Abstract
本发明提供一种水产污水的处理系统,可以降低水产污水的污染排放,解决水产污水排放的异色、异味问题。该处理系统包括依次连接的沉淀池、气浮池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、二沉池和除磷沉淀池,所述好氧池与所述缺氧池通过回流通道连通,所述二沉池与所述厌氧池通过回流通道连通。本发明通过厌氧池‑缺氧池‑好氧池的新型生化工艺分解水产污水中的有机污染物,降低水产污水中的COD、氨氮、总磷,使污水处理达到排放标准。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种水产污水的处理系统。
背景技术
在鱼虾类水产的生产过程中会产生一定量的废水,废水来源于原料清洗、设备清洗、地面洗涤及卫生消毒废水,属于食品废水类。该类废水的特点是动物油脂、有机物质、悬浮含量高,可生化性好。传统对该类废水的处理是通过“水解酸化+好氧处理”的生化工艺进行处理。但是这种传统处理生化工艺,不仅化学需氧量高,而且排放水的COD、氨氮、总磷等指标常常难以达到排放标准,并且排放水存在异色、异味的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种水产污水的处理系统,可以降低水产污水的污染排放,解决水产污水排放的异色、异味问题。
根据本发明提供的水产污水的处理系统,包括依次连接的沉淀池、气浮池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、二沉池和除磷沉淀池,所述好氧池与所述缺氧池通过回流通道连通,所述二沉池与所述厌氧池通过回流通道连通。
本发明的水产污水的处理系统的工作过程为:沉淀池和气浮池进行污水的预处理,通过预处理将水产污水中的鱼鳞、油脂等悬浮物去除;通过厌氧池-缺氧池-好氧池的新型生化工艺分解水产污水中的有机污染物,降低水产污水中的COD、氨氮、总磷;通过二沉池实现生化处理后澄清水与污泥的分离,然后通过除磷沉淀池进行辅助化学除磷,保证除磷效果,最后实现达标排放;同时本发明由于采用了缺氧池与好氧池之间的内回流以及二沉池与厌氧池之间的外回流通道,可以提高有机污染物的分解效率,降低化学需氧量,从而降低污水处理成本。
进一步的,为了提高有机污染物的分解效率,所述厌氧池为折流式厌氧反应池。
进一步的,所述沉淀池前还设有调节池。该调节池可以在污水进行生化处理前做水质水量的均衡调节,提高生化处理效率。
具体的说,所述调节池前设有格栅机。格栅机是在污水处理中十分常见的预处理设备,其作用是通过过滤格栅连续清除分离污水中的杂物。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1,本发明的水产污水的处理系统,包括依次连接的沉淀池、气浮池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、二沉池和除磷沉淀池,好氧池与缺氧池通过回流通道连通,二沉池与厌氧池通过回流通道连通。
本发明的水产污水的处理系统的工作过程为:沉淀池和气浮池进行污水的预处理,通过预处理将水产污水中的鱼鳞、油脂等悬浮物去除;经过去杂处理的污水加入氯化钙、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),通过厌氧池-缺氧池-好氧池的新型生化工艺分解水产污水中的有机污染物,降低水产污水中的COD、氨氮、总磷;通过二沉池实现生化处理后澄清水与污泥的分离,然后通过投放除磷剂的除磷沉淀池进行辅助化学除磷,保证除磷效果,最后实现达标排放;其中,二沉池的沉淀污泥和除磷沉淀池的沉淀污泥通过板框压泥机清污处理;同时本发明由于采用了缺氧池与好氧池之间的内回流以及二沉池与厌氧池之间的外回流通道,可以提高有机污染物的分解效率,降低化学需氧量,从而降低污水处理成本。其中,厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池各自是本领域的常见污水处理反应池,其工作原理不再赘述。
作为优选的实施方式,为了提高有机污染物的分解效率,厌氧池为折流式厌氧反应池。
优选的,沉淀池前还设有调节池。该调节池可以在污水进行生化处理前做水质水量的均衡调节,提高生化处理效率。
优选,调节池前设有格栅机。格栅机是在污水处理中十分常见的预处理设备,其作用是通过过滤格栅连续清除分离污水中的杂物。

1.一种水产污水的处理系统,其特征在于包括依次连接的沉淀池、气浮池、厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池、二沉池和除磷沉淀池,所述好氧池与所述缺氧池通过回流通道连通,所述二沉池与所述厌氧池通过回流通道连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水产污水的处理系统,其特征在于所述厌氧池为折流式厌氧反应池。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水产污水的处理系统,其特征在于所述沉淀池前还设有调节池。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水产污水的处理系统,其特征在于所述调节池前设有格栅机。
