Description

Anti-seepage book and painting book and binding method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of book binding, in particular to an anti-seepage book and a binding method thereof.
Background
The Xuan paper as one of four treasures of the study is a high-grade paper for writing brush and painting. Because the Xuan paper has good ink moistening performance, has the advantages of clear ink rhyme and distinct layers, and is a preferred product for writing and drawing by a plurality of painters. Because the rice paper is independent of a single piece, people take and put the rice paper by the single piece at first, which is not beneficial to the centralized preservation of works for people who often write and draw, the rice paper book binding a plurality of rice papers together appears at present. The Xuan paper book can also be called ink book, Chinese painting sketching book and the like. However, since rice paper is very permeable, after the rice paper is bound into a book, the rice paper can permeate into other pages when being used, so that the other pages are stained by ink and cannot be used.
In order to solve the permeation problem of the calligraphy and painting, at present, the following modes are available, firstly, the rice paper and the paperboard are glued together to be made into the rice paper paperboard, however, the glue and the paperboard are arranged on the back of the whole rice paper, so that the halation effect is poorer than that of the conventional rice paper, and simultaneously, the rice paper is difficult to dry than the conventional rice paper due to the fact that the back of the whole rice paper is not breathable, so that the outer ring of an ink dot is already dried, the center of the ink dot is not dried, and the ink in the central part is dried and then is greatly different from the earlier ink dried on the outer ring; secondly, the Xuan paper book is thickened, namely the Xuan paper is thickened in the manufacturing process of the Xuan paper, then the thickened Xuan paper is bound into a book through a metal coil, and an impermeable interlayer paper pad is arranged between a page in use and the next page when the Xuan paper book is used; thirdly, the magnetic traditional Chinese painting sketching drawing board with the felt is characterized in that the felt is adhered to a magnetic harder board, and cut rice paper is fixed on the board by at least four magnets when the magnetic traditional Chinese painting sketching drawing board is used, however, the traditional Chinese painting sketching drawing board needs a user to cut the paper in advance when the magnetic traditional Chinese painting sketching drawing board is used, and the rice paper is fixed on the board by a plurality of magnets after the paper is cut, so that the number of painting materials needed to be taken when people go out to sketch is increased, and the magnetic traditional Chinese painting sketching drawing board is not easy and convenient; fourthly, the rice paper album of paintings or calligraphy, the album of paintings or calligraphy that adopts thickening rice paper to make promptly, this kind of rice paper originally only is fit for the less artistic expression of ink volume with the water, like the rubbing of calligraphy, seal cutting seal etc. if the ink volume is big with the water, can permeate other pages.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, implementation principles, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention discloses an anti-infiltration book, which comprises a paper book 1, wherein the paper book 1 comprises a plurality of sheets of writing and drawing paper stacked in order and bound together by a binding end, the writing and drawing paper in the following embodiments is illustrated by taking the rice paper 10 as an example, but not limited thereto, and all paper materials used for writing and drawing, which are easy to infiltrate and absorb water, belong to the protection scope of the technical scheme of the present invention. The back of each piece of rice paper 10 at the binding end is provided with a barrier belt 11 with a certain width, the width of the barrier belt 11 in the embodiment is 1-4 mm, an extremely thin first film layer 110 is covered in the barrier belt 11, and the end wall of one end of each piece of rice paper 10 with the barrier belt 11 is further covered with a second film layer 12. Both the first film layer 110 and the second film layer 12 serve to block the passage of liquid molecules. In this embodiment, the first film layer 110 may be a polymer film that can be attached, for example, a resin film that is soft, easy to process, environmentally friendly, waterproof, and elastic, and when the paper book 1 is manufactured, the cut resin film is attached to the back of the barrier tape 11 on the rice paper 10. In addition, for the convenience of manufacturing, the first film layer 110 may also be an adhesive film formed by brushing adhesive. Since the end wall of the rice paper 10 is narrow, the second film layer 12 is preferably a glue film. No matter the glue film forming the first film layer or the glue film forming the second film layer is formed by brushing glue, and the glue can be white latex or edge sealing glue. It should be noted that the adhesive film or the attached polymer film can be used as long as the material is soft and waterproof, and the permeation effect of the rice paper is not affected. In addition, for the convenience of storage and moisture protection, the edge sealing glue 13 is brushed on the peripheral side edge of the paper book 1, a glue retaining opening 14 is formed in any edge of the paper book 1, which is different from the edge sealing glue 13 with the barrier belt 11, namely the glue retaining opening 14 is not brushed with the edge sealing glue 13, the glue retaining opening 14 comprises a section of the edge of all the rice paper 10 in the paper book 1, the paper is convenient to take, and the glue retaining opening 14 is formed in one side of the paper book 1, which is opposite to the edge sealing glue 13 with the barrier belt 11. When the first film layer 110 is made of resin film, in order to prevent the ink from forming color difference on the front and back of the rice paper 10 and affecting the effect of the painting and calligraphy works, a plurality of fine paper scrap particles distributed at intervals in a point shape can be arranged on the surface of the resin film with the colloid, and the paper scrap particles can be formed by smashing the painting and calligraphy paper. The diameter of the paper scrap particles can be limited to be between 1 mu m and 0.24mm, and the purpose of the paper scrap particles is to form a certain ink absorption space between the rice paper 10 and the polymer film, so that the surface of the rice paper 10 which is originally stuck by the polymer film can absorb ink.
When the impermeable book with the structure is used, the seal of the uppermost rice paper 10 is cut off from the glue reserving opening 14 by using a hard sheet, then the rice paper 10 is lifted, at the moment, one end of the rice paper 10 with the barrier belt 11 is connected with the book 1 through the sealing glue 13, then a waterproof pad is placed under the rice paper 10, and the waterproof pad can use a thinner felt or other pads which are used conventionally when calligraphy and painting are carried out, and then the painting can be carried out. Because the barrier strip 11 is covered with the first film layer 110, the first film layer 110 prevents ink from penetrating from the bottom of the rice paper 10 to the lower paper, because the end wall of the rice paper 10 is covered with the second film layer 12, the second film layer 12 prevents ink from penetrating from the end wall of the rice paper 10 to the lower paper, therefore, under the action of the first film layer 110 and the second film layer 12, ink is prevented from penetrating from the binding edge of the rice paper 10, and other parts of the rice paper 10 are blocked by the water blocking pad, the purpose of effectively preventing ink from penetrating is achieved, moreover, because the first film layer 110 is extremely thin, the influence of the first film layer 110 on the permeability of the rice paper 10 can be ignored, and the width of the barrier strip 11 is relatively small compared with the width of the rice paper 10, the influence of the first film layer 110 on the water ink halation effect of the rice paper 10 is extremely low, the use effect of the rice paper can be originally kept, so that the rice paper 10 of any specification can be bound into the book 1 with the structure, the original material structure of the rice paper 10 can not be damaged.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, the impermeable calligraphy and painting book of the present invention further comprises a liner 2 instead of the above-mentioned water-proof pad, when in use, the liner 2 is placed under the rice paper 10 to be used currently, the area of the liner 2 is slightly larger than that of the rice paper 10, the front surface of the liner 2 is provided with a flexible fluffy material layer 20, when in use, the flexible fluffy material layer 20 can lift up the rice paper 10 to play a role of ventilation behind the rice paper 10, so that the ink can be dried quickly, and in addition, the excess ink which permeates can be absorbed. In addition, the back surface of the liner 2 is provided with a waterproof glue layer 21 for preventing ink from penetrating from the liner 2 to the next page of paper. The pad 2 in this embodiment is a flocked fabric, and the flocked fabric after treatment has an effect similar to that of felt and is thinner than the felt.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, in the barrier belt 11, the first film layer 110 is covered with the first removable non-drying adhesive layer 111, and the first removable non-drying adhesive layer 111 is further covered with the first isolation layer 112, the first isolation layer 112 includes a plurality of isolation points separately distributed in a dot shape, the isolation points are formed by a waterproof spray, and one side of the pad 2 corresponding to the barrier belt 11 is covered with the second removable non-drying adhesive layer 22. The movable adhesive sticker has the characteristics of lasting viscosity, repeated sticking, no residual glue, no torn paper and soft glue after the glue is dried. Preferably, the width of the second removable adhesive layer 22 is less than or equal to the width of the barrier tape 11. In this embodiment, the arrangement of the first removable non-drying glue layer 111 and the first isolation layer 112 with the above structure can make the barrier belt 11 on the back of the rice paper 10 generate a certain viscosity, but the viscosity is not enough to stick the rice paper 10 of the lower page, but when the liner 2 is placed under the rice paper 10, the barrier belt 11 can stick to the second removable non-drying glue layer 22 on the liner 2, and can not stick tightly, thereby preventing the liner 2 from moving, and in addition, because the rice paper 10 and the liner 2 are stuck together, ink, oil and the like can be prevented from flowing to the end wall through the gap between the rice paper 10 and the liner 2. Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the flexible fluffy material layer 20 on the pad 2 is covered by a second insulation layer 23, and the second insulation layer 23 is formed by a waterproof spray. The front side of the pad 2 is suitably waterproofed by spraying a waterproof spray on the flexible bulky material layer 20.
In order to facilitate the carrying of the notebook 1, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the impermeable writing and drawing book of the present invention further comprises a supporting plate 3 for supporting the notebook 1, wherein the supporting plate 3 is a hard flat plate, and the use of the notebook 1 is no longer limited by the environmental conditions of the supporting desktop through the arrangement of the supporting plate 3. Preferably, one end of the pad 2 is connected with the support plate 3, and the other end of the pad 2 can be placed under the currently used rice paper 10. When not in use, can tile liner 2 in the below of this 1 of paper, when opening a piece of rice paper 10 of this 1 top of paper, lift up the free end of liner 2, tile in the below of the rice paper 10 of opening, convenient to use. Preferably, the supporting plate 3 is further provided with a paper binding member for binding one end of the paper notebook 1 opposite to the barrier belt 11 with the supporting plate 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the paper binding member includes a first magnetic attraction member 30 and a second magnetic attraction member 31 which can attract each other, the first magnetic attraction member 30 is disposed at an end of the support plate 3 opposite to the blocking strip 11 of the rice paper 10, and the second magnetic attraction member 31 is used for pressing a position corresponding to the first magnetic attraction member 30 on the currently used rice paper 10, so that during use, the rice paper 10 is firstly paved, and then the second magnetic attraction member 31 is disposed at the position corresponding to the first magnetic attraction member 30, so that the free end of the rice paper 10 is fixed.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the binding method of the book having the above-described structure includes the steps of:
1) stacking a plurality of rice paper 10 together to form a paper book 1; for convenience in use, the paper notebook 1 can be placed above the supporting plate 3, and the supporting plate 3 and the paper notebook 1 are fixed together;
2) one side of the paper book 1 is selected as a binding end, and the back of each piece of rice paper 10 in the binding end is covered with a first film layer 110; the first film layer can be generated by an adhesive film formed by brushing adhesive or is an attached polymer film, when the adhesive film is selected, a thin adhesive with a certain width can be brushed on the back of the binding end of the rice paper 10, and the first film layer 110 is formed after drying; when brushing glue, white latex with low permeability to paper, softness after air drying and good toughness, such as stationery seal head glue, is selected and brushed as thin as possible, so that a glue film can be formed after air drying, and the thickness of the rice paper 10 cannot be influenced; after the glue is poured into the container, spreading and airing the glue for 6 to 15 minutes (the glue is proper to be slightly dark and thick) by using a brush to dry the glue for later use, so that fluctuation of the rice paper 10 after the glue is brushed and infiltration of the glue to the rice paper 10 can be reduced, then brushing a thin glue with the width of 1mm to 4mm on the back surface of the rice paper 10, scraping redundant glue on the paper surface by using a flat scraper, a bone knife, a plastic sheet and the like after the glue is brushed, enabling the glue to be as thin as possible, and forming a glue film after airing; when the first film layer 110 is made of a polymer film, a plurality of fine paper scrap particles distributed at intervals in a dot shape are adhered to one surface of the polymer film with the colloid before the polymer film is adhered, when the paper scrap particles are manufactured, the rice paper 10 or other paper materials can be smashed into thin slurry, then the slurry is sprayed or brushed on the polymer film, and the rice paper is dried for use, or the smashed paper can be directly sprinkled on the polymer film. The density of the adhered paper scraps is controlled so that the glue on the polymer film keeps a certain viscosity and is not completely adhered to the rice paper 10.
3) Brushing a thin glue on the end wall of each piece of rice paper 10 in the binding end, and forming a glue film for the second film layer 12 on the end wall of the rice paper 10 after drying; both the first film layer 110 and the second film layer 12 are used for blocking liquid molecules from passing; in the working procedure, the glue body also selects the envelope paper end sealing glue, when the glue is brushed, the side with the glue brushed on the back surface of the rice paper 10 is lifted, so that the side paper sheets form a small inclined plane which can see the glue on the back surface of the paper (as shown in figure 10, the glue is brushed on the end wall of the rice paper 10 as much as possible, so that redundant glue is conveniently scraped off, a layer of glue is thinly brushed, after the redundant glue is quickly scraped off, the paper sheets are lightly rubbed by hands, all the paper sheets are not stuck together by the glue, and the glue bodies of all the paper sheets are separated and dried to form a glue film for the second film layer 12;
4) brushing edge sealing glue 13 on the peripheral side edges of the paper book 1, sealing the edge of the paper book 1, arranging a glue retaining opening 14 on any edge of the paper book 1 different from the binding end, wherein the glue retaining opening 14 comprises a section of the edge of all the rice papers 10 in the paper book 1, and the edge sealing glue 13 is not brushed in the glue retaining opening 14;
5) cutting a liner 2 slightly larger than the rice paper 10, wherein the liner 2 can be placed below the rice paper 10 to be used at present, the front surface of the liner 2 is provided with a flexible fluffy material layer 20, the back surface of the liner 2 is provided with a waterproof glue layer 21, the fluffy material layer can be flocked cloth, one end of the liner 2 is connected with the supporting plate 3, and the other end of the liner 2 can be turned to any page of rice paper 10;
to avoid the movement of the rice paper 10 relative to the liner 2 and to avoid the ink level permeating the liner 2 from flowing to the end wall of the paper book 1 and further permeating other rice paper 10, the following processes 6 and 7 can be added:
6) brushing a thin layer of movable self-adhesive water on the first film layer 110, and air-drying to form a first movable self-adhesive layer 111;
7) spraying waterproof spray on the first removable non-drying adhesive layer 111, and after the adhesive layer is dried, the waterproof spray is distributed on the adhesive layer in a dotted manner, so that the adjacent rice paper 10 cannot be adhered by the first removable non-drying adhesive layer 111; when spraying the waterproof spray, in order to form a punctiform distribution effect on the first removable self-adhesive layer 111, spraying at an interval of about 80cm, so that the waterproof spray falls on the adhesive layer in a fine mist shape, after drying, the waterproof spray can be pressed on the adhesive layer with fingers, the fingers feel a little viscosity, when the fingers are lifted, the paper sheets cannot move upwards together, if the paper sheets and the fingers move upwards together, the waterproof spray can be sprayed again, and therefore, the glue on the back of the rice paper 10 cannot be adhered to the lower rice paper 10 and the weak viscosity is kept;
8) and brushing movable self-adhesive water with certain width at the position corresponding to the binding end on the front surface of the liner 2, and airing to form a second movable non-adhesive layer 22. The width of the second removable adhesive layer 22 is less than or equal to the width of the binding end.
9) And a thin waterproof spray is sprayed on the front surface of the pad 2 at an interval of about 50cm, so that the flocked fabric has certain waterproofness but not very strong waterproofness on the surface, the effect of imitating a felt for painting and calligraphy is realized, but the thickness of the pad 2 is much smaller than that of the felt.
To sum up, after the painting and calligraphy book is bound by the binding method, the paper book 1 is in the edge sealing state except the glue retaining opening 14, so that the pages of rice paper 10 are not easy to scatter in disorder in the using process, when the book is used, a paper cutter can be used for selecting the uppermost rice paper 10 from the glue retaining opening 14 on the paper book 1, then other edge seals of the rice paper 10 except the binding end are opened, then the page of rice paper 10 is lifted, the liner 2 is opened and covered under the opened rice paper 10, then the second adsorption piece is placed at the tail end of the rice paper 10, the tail end of the rice paper 10 is fixed through adsorption with the first magnetic adsorption piece 30, so that the tail end of the rice paper 10 is prevented from being blown up in the writing and drawing processes, then the pen can be started to use, and even under the condition of very large ink consumption, ink cannot permeate other pages; in addition, because the paper book 1 is connected to a supporting plate 3, the painting and calligraphy book can be carried to the field for painting from life without preparing a painting and calligraphy frame or a painting and calligraphy table, and the use is convenient.
