Abstract
The invention provides a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder skylight supporting template, which comprises the following steps: connecting one end of a connecting piece with the lower reinforcing piece, enabling the other end of the connecting piece to penetrate through the drilled hole in the bottom template, and enabling the periphery of the bottom template to be tightly attached to the top plate of the poured box girder by lifting the other end of the connecting piece; then connecting the other end of the connecting piece with an upper supporting piece erected on the skylight; mounting skylight reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete; and after the concrete meets the design requirement, cutting off the connecting piece above the skylight, and dismantling the upper supporting piece above the skylight. The bottom template, the upper supporting piece and the lower reinforcing piece are fixed only by the connecting piece, the connecting piece above the poured box girder top plate is only required to be cut off and the upper supporting piece is only required to be removed, the structure of the box girder skylight is not required to be damaged by a large opening, and the construction is simple, convenient and feasible.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering, in particular to a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder skylight supporting template.
Background
When the conventional cast-in-place box girder is constructed, in order to facilitate the operation of operators, a plurality of skylights need to be arranged on the top plate of each span of the box girder, after the construction is finished, the skylights need to be re-provided with templates for pouring concrete, the conventional skylight supporting templates usually adopt a reverse hanging supporting form of split bolts and steel pipes, and the method has the following technical problems: (1) the split bolt is large in hole and damages the structure of the top plate at the skylight position of the cast-in-place box girder; (2) the split bolts and part of the steel pipes cannot be recycled, so that resource waste is caused; (3) the construction process is complicated.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder skylight supporting template.
The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a construction method of a cast-in-place box girder skylight supporting template comprises a bottom template, an upper supporting piece, a lower reinforcing piece and a connecting piece; the width of the bottom template is greater than that of the skylight; the length of the upper supporting piece and the length of the lower reinforcing piece are both larger than the width of the skylight;
the construction method comprises the following steps:
connecting one end of the connecting piece with the lower reinforcing piece, enabling the other end of the connecting piece to penetrate through the drilled hole in the bottom template, and enabling the periphery of the bottom template to be tightly attached to the top plate of the poured box girder by lifting the other end of the connecting piece; then connecting the other end of the connecting piece with an upper supporting piece erected on the skylight;
mounting skylight reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete;
and after the concrete meets the design requirement, cutting off the connecting piece above the skylight, and dismantling the upper supporting piece above the skylight.
In an optional embodiment, the construction method further comprises:
drilling a plurality of boreholes in the bottom form.
In an alternative embodiment, the width of the bottom formwork is 5-10 cm wider than that of the skylight.
In an alternative embodiment, the length of the upper support piece and the length of the lower reinforcing piece are both 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight.
In an optional embodiment, the upper supporting member is one or more of a batten, a section steel and a steel pipe;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the lower reinforcing piece is made of battens.
In an alternative embodiment, the bottom form is a phenolic plate.
In an optional embodiment, the thickness of the bottom die plate is 1.8-2.2 cm.
In an alternative embodiment, the connecting member is an iron wire.
In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the iron wire is not less than 0.7 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the conventional skylight supporting template usually adopts a counter-hanging supporting form of counter-pull bolts and steel pipes, the counter-pull bolts in the supporting form have too large diameters, required holes are large, the structure of a top plate at the skylight position of the cast-in-place box girder can be damaged, then the counter-pull bolts and the steel pipes positioned below the skylight cannot be recycled, and the resource waste is caused, aiming at the defects of the supporting form, the novel supporting template is adopted, when the supporting template is used for construction, a phenolic plate, an upper supporting piece and a wood square below the skylight are fixed by using iron wires, the construction is convenient, the iron wires above the poured box girder top plate are cut off during the dismounting, the upper supporting piece is dismounted, and compared with the counter-hanging supporting form of the counter-pull bolts and the steel pipes, the larger holes are not needed, and the structure of the top plate at the skylight position of the cast-in-place box girder can not be damaged; secondly, the steel wire is used for fixing, and compared with the utilization of the split bolt, the construction is simpler and more convenient; and moreover, the cost of the iron wires and the battens is low, the cost is saved, the disassembled upper supporting piece can be recycled, and the waste of resources is also avoided.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the cast-in-place box girder skylight supporting template comprises a bottom template 1, an upper supporting piece 2, a lower reinforcing piece 3 and a connecting piece 4; the width of the bottom template 1 is larger than that of the skylight 6; the length of the upper supporting part 2 and the length of the lower reinforcing part 3 are both larger than the width of the skylight 6.
In a feasible implementation mode, the bottom template 1 is a phenolic plate, the thickness of the phenolic plate is 1.8-2.2 cm, and the phenolic plate mainly has the function of a template. Preferably, the thickness of the phenolic plate is 1.8 cm.
In one possible embodiment, the phenolic board is drilled with a small bore drill to produce a phenolic board having a plurality of drilled holes.
In a possible embodiment, the width of the phenolic plate is 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight 6.
In one possible embodiment, the upper support 2 is one or more of a batten, a section steel and a steel pipe. The length of the upper supporting piece 2 is 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight 6. Preferably, the upper support 2 is a batten.
In a feasible embodiment, the lower reinforcing pieces 3 are battens, the length of each batten is 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight 6, and the battens play a role in reinforcing the strength and the rigidity of the phenolic aldehyde plate.
In a possible embodiment, the connecting piece 5 is an iron wire, the diameter of which is not less than 0.7 mm.
The construction method for construction by using the support template comprises the following steps:
drilling holes on the phenolic plate by using an electric drill with a small aperture, wherein the drilling positions and the drilling number can be set according to engineering requirements;
connecting one end of the connecting piece 4 with the lower reinforcing piece 3, enabling the other end of the connecting piece 4 to penetrate through a drilled hole in the bottom formwork 1, and enabling the periphery of the bottom formwork 1 to be tightly attached to a poured box girder top plate 5 by lifting the other end of the connecting piece 4; then, the other end of the connecting piece 4 is connected with an upper supporting piece 2 erected on the skylight;
mounting skylight reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete;
and after the concrete meets the design requirement, cutting off the connecting piece above the skylight 6, and detaching the upper supporting piece above the skylight 6.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the conventional skylight supporting template usually adopts a reverse hanging supporting form of split bolts and steel pipes, the diameter of the split bolts in the supporting form is too large, the required holes are also large, the structure of a top plate at the skylight position of the cast-in-place box girder can be damaged, and then the split bolts and the steel pipes positioned below the skylight cannot be recycled, so that the resource waste is caused; secondly, the steel wire is used for fixing, and compared with the utilization of the split bolt, the construction is simpler and more convenient; and moreover, the cost of the iron wires and the battens is low, the cost is saved, the removed battens can be recycled, and the waste of resources is also avoided.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

the construction method comprises the following steps:
connecting one end of the connecting piece with the lower reinforcing piece, enabling the other end of the connecting piece to penetrate through the drilled hole in the bottom template, and enabling the periphery of the bottom template to be tightly attached to the top plate of the poured box girder by lifting the other end of the connecting piece; then connecting the other end of the connecting piece with an upper supporting piece erected on the skylight;
mounting skylight reinforcing steel bars and pouring concrete;
and after the concrete meets the design requirement, cutting off the connecting piece above the skylight, and dismantling the upper supporting piece above the skylight.
2. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template according to claim 1, characterized in that the construction method further comprises:
drilling a plurality of boreholes in the bottom form.
3. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the bottom template is 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight.
4. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the upper support member and the length of the lower reinforcement member are both 5-10 cm wider than the width of the skylight.
5. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper support member is one or more of a batten, a section steel and a steel pipe;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the lower reinforcing piece is made of battens.
6. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom template is a phenolic plate.
7. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 6, wherein the thickness of the phenolic plate is 1.8-2.2 cm.
8. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting piece is an iron wire.
9. The construction method of the cast-in-place box girder skylight support template as claimed in claim 8, wherein the diameter of the iron wire is not less than 0.7 mm.
