Abstract

一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴,属于3D打印技术领域。本发明的陶瓷喷头外侧均匀绕有加热电阻丝,加热电阻丝的表面覆有热敏电阻,热敏电阻和加热电阻丝分别引出接线连到插接端子头上;陶瓷喷头通过尾部的长管与连接件相连,陶瓷喷头的前端套有隔热垫圈;陶瓷喷头的外部套有内壳,内壳的外部套有外壳。本发明结构简单,内外壳的设计使内壳保温得同时减小热量传递到外壳,陶瓷喷头前后分别安装有四氟管和隔热垫圈,能避免热量的快速传递,从而达到保温防烫的目的,整个结构相对独立,外壳采用卡爪结构形式紧固连接,组装简单、拆卸更换方便。

技术领域
本发明属于3D打印技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴。
背景技术
3D打印笔为手持式3D自由涂鸦作画笔,因3D打印笔涂鸦作画需要的耗材为固体PLA、ABS等塑料线材,线材需要进行加热至180℃融化,然后挤出成型作画,所以温度会集中于笔尖,对于手持作画来说,容易形成烫伤等安全问题。因此,发明一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴,目的在于解决现有3D打印笔容易形成烫伤、安全性差的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴,包括陶瓷喷头,所述陶瓷喷头外侧均匀绕有加热电阻丝,所述加热电阻丝的表面覆有热敏电阻,所述热敏电阻和加热电阻丝分别引出接线连到插接端子头上;所述陶瓷喷头通过尾部的长管管与连接件相连,所述陶瓷喷头的前端套有隔热垫圈;所述陶瓷喷头的外部套有内壳,所述内壳的外部套有外壳。
优选的,本发明的外壳与内壳之间留有1-2mm的间隙,双层喷嘴的设计具有防烫功能。
优选的,本发明的外壳外轮廓上均布有若干长条形的散热孔,帮助外壳更好的散热。
优选的,本发明的长管为四氟管;四氟管导热慢。
优选的,本发明的隔热垫圈采用铁氟龙材料制成。
优选的,本发明的热敏电阻用耐高温胶带固定在加热电阻丝的表面。
优选的,本发明的外壳和连接件之间采用卡接式结构。
本发明的有益效果是内外壳之间设有间隙,内壳保温同时减小热量传递到外壳;本发明的陶瓷喷头前后分别安装有四氟管和隔热垫圈,能避免热量的快速传递,从而达到保温防烫的目的;本发明的结构相对独立,外壳采用卡接式结构紧固连接,组装简单、拆卸更换方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:如图1和图2所示,一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴包括外壳1、内壳2、陶瓷喷头3、隔热垫圈4、热敏电阻5、加热电阻丝6、插接端子头7、长管8和连接件9;加热电阻丝6均匀绕在陶瓷喷头3上,热敏电阻5利用耐高温胶带固定在加热电阻丝6的表面,热敏电阻5、加热电阻丝6分别引出接线连到插接端子头7上,陶瓷喷头3的前端固接隔热垫圈4,陶瓷喷头3通过尾部的长管8与连接件9相连,内壳2、外壳1依次套装在陶瓷喷头3的外表面,外壳1和连接件9之间采用卡接式结构。
其中,外壳1、内壳2之间留有1-2mm的间隙;外壳1外轮廓上均布有若干长条形的散热孔;隔热垫圈4采用铁氟龙材料制成;长管8为四氟管;外壳1上端的若干卡爪卡箍在连接件9内孔内。
具体实施中,外壳1和内壳2之间有1-2mm的间隔,类似于保温杯的内外壳结构,该间隔内空气作为热传导介质,比内外壳ABS的传热效率低,既降低内壳2内加热丝加热传递出来的热量的速率,保持内壳2内的温度不易降低,起到保温作用,同时让外壳1的温度不易快速升高,当内壳2传递出来的热量被外壳1快速散失到空气中时,那么外壳1的温度就会明显降低,从而达到防烫的目的。除了该双层保温防烫结构,同时该结构还采取了避免加热部分直接固体热传递的非接触式设计,该非接触式设计是让陶瓷喷头3的前端安装导热慢的隔热垫圈4和尾端安装导热慢的四氟管,通过该结构能避免热量的快速传递,从而达到保温防烫的目的;外壳1上也设计了长条形的散热孔,保证热量及时传递出去,起到防烫的作用。同时整个喷嘴的结构相对独立,外壳1和连接件9之间采用卡接式结构,组装简单、拆卸更换方便。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴,包括陶瓷喷头(3),其特征在于:所述陶瓷喷头(3)外侧均匀绕有加热电阻丝(6),所述加热电阻丝(6)的表面覆有热敏电阻(5),所述热敏电阻(5)和加热电阻丝(6)分别引出接线连到插接端子头(7)上;所述陶瓷喷头(3)通过尾部的长管(8)与连接件(9)相连,所述陶瓷喷头(3)的前端套有隔热垫圈(4);所述陶瓷喷头(5)的外部套有内壳(2),所述内壳(2)的外部套有外壳(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型3D打印笔保温防烫喷嘴,其特征在于:所述外壳(1)与内壳(2)之间留有1-2mm的间隙。
