The packing box paging pre-folding machine provided by the invention has the characteristics of low cost, stable operation, flexible and convenient operation and the like, improves the quality stability of products, and has the production efficiency of more than 125 sheets/min.

Referring to fig. 1, a transmission shaft 500 is provided with five groups of cams 501, wherein the first cam and the second cam are a group of cams with 180 degrees of installation angle difference and respectively drive a first group of transmission groups correspondingly, and the fourth cam and the fifth cam are a group of cams with 180 degrees of installation angle difference and respectively drive a second group of transmission groups correspondingly; the third cam is located between the second cam and the fourth cam for driving the folding box transmission 400, and is installed at the same angle as the first cam and the fifth cam. Therefore, the two groups of transmission groups are driven by the transmission shaft to synchronously rotate, and the packing box is ensured to stably fall down to complete paging and box folding.
In the above embodiment, the receiving transmission mechanism 200 includes a receiving wheel 201, a receiving transmission rod 202, a receiving spring 203, and a receiving block 204; the receiving wheel 201 is abutted with the cam 501; one end of the receiving transmission rod 202 is connected with the receiving wheel 201, the other end is fixed with the receiving block 204, the receiving block 204 can extend out of the first telescopic channel 101 into the paging box folding space, and the receiving spring 203 is sleeved between one end of the receiving transmission rod 202 and the mounting seat 100.
Paging actuator 300 includes paging wheel 301, paging actuator lever 302, paging spring 303, and paging tongue 304; paging wheel 301 abuts cam 501; one end of the paging transmission rod 302 is connected with the paging wheel 301, the other end is fixed with the paging tongue 304, the paging tongue 304 can extend out of the second telescopic channel 102 into the paging box space, and the paging spring 303 is sleeved between one end of the paging transmission rod 302 and the mounting seat 100.
The receiving transmission mechanism 200 and the paging transmission mechanism 300 each comprise a direction limiting rod 700, one end of each direction limiting rod 700 is fixed on the mounting seat 100 and is arranged in parallel with the first telescopic channel 101 or the second telescopic channel 102, and the other end of each direction limiting rod 700 is fixed with the paging transmission rod 302 or the receiving transmission rod 202. Therefore, the paging transmission rod is prevented from rotating during working, and accurate paging is ensured. The thickness of the next packing box can be only contained between the paging tongue and the receiving block, and the thickness of the packing box is 2.25mm in the middle and 1.5mm at the two sides, see fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the box folding transmission mechanism 400 includes a box folding wheel 401, a box folding transmission rod 402, a box folding spring and a box folding block 403; the folding box wheel 401 is in contact with the cam 501; one end of the box folding transmission rod 402 is connected with the box folding wheel 401, the other end of the box folding transmission rod is fixed with the box folding block 403, the box folding block 403 can extend out of the third telescopic channel 103 to enter a box folding space, and the box folding spring is sleeved between one end of the box folding transmission rod 402 and the mounting seat 100.
Advantageously, referring to fig. 3, the box folding block 403 is a horizontally arranged V-shaped block, and the package box is conveniently preset according to the original folding line in the box folding procedure.
More advantageously, the device further comprises a stop block 600, wherein the stop block 600 is mounted on the mounting plate Q of the prefolding machine and extends out of the paging box folding space. Referring to fig. 2 and 5, two embodiments of a package box paging pre-folding machine are shown, the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is provided with two pairs of paging pre-folding devices, and fig. 5 is provided with 4 pairs of paging pre-folding devices.
In the paging pre-folding device provided by the invention, the springs are arranged on the transmission rods so as to ensure that the idler wheels on the transmission rods are contacted with the cam wheels, the power drives the main transmission shaft to rotate, and the transmission rods are controlled to transversely move in an extending manner through the cams; as the cam passes from the high point to the low point, the transmission rod retracts under the action of the spring force; thereby driving the parts corresponding to the transmission rod to do telescopic motion. The action time sequence of each transmission rod is controlled according to the installation position of the eccentric wheel, so that the actions of each transmission rod are coordinated, and the purpose of paging pre-folding is achieved.
According to the invention, through the paging principle of the 'plug-in paging' device, the paging is carried out without considering whether the materials are uniform in thickness, smooth in surface and appearance, and only the spacing between the sheets is within a certain range; and the main transmission shaft can produce a packing box after rotating for one circle, and the production beat can completely meet the productivity requirement of a production line. The paging mode realized by the 'plug-in paging' has wider market application value.
The specific working process is as follows, see fig. 1 and fig. 4:
When the transmission shaft is in the position shown in fig. 1 (assuming that the cam corresponding to the paging wheel is 180 degrees, the cam corresponding to the receiving wheel is 0 degrees, and the cam corresponding to the folding block wheel is 0 degrees), the cam on the rotation shaft ejects the paging transmission rod, and when the paging tongue is in the extending position, the cam is not ejected from the receiving block transmission rod and the folding block transmission rod, and is in a retracted state under the action of spring force, namely, the receiving block and the folding block are in the retracted position, and the packing box is in the position C1 to be folded;
When the transmission shaft rotates 180 degrees, the paging tongue is in a retracted and extended position, the bearing block and the box folding block are in an extended position, and the packing box falls into a paging position C2 under the action of self gravity; between the paging tongue and the receiving block, only 1.5mm of the two sides of the thickness of the next packing box and 2.25mm of the middle thickness are contained (as shown in figure 6).
When the transmission shaft rotates 180 degrees again, the paging tongue is inserted between the first sheet and the second sheet, the bearing block and the box folding block retract, when the paging tongue is in the extending position, the bearing block and the box folding block are in the retracting position, and the packing box falls into the stop block position C3, at the moment, the upper packing box is prevented from falling down due to the fact that the paging tongue is in the extending position, and only the lowest packing box is guaranteed to fall into;
when the transmission shaft rotates 180 degrees again, the paging tongue is in a retracted position, the bearing block and the box folding block are in an extended position, and the packing box is extruded into a rectangle (positioned at a C4 position) by the box folding block;
When the transmission shaft rotates 180 degrees again, the paging tongue is in an extending position, the bearing block and the box folding block are in a retracting position, and the packing box falls into the conveying belt to be in a position C5; after the packing box is conveyed to the flattening position through the conveying belt to be flattened, the packing box is conveyed to the collecting box to be collected, boxed and packed, and the pre-folding treatment process of the whole packing box is completed.
When the transmission shaft rotates to the second circle, the pre-folding of the first packing box is completed, and after that, when the transmission shaft moves to different angles, the paging-carrying-pre-folding actions of different packing boxes are correspondingly completed, the positions of the packing boxes are seen in the first table, (a, b, c, d, e in the first table represent the first to fifth packing boxes);
