本发明公开了一种热塑性树脂组合物,按重量份计,包括以下组分:苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂30‑98份;乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物10‑80份;勃姆石0.5‑20份;所述的勃姆石平均粒径在0.01~10微米、比表面积在3.0~150 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过1000ppm。通过对勃姆石Ca元素含量的控制,使勃姆石的表面具有大量微孔,使其与基体中的橡胶颗粒相容性好,再通过控制其粒径、比表面积,使其更易于消光,能够带来消光效果。

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种热塑性树脂组合物及其制备方法和一种应用。
背景技术
苯乙烯-丙烯腈类共聚物如ABS和ASA是苯乙烯系列树脂中最为举足轻重的两类树脂。与其他树脂相比,物美价廉、具备各种优异特性的ABS和ASA成为热塑性树脂中用量最大的品种之一,被广泛应用于汽车工业、家用电器、自动化仪表、高铁船舶、运动器材、户外设备及建筑等行业中。ABS采用丁二烯作为橡胶相,冲击性能更出色;而ASA采用丙烯酸酯橡胶替代丁二烯橡胶,具备出色的耐候性能,两者均具有非常优异的高光属性,可满足高档家电的需要,其光泽度最高可达90%以上。然而在汽车行业中,车内装饰和零件必须具有极低的光泽,从而避免高光零件在挡风玻璃上形成的各种眩光和倒影,减少驾驶人员的视觉疲劳,提高安全性,并赋予驾乘人员以高级和柔软的视觉感受。免喷涂哑光漆的ABS和ASA既可以实现高端哑光视觉体验,又能够避免喷涂给环境带来的废气和废水,受到众多汽车内外饰零件设计师的关注。具备优异哑光属性的ABS和ASA树脂可应用在汽车内饰和外饰零部件中,如仪表板、副仪表板、方向盘盖板、手套箱、遮阳板、空调出风口、格栅、后视镜外壳和门板拉手盒等,一般选择大众K31皮纹,60o光泽度要求小于4.0,个别零件要求小于等于3.5。目前市面上低光泽ASA和ABS的K31皮纹60o光泽度约为4.0左右,个别材料供应商可降低至3.5以下。
为满足低光泽技术指标,各国技术开发人员的主要技术手段包括表面压花、添加无机消光剂、非反应型消光剂和反应型消光剂。
1、表面压花,即在模具表面刻蚀微结构粗糙的形貌,通过材料对模具皮纹的极佳复制达到出色的哑光效果。但该技术水平与模具制造商的技术能力密切相关,同时需要极为复杂的刻蚀程序,工艺和材料成本大幅增加,且当模具使用频率过高时,表面皮纹容易磨损失效,低光泽的良感官效果不能长期保持。
2、添加无机消光剂,即选择滑石粉、蒙脱土、硅灰石、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳酸钙和硅酸盐等惰性无机填料,来降低苯乙烯类树脂的光泽度。CN201410265542公开了一种低光泽度高性能改性ABS树脂,采用50~70%粒径小于20nm的纳米二氧化硅和10~15%粒径为50~70nm的纳米二氧化硅复配来作为消光剂。CN106810809A申请了一种超低光泽、超耐低温ASA树脂组合物,其含有超低光泽耐低温改性剂包括载体共聚物、含氟共聚物、低温增韧剂、偶联剂、气相二氧化硅和助剂。CN201110311557公开了一种低光泽度聚碳酸酯/苯乙烯基树脂组合物,含有消光剂20~100份(总1000份),所述消光剂选择粒径目数为3500的滑石粉,粒径目数为5000的滑石粉、粒径目数为4500的云母或粒径目数为5000的高岭土。CN200910197244公开了一种低光泽聚碳酸酯苯乙烯类树脂组合物及制备方法,其中含有特殊哑光剂1~10份,为插层有机物的蒙脱土,所述的有机物为AS-g-GMA,所述的蒙脱土为经有机改性后层状结构的硅酸盐粘土,平均晶片厚度小于30nm。以上填充剂粒径小、形状为片状或者球状,消光效果弱,需要大量添加才能起到良好的消光作用,影响其他性能。
3、非反应型消光剂,非反应型消光剂分别是针对无机消光剂和反应型消光剂来命名的,即有机的不参与反应的消光剂,比如各种橡胶微粉或不同粒径大小的核壳橡胶;交联聚合物包括最经典的消光剂交联SAN(BMAT)或交联聚乙烯;高分子量聚合物,如PTFE,高分子量聚乙烯,丙烯酸类聚合物等;各种有机添加剂如丙烯酸酯,硅酮、木质素、PMMA和POE等。CN02136251公开了一种组合物,引入动态硫化物作为消光剂,该物质系SAN/二烯类橡胶的共混物,其中二烯类橡胶用丁腈橡胶,即SAN/丁腈橡胶动态硫化物,与ABS具有较好的相容性。CN02136249公开了一种组合物,直接采用凝胶粉末丁腈橡胶来降低ABS体系的光泽度,其中丁腈橡胶的丙烯腈含量为37~40%,凝胶含量为85%。
4、添加反应型消光剂,即添加含有反应官能团的组分,使组分间发生反应原位形成消光剂,从而达到降低ABS或ASA材料光泽度的效果。如CN03820623公开了一种热塑性模塑组合物,包括35%~99%丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚体树脂和1%~65%消光剂的共混物,其中消光剂是下述物质的反应产物:(i) 环氧化的接枝橡胶,其结构包括接枝基体和接枝相,接枝基体包含一种橡胶,接枝相包含大量环氧官能度并且是至少一种不含环氧官能度的乙烯基单体和至少一种环氧官能度的乙烯基单体的聚合反应产物与(ii) 每分子具有两或多个端伯胺基的胺化合物。在实施过程中将上述消光剂组合以其预反应的形式作为反应剂引入到组合物中,并在组合物的热加工过程中形成消光剂。CN03125524公开了一种热塑性模塑组合物,该树脂组分包括共聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯橡胶,聚乙烯基芳族-共聚-腈接枝的共聚甲基丙烯酸烷基酯橡胶和聚乙烯基芳族共聚腈,即ASA树脂,该专利使用每分子带有两个或多个马来酸酐基团的化合物和每分子带有两个或多个伯胺端基的化合物的反应物作为消光剂。
众多研究人员进行了许多尝试,来为ABS或ASA树脂提供良好的低光泽特性。从现有的改性消光技术手段来看,无机类消光剂在ABS及ASA等苯乙烯基的聚合物中应用相对较少,需达到理想的消光度必须添加大量的无机填料,当填料过量时,填料与树脂的界面增多,且界面结合强度较低,易造成整体机械性能的劣化。非反应型消光剂往往与ABS和ASA相容性差,加入后形成两相不相容结构,同时多数有机消光剂又是增韧剂,添加量较高时,大大影响苯乙烯类树脂的机械性能和耐热性能。对于反应性消光剂来说,若需要达到理想的消光效果,需要加入较多的反应型消光剂,同时可能造成两相相分离或机械性能大幅下降。综上,目前四种改性消光技术都存在一定的局限性,仍需要更先进的技术来进一步降低ABS和ASA体系的光泽度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种热塑性树脂组合物及其制备方法,具有良好的哑光效果。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供勃姆石用于改善热塑性树脂组合物哑光性能的应用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种热塑性树脂组合物,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂 30-98份;
乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物 10-80份;
勃姆石 0.5-20份;
所述的勃姆石平均粒径在0.01~10微米、比表面积在3.0~150 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过1000 ppm。
勃姆石,又称薄水铝石,一水软铝石,化学式为γ-AlOOH,属于正交晶系。γ-AlOOH是由许多AlO6八面体构成,Al在八面体中央,O在八面体顶点,八面体通过共面形成双链,再共顶点形成三维骨架结构。γ-AlOOH是层状结构,但就整体来说O原子并不是立方密堆积,但层内O原子是立方密堆积。铝离子处于氧八面体中形成双层结构,而层与层之间由氢键相连形成Z字形的长链结构。通过不同的制备方法可以得到褶皱片状、针状、链状、舟状、立方体形、菱形片面状等多种形态和晶粒大小差异很大的勃姆石。
天然勃姆石主要存在于铝土矿中,形状较不规则,粒径过大,远大于1mm,呈块状固体。市面上常见的合成勃姆石多为片状或褶皱状,平均粒径分布在0.01~300微米之间,且分布较宽,比表面积一般在1.0~200 m2/g、Ca元素含量超过5000ppm。并且,勃姆石表面一般为平滑、凹凸不平的,其凹坑很浅,不能够与基体橡胶相容,进而消光效果不好。
勃姆石一般用作填料加入树脂基体中,如同滑石粉、碳酸钙作用相类似。
所述的勃姆石为立方体形。立方体形为类似长方体或正方体,具有8个顶点,6个面的立体形状。
本发明发现,通过控制勃姆石Ca元素的含量,制备得到立方体形更方正、更好的控制平均粒径在0.01~10微米、比表面积在3.0~150m2/g的特殊形状勃姆石,并且其表面具有大量近球形微孔,微孔尺寸为微米和亚微米级,较均匀分布在勃姆石表面,数量为106~1010个/cm2,大量的微孔能够与树脂基体中橡胶相融合,提升相容性,也提升了哑光效果。
通过对勃姆石的粒径、表面微观结构、形状、元素成分进行优选,得到合适与苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂、乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物组成的树脂基体相容性好、消光效果好的勃姆石种类。
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂与乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物为主要成分的树脂基体中,基体含有核壳橡胶组分,特别是接枝在核上的分子链种类及长度正好与勃姆石的比表面积相匹配,易与勃姆石形成穿插结构,提高基体与勃姆石的相互结合程度,提高相容性,从而避免勃姆石的添加对基体树脂的负面影响。
优选的,所述的勃姆石平均粒径在3~5微米、比表面积在3.0~80 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过500 ppm。
在优选的范围内,勃姆石表面的微孔量更多,更有利于与树脂基体的相容作用,进一步提升消光性。
所述的苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂选自苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ABS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物中的至少一种;所述的苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂中橡胶含量占总重量的5%~80%,平均粒径为0.01~5.0微米。
所述的苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物,丁二烯的重量百分比含量为10%~65%,丁二烯的平均粒径为0.05~4.0微米;
所述的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈共聚物,丙烯酸酯的重量百分比含量为10%~65%,丙烯酸酯的平均粒径为0.05~5.0微米。
所述的乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物选自苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂,分子量为10000~400000道尔顿,其中,丙烯腈含量为20wt%~40wt%;优选的,所述的苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂分子量为200000~300000道尔顿,丙烯腈含量为20wt%~35wt%。
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂包含Tg小于10℃的弹性聚合物基质和接枝到该弹性聚合物基质上的刚性聚合物底层;
按重量份计,还包括0-10份的抗氧剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、着色剂中的至少一种。
抗氧剂包括主抗氧剂或稳定剂(如受阻酚和/或仲芳基胺)和任选的辅助抗氧化剂(例如磷酸酯和/或硫酯)。合适的抗氧化剂包括例如有机磷酸酯,例如亚磷酸三(壬基苯基)酯、亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯、二(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、二硬脂基季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯等等,烷基化的一元酚或多元酚;多元酚与二烯的烷基化反应产物,例如四[亚甲基(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基氢化肉桂酸酯)]甲烷等等;对甲酚或二环戊二烯的丁基化反应产物;烷基化氢醌;羟基化硫代二苯醚;烷叉双酚;苄基化合物;β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)-丙酸与一元醇或多元醇的酯;β-(5-叔丁基-4-羟基-3-甲基苯基)-丙酸与一元醇或多元醇的酯;硫烷基或硫芳基化合物的酯,例如二硬脂基硫代丙酸酯、二月桂基硫代丙酸酯、二(十三烷基)硫代丙酸酯、十八烷基-3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、季戊四醇-四[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)]丙酸酯等等;β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)-丙酸的酰胺等等;或者包含至少一种前述抗氧化剂的组合。
合适的热稳定剂包括例如有机亚磷酸酯,例如亚磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸三(2,6-二甲基苯基)酯、亚磷酸三(混合的单和二壬基苯基)酯,等;膦酸酯,例如二甲基苯膦酸酯等;磷酸酯,例如磷酸三甲基酯等;或者包含至少一种前述热稳定剂的组合。
所述的润滑剂选自硬脂酸盐类润滑剂、脂肪酸类润滑剂、硬脂酸酯类润滑剂中的至少一种;所述的硬脂酸盐类润滑剂选自硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的至少一种;所述的脂肪酸类润滑剂选自脂肪酸、脂肪酸衍生物、脂肪酸酯中的至少一种;所述的硬脂酸酯类润滑剂选自季戊四醇硬脂酸酯中的至少一种;优选的,所述的润滑剂选自脂肪酸类润滑剂、硬脂酸酯类润滑剂中的至少一种。
合适的光稳定剂包括例如苯并三唑类,例如2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羟基-5-叔辛基苯基)-苯并三唑和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮等等,也包括三嗪类的紫外光吸收剂或者包含至少一种前述光稳定的组合。
所述的着色剂如颜料和/或染料添加剂。适合的颜料包括例如无机颜料,如金属氧化物和混合的金属氧化物如氧化锌、二氧化钛、氧化铁等;硫化物,如硫化锌等;铝酸盐;钠硫代硅酸盐硫酸盐、铬酸盐等;炭黑;铁酸锌;群青蓝;颜料棕24;颜料红101;颜料黄119;有机颜料,如偶氮、重氮、喹吖啶酮、苝、萘四酸、黄烷士酮、异吲哚啉酮、四氯异吲哚啉酮、蒽醌、蒽嵌蒽二醌、二噁嗪、酞菁、和偶氮色淀;颜料蓝60、颜料红122、颜料红149、颜料红177、颜料红179、颜料红202、颜料自29、颜料蓝15、颜料绿7、颜料黄147和颜料黄150,或包含至少一种前述颜料的组合。优选的着色剂包括炭黑、三氧化二铁即铁红或二氧化钛。适合的染料可以是有机材料,以及包括例如香豆素染料如香豆素460(蓝)、香豆素6(绿),尼罗红灯;镧系络合物;烃和取代的烃染料;多环芳烃染料;闪烁染料,如噁唑或噁二唑染料;芳基或杂芳基取代的聚(C2-8)烯烃染料;羰花青染料;阴丹酮染料;酞菁染料;噁嗪染料;喹诺酮染料;萘四羧酸染料;卟啉染料;二(苯乙烯基)联苯染料;吖啶染料;蒽醌染料;花青染料;甲川染料;芳基甲烷染料;偶氮染料;靛类染料、硫代靛类染料;重氮染料;硝基染料;醌亚胺染料;氨基酮染料;四唑染料;噻唑染料;苝染料;苝酮染料;二-苯并噁唑基噻吩;三芳基甲烷染料;噻吨染料;萘二甲酰亚胺染料;内酯染料;荧光团,如抗斯托克司频移染料,其吸收近红外波长并发射可见波长等;发光染料,如7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素;3-(2’-苯并噻唑基)-7-二乙基氨基香豆素;2-(4-联苯基)-5-(4-叔丁基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑;2,5-二-(4-联苯基)-噁唑;2,2’-二甲基-对-四联苯;2,2,-二甲基-对-三联苯;3,5,3’’,5’’-四叔丁基-对-五联苯;2,5-二苯基呋喃;2,5-二苯基噁唑;4,4’-二苯基均二苯代乙烯;4-二氰基亚甲基-2-甲基-6-(对二甲基氨基苯乙烯基)-4H-吡喃;1,1’-二乙基-2,2’-羰花青碘化物;3,3’-二乙基-4,4’,5,5’-二苯并硫代三羰花青碘化物;7-二甲基氨基-1-1甲基-4-甲氧基-8-氮杂喹诺酮-2;7-二甲基氨基-4-甲基喹诺酮-2;2-(4-(4-二甲基氨基苯基))-1,3-丁二烯基)-3-乙基苯并噻唑高氯酸盐;3-二乙基氨基-7-二乙基亚氨基吩噁唑高氯酸盐;2-(1-萘基)-5-苯基噁唑;2,2’-对-亚苯基-二(5-苯基噁唑);若丹明700;若丹明800;芘;1,2-苯并菲;红莹烯;晕苯等,或者包含至少一种前述染料的组合。
上述热塑性树脂组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂、乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物、勃姆石、助剂混合均匀,再投入螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒(200~300 ℃下,转速为200~700r/min),得到热塑性树脂组合物。
勃姆石用于改善热塑性树脂组合物哑光性能的应用,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂 30-98份;
乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物 10-80份;
勃姆石 0.5-20份;
所述的勃姆石平均粒径在0.01~10微米、比表面积在3.0~150 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过1000 ppm。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在热塑性树脂组合物(乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚获得的共聚物和苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂为主要基体树脂中)中加入勃姆石(通过对Ca元素的控制,得到立方体形且表面具有大量微孔的勃姆石,并且能够控制粒径与表面积的范围),得到具有良好哑光效果的热塑性树脂组合物。

具体实施方式
本发明是通过以下实施例进行更详细描述,但是本发明不受以下实施例的限制。
本发明所使用的原料来源如下:
聚丙烯:PP 7033N,埃克森美孚化工;
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂:
ABS-1:丁二烯含量为25%,平均粒径为3.0微米,由高桥石化生产;
ABS-2:丁二烯含量为25%,平均粒径为5.0微米;
ASA:丙烯酸酯含量为60%,平均粒径为0.6 微米,由UMG株式会社生产;
MBS:丁二烯含量为60%,平均粒径为0.3微米,LG化学生产;
乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物:
SAN-1:丙烯腈含量为25 wt%,分子量为250000道尔顿,锦湖石化生产;
SAN -2:丙烯腈含量为18 wt%,分子量为150000道尔顿,锦湖石化生产;
勃姆石:表面均匀分布近球形微孔,尺寸为微米和亚微米级,数量为106~1010/cm2。
勃姆石A:立方体型,平均粒径为1.0微米,比表面积为3.0~8.0 m2/g,Ca元素含量为200ppm,表面具有大量微孔;
勃姆石B:立方体型,平均粒径为2.0微米,比表面积为5.0~7.0 m2/g,Ca元素含量为250ppm,表面具有大量微孔;
勃姆石C:立方体型,平均粒径为4.7微米,比表面积为4.0-10.0m2/g,Ca元素含量为150ppm,表面具有大量微孔;

实施例和对比例热塑性树脂组合物的制备方法:将苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂、乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物(或其他热塑性树脂)、勃姆石、助剂混合均匀,再投入螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒(200~300 ℃下,转速为200~700r/min),得到热塑性树脂组合物。
各项性能测试方法:
(1)光泽度:使用震雄注塑机注塑各类标准样条和样板;按照ASTM D523在℃使用Garden Gloss Meter测试大众K31细皮纹板的表面光泽度,并以光泽单位(GU)为单位记录,其中标准黑色玻璃片的光泽度为100GU。
对实施例及对比例制备出的产品进行性能测试,其结果如表1和表2所示。

从实施例1和2可以看出,ABS中丁二烯的粒径也影响着勃姆石消光性能,ABS中丁二烯的粒径高,则消光性能下降。
从实施例1和实施例5可以看出,优选的SAN树脂,制备得到组合物后其光泽度更低,消光效果更好(两种SAN树脂的光泽度是相近的)。
从实施例1/6/7可以看出,优选的勃姆石C,其消光效果最好。

从对比例2/3可以看出,其他形状的勃姆石,其消光性能差。

1.一种热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:
苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂 30-98份;
乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物 10-80份;
勃姆石 0.5-20份;
所述的勃姆石平均粒径在0.01~10微米、比表面积在3.0~150 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过1000 ppm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的勃姆石平均粒径在3~5微米、比表面积在3.0~80 m2/g、Ca元素含量不超过500 ppm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的勃姆石为立方体形;所述的勃姆石表面具有微孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂选自苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸酯共聚物中的至少一种;所述的苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂中橡胶含量占总重量的5%~80%,平均粒径为0.01~5.0微米。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物,丁二烯的重量百分比含量为10%~65%,丁二烯的平均粒径为0.05~4.0微米;所述的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈共聚物,丙烯酸酯的重量百分比含量为10%~65%,丙烯酸酯的平均粒径为0.05~5.0微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,所述的乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物选自苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂,分子量为10000~400000道尔顿,其中,丙烯腈含量为20wt%~40wt%;优选的,所述的苯乙烯-丙烯腈树脂分子量为200000~300000道尔顿,丙烯腈含量为20wt%~35wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂组合物,其特征在于,按重量份计,还包括0-10份的助剂;所述的助剂选自抗氧剂、润滑剂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂、着色剂中的至少一种。
8.权利要求7所述的热塑性树脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将苯乙烯类抗冲增韧剂、乙烯基芳族单体和烯属不饱和腈单体共聚物、勃姆石、助剂混合均匀,再投入螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒(200~300 ℃下,转速为200~700r/min),得到热塑性树脂组合物。
