric acid, and controlling the pH value to be 3-4 to obtain the composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide.

(1) adding soft water at normal temperature into an enamel container, adding ethanol into the soft water, and uniformly stirring to form a solution A;
(2) adding dimethylformamide into the solution A, and stirring to prepare a solution B;
(3) adding dithiocyano-methane into the solution B, fully mixing, and stirring to prepare a solution C;
(4) adding 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane into the solution C, and fully stirring to dissolve the 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane uniformly to prepare a solution D;
(5) adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the solution D, and fully stirring to dissolve the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride to prepare a solution E;
(6) sequentially adding the phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC and the polymaleic acid into the solution E, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to prepare a solution F;
(7) acidifying the solution F with hydrochloric acid, and controlling the pH value to be 3-4 to obtain the composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide.

(2) adding dimethylformamide into the solution A, and stirring to prepare a solution B;
(3) adding dithiocyano-methane into the solution B, fully mixing, and stirring to prepare a solution C;
(4) adding 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane into the solution C, and fully stirring to dissolve the 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane uniformly to prepare a solution D;
(5) adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the solution D, and fully stirring to dissolve the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride to prepare a solution E;
(6) sequentially adding the phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC and the polymaleic acid into the solution E, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to prepare a solution F;
(7) acidifying the solution F with hydrochloric acid, and controlling the pH value to be 3-4 to obtain the composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide.
Example 3
A composite scale inhibition slow release bactericide comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 17 parts of 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane, 8 parts of dithiocyano-methane, 3 parts of polymaleic acid, 3 parts of phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC, 15 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of dimethylformamide and 90 parts of soft water, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding soft water at normal temperature into an enamel container, adding ethanol into the soft water, and uniformly stirring to form a solution A;
(2) adding dimethylformamide into the solution A, and stirring to prepare a solution B;
(3) adding dithiocyano-methane into the solution B, fully mixing, and stirring to prepare a solution C;
(4) adding 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane into the solution C, and fully stirring to dissolve the 5, 5-dichloro-2, 2-dihydroxy diphenylmethane uniformly to prepare a solution D;
(5) adding dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride into the solution D, and fully stirring to dissolve the dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride to prepare a solution E;
(6) sequentially adding the phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC and the polymaleic acid into the solution E, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to prepare a solution F;
(7) acidifying the solution F with hydrochloric acid, and controlling the pH value to be 3-4 to obtain the composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide.

(6) sequentially adding the phosphonocarboxylic acid-PBTC and the polymaleic acid into the solution E, fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to prepare a solution F;
(7) acidifying the solution F with hydrochloric acid, and controlling the pH value to be 3-4 to obtain the composite scale inhibition slow-release bactericide.
