Abstract
The invention discloses a coffee pen, which comprises a pen core and a pen body, wherein the pen body is wrapped on the outer wall of the pen core; the pen body is formed by pressing dry coffee powder and an epoxy resin additive through a forming die, so that the pen body and the pen core form a pencil structure; the top of the pencil is provided with seeds coated with a soluble coating layer. The invention has simple structure, environmental protection, reutilization, resource saving and forest felling reduction.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of stationery, in particular to a coffee pen.
Background
At present, a common pencil is manufactured by using a wood material, and a pencil core made of graphite is coated inside the pencil body. The pencil body of the pencil is made of wood materials, so that trees are inevitably felled, natural ecology is damaged, and the remaining small section of the pencil is discarded after the pencil is used, so that the pencil is not environment-friendly.
At present, plastic materials are also adopted as pen bodies, the pen bodies are mainly formed by feeding pen cores which are pre-formed into straight strips into a mold, injecting combustible and non-toxic plastic materials into the mold as pen body materials to cover the periphery of the pen cores, cooling the pen bodies to form the pen bodies, cutting the rod-shaped objects out of the mold into pencils with proper length and size, and the plastic materials are not easy to degrade and can not be rotten for thousands of years, so that the plastic materials are more harmful to natural ecology and are not environment-friendly.
The patent application No. 8710174.6, entitled material of pencil holder and method for making pencil, uses waste paper to replace wood to produce paper holder pencil, and uses waste paper as raw material for producing pencil, but paper is also made of wood pulp, and it is made by cutting forest, and does not solve the problem that forest is cut and wood is in short supply.
The coffee grounds contain nutrients required by plant growth, and can be used as fertilizer without peculiar smell when being poured into the flowerpot. The coffee grounds are also good nutrients for plants, and can be poured above the culture soil of the potted plants, so that the fertilizing effect is easily achieved.
Coffee is the first beverage in the world, the residual coffee grounds after the coffee is drunk every day are tens of thousands, and the coffee grounds are directly discarded (degradable) at present and are relatively wasted.
In addition, the children are born in the large cities and grow in the large cities at present, the growth rules or growth environments of some crops are unknown, and the problem that how to learn the knowledge by the children in the large cities at ordinary times is also a problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the coffee pen with simple structure and environmental protection.
The invention is realized by the following modes:
a coffee pen comprises a pen core 1 and a pen body 2, wherein the pen body 2 is wrapped on the outer wall of the pen core 1; the method is characterized in that: the pencil body 2 is formed by mixing 70-90 parts by mass of dry coffee powder, 5-15 parts by mass of coagulant and 15-25 parts by mass of NPK compound fertilizer and then pressing the mixture by a forming die, so that the pencil body and the pencil lead 1 form a pencil structure; the top of the pencil is provided with a seed 4 coated with a dissolvable coating 3.
The pen body 2 is formed by pressing 70-100 parts by mass of dried coffee powder and 10-15 parts by mass of coagulant through a forming die.
The top of the pen body 2 is provided with a groove 5; seeds 4 are arranged in the groove 5, and the notch of the groove 5 is sealed by a soluble wrapping layer 3.
The pen body 2 is circular or polygonal in shape.
The coagulant is a culture medium coagulant or a starch coagulant.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the pen body is made of coffee powder, so that manufacturing resources and cost can be greatly saved, and the pen body is made of coffee powder without cutting down forests; meanwhile, the recovery of the coffee powder/dregs is quite simple, and the coffee powder can be used as flower fertilizer or soil for plant growth.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, a coffee pen comprises a pen core 1 and a pen body 2, wherein the pen body 2 is wrapped on the outer wall of the pen core 1; the pencil body 2 is formed by mixing 70-90 parts by mass of dry coffee powder, 5-15 parts by mass of coagulant and 15-25 parts by mass of NPK compound fertilizer and then pressing the mixture by a forming die, so that the pencil body and the pencil lead 1 form a pencil structure; the top of the pencil is provided with seeds 4 coated with a soluble coating layer 3, and the NPK compound fertilizer is beneficial to the growth of plants.
The pen body 2 is formed by pressing 70-100 parts by mass of dried coffee powder and 10-15 parts by mass of coagulant through a forming die.
As shown in FIG. 2, the top of the pen body 2 of the present invention is provided with a groove 5; the groove 5 is internally provided with seeds 4, and the notch of the groove 5 is sealed by a soluble wrapping layer 3.
According to the invention, the pen body 2 is circular or polygonal in shape according to the preference of a user.
The coagulant is a culture medium coagulant or a starch coagulant.
The pen core 1 is a graphite core body or a colored wax core.
The soluble coating layer 3 can be automatically dissolved and broken when inserted into soil, so that the coated seeds 4 enter the soil to take root and sprout.
The seeds 4 of the present invention may be of various kinds, such as mixed seeds of flowers and vegetables, or may be of a single kind, such as seeds having only flowers in a pencil or seeds of vegetables.
The part of the pen body 2 which is cut off in the using process can be used as fertilizer or soil for the growth of seeds 4.
When a coffee pencil is used to the last section, the top of the coffee pencil can be directly inserted into soil, the soluble coating layer 3 is automatically dissolved and broken when inserted into the soil, the coated seeds 4 enter the soil to take roots and sprout, and the cut part of the pencil body 2 in the using process can be used as fertilizer or soil for the growth of the seeds 4. Parents can make children know the growth mode and the growth process of vegetables or plants in this way, and can obtain a lot of fun from the growth mode and the growth process.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention, so that any minor modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the technical scope of the present invention.
