When the mining instrument is used, the door 21 is opened by using the magnetic card 3, and the mining instrument is placed in the jack on the charging seat 24 for charging. When the charging stand 24 charges the mining instrument, the current tester 25 generates current fluctuation and sends a measured current signal to the upper computer 1, and the upper computer 1 receives the signal and controls the first indicator lamp 27 to display charging. The first indicator light 27 comprises three different colors, green representing presence of an instrument and being charged; red for no instrument; yellow indicates that there is an instrument and charging is complete. In order to accurately know whether the storage box 2 has the mining instrument and the charging state of the instrument, a camera 26 is further arranged inside the storage box 2, and the camera 26 is respectively and electrically connected with the upper computer 1 and the power supply 23. When the current tester 25 has a fault, the storage and charging conditions of the mining instruments in the storage box 2 can be accurately observed through the camera 26. For the convenience of the function of the door 21, in this embodiment, the second end of the door 21 is provided with a lock, the storage box 2 is provided with a lock hole at a corresponding position, a lock fixing member is arranged in the lock hole, and the lock fixing member is electrically connected with the upper computer 1. The upper computer 1 controls the lock fixing piece according to the signal sent by the magnetic card reader 22, and then controls the lock to open or close through the lock fixing piece.
In order to facilitate the storage of the mining instrument, in the embodiment, a light sensor and a spotlight are further arranged inside the storage box 2, and the light sensor and the spotlight are electrically connected with the upper computer 1. During door 21, inside light got into storage box 2, light was experienced to the light inductor in storage box 2 inside to transmit light for the light controller in host computer 1, and open through light controller control shot-light, provide light for storage box 2. When the storage box 2 is opened, the spotlight is turned on; when the storage box 2 is closed, the spotlight is closed, and resource loss is effectively reduced.
For the convenience of personnel control, in this embodiment, the upper computer 1 includes a notebook. The notebook computer can observe the condition of the storage box 2 at any time and any place, and is convenient and fast.
