Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of artificial intelligence, in particular to a method and a system for enabling a child to sleep.
Background
As society develops, more and more families begin to focus on the sleep problems of children. It has been shown that children before age 7 sleep more than half the time, with over 50% presenting varying degrees of sleep impedance.
For the sleeping problem of children, most of the solutions of families are mainly soothing, parents tell stories or play sleeping audio resources through hardware, and a great deal of energy of the parents is consumed, and the result is not ideal. Even if some parents like to tell a story before the child falls asleep, it is a big problem to select the content most suitable for the child in the market for the large amount of story resources. Even if parents have good patience, if no proper method is available, the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort is difficult to achieve.
At present, the traditional soothing method is single in form and cannot provide suitable resources before sleep for different children, and the problem that the children are unwilling to sleep cannot be fundamentally solved by singly adopting the soothing mode of telling stories. Meanwhile, parents of different families have different education degrees and different childbearing experiences, so that the life habits of children cannot be cultured in a scientific and healthy mode, and a targeted sleep-helping solution cannot be provided for children of different genders and different age groups.
Most of the children sleep-soothing devices in the market are mainly story tellers. Due to the limitation of design, the provided content is colorful, personalized resources before sleep cannot be provided for different children, the content cannot be updated in time, and the effective attraction to the children is difficult to maintain for a long time.
Moreover, most parents behind 80 and 90 have high working pressure, lack of child-care experience and child education and have no patience, the children are reluctant to sleep after working at home every day, the problem that the children are unwilling to sleep is often brought to the greatest extent, if no scientific and reasonable solution is provided, the children can sleep by consuming a great deal of energy every day, and the family life and the work are damaged after a long time.
