Abstract
本发明公开了一种同时具备干复和涂布两个功能的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，包括：机架、摆动辊装置、抹匀装置、计量辊装置、干复上胶压辊装置、涂布辊装置、转移辊装置、涂布压辊装置和刮刀装置，机架的两侧分别设置有导入辊和导出辊，摆动辊装置中的摆动辊位于导出辊的下方，抹匀装置中的抹匀辊位于摆动辊的下方，计量辊装置中的计量辊位于抹匀辊的内侧斜下方，涂布辊装置中的涂布辊位于计量辊的斜上方，转移辊装置中的转移辊位于涂布辊与计量辊的中心连线的中垂线上，干复上胶压辊装置中的干复上胶压辊设在计量辊的上方，涂布压辊装置中的涂布压辊设在涂布辊的正上方；刮刀装置设置在计量辊的外侧。该两用涂布头的结构简单，切换十分方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种涂布头，具体涉及到一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头。
背景技术
目前，传统的涂布头的功能单一，即：每个涂布头只能实现一种功能，如果要切换功能，就需要将整个涂布头换掉，工作量大，时间长，而且，用户的使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种同时具备干复和涂布两个功能的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其结构包括：机架、以及设置在机架上的摆动辊装置、抹匀装置、计量辊装置、干复上胶压辊装置、涂布辊装置、转移辊装置、涂布压辊装置和刮刀装置，所述机架的一侧设置有至少一个导入辊，机架的另一侧设置有至少一个导出辊，所述摆动辊装置中的摆动辊、抹匀装置中的抹匀辊、计量辊装置中的计量辊、干复上胶压辊装置中的干复上胶压辊、涂布辊装置中的涂布辊、转移辊装置中的转移辊、以及涂布压辊装置中的涂布压辊和导向辊装置中的导向辊与所述的导入辊和导出辊相配合；并且，所述的摆动辊位于最内侧导出辊的下方、可以在平行于涂布材料的行进线路的垂直面中左右摆动，所述的抹匀装置中的抹匀辊位于摆动辊的下方，所述的计量辊位于抹匀辊的内侧斜下方，所述的涂布辊位于计量辊的靠近导入辊一侧的斜上方，所述的转移辊位于涂布辊的中心与计量辊的中心连线的中垂线上，并且，转移辊抵压在计量辊和涂布辊上；所述的干复上胶压辊活动设置在计量辊的上方、并且可在垂直方向上移动，所述的涂布压辊设置在涂布辊的正上方、并且可在垂直方向上移动；所述的刮刀装置设置在计量辊的外侧；所述的导向辊位于涂布压辊与输入辊之间。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的涂布辊的中心与计量辊的中心连线与水平方向成45度夹角。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的计量辊内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度，计量辊的表面设置有网纹，这样就可通过网纹中的网孔来计量胶水；所述计量辊的材质为钢辊镀铬或陶瓷辊，计量辊的一端与可调速的电动机的输出轴相连。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的刮刀装置采用封闭式刮刀，胶水在刮刀装置的内部腔体与外部盛胶桶间往复循环；计量辊接触到胶水后，封闭式刮刀的上、下两只刀片把计量辊网纹外的多余胶水刮干净，只保留网孔内的胶水。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的涂布辊为表面光滑的钢辊，内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的涂布辊的外径尺寸与所述的计量辊相同。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的涂布压辊和干复上胶压辊均为胶辊。
作为一种优选方案，在所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头中，所述的涂布压辊和干复上胶压辊尺寸和结构相同，可以互换。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明所述的两用涂布头实现了一个涂布头可以在干复和涂布这两种功能之间的快速切换，并且，实现两种功能的不同走料路线互不影响。与目前需要通过更换不同的涂布头来实现干复或者涂布这两种不同功能的方式相比，本发明所述的两种涂布头具有结构简单，操作快捷，切换工作量小，用户使用成本低的显著特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，详细描述本发明所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头的具体实施方案。
如图1所示，本发明所述的一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其结构包括：机架3、设置在机架3上的摆动辊装置、抹匀装置、计量辊装置、干复上胶压辊装置、涂布辊装置、转移辊装置、涂布压辊装置、第一导向装置、第二导向装置、刮刀装置以及设置在机架3一侧的至少一个导入辊(属于本领域的惯常技术，图中未示出)和设置在机架3另一侧的至少一个导出辊4(导入辊和导出辊4的数量可根据实际情况而定)，所述的摆动辊装置是指摆动辊900及其驱动装置，所述的抹匀装置是指抹匀辊800及其驱动装置，所述的计量辊装置是指计量辊500及其驱动装置，所述的干复上胶压辊装置是指干复上胶压辊700 及其驱动装置，所述的涂布辊装置是指涂布辊300及其驱动装置，所述的转移辊装置是转移辊400及其驱动装置，所述的涂布压辊装置是指涂布压辊300及其驱动装置，所述的第一导向装置是指第一导向辊100及其驱动装置，所述的第二导向装置是指第二导向辊101及其驱动装置，第一导向辊100和第二导向辊101均为可调辊，即：其位置均可调节；所述摆动辊装置中的摆动辊900、抹匀装置中的抹匀辊800、计量辊装置中的计量辊500、干复上胶压辊装置中的干复上胶压辊700、涂布辊装置中的涂布辊300、转移辊装置中的转移辊400和涂布压辊装置中的涂布压辊200、以及第一导向装置中的第一导向辊100和第二导向装置中的第二导向辊101与所述的导入辊和导出辊4相配合(通常位于最内侧的导入辊和最内侧的导出辊4之间)；并且，摆动辊900位于最内侧导出辊 4的下方、可以在平行于涂布材料的行进线路的垂直面中左右摆动，所述的抹匀装置中的抹匀辊800位于摆动辊900的下方，所述的计量辊500位于抹匀辊800 的内侧斜下方，所述的涂布辊300位于计量辊500的靠近导入辊一侧的斜上方 (图中的右斜上方)，涂布辊300的中心与计量辊500的中心连线与水平方向成 45度夹角，所述的转移辊400位于涂布辊300的中心与计量辊500的中心连线的中垂线上，并且，转移辊400抵压在计量辊500和涂布辊300上；所述的干复上胶压辊700通过设置有其两端的干复支撑调节气缸701活动设置在计量辊 500的上方、并且可在干复支撑调节气缸701的作用下在垂直方向上移动，所述的涂布压辊200通过设置有其两端的涂布支撑调节气缸201设置在涂布辊300 的正上方、并且可在涂布支撑调节气缸201的作用下在垂直方向上移动；所述的刮刀装置600设置在计量辊500的外侧。本实施例中，所述的计量辊500内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度，计量辊的表面设置有网纹，这样就可通过网纹中的网孔来计量胶水；所述计量辊500的材质为钢辊镀铬或陶瓷辊，计量辊500的一端与其驱动装置中的可调速电机的输出轴相连(属于本领域的惯常技术，图中未示出)。所述的刮刀装置600采用封闭式刮刀，胶水在刮刀装置600的内部腔体与外部盛胶桶间往复循环；所述的计量辊500接触到胶水后，封闭式刮刀的上、下两只刀片601把计量辊500的网纹外的多余胶水刮干净，只保留网孔内的胶水；所述的涂布辊300为表面光滑的钢辊，内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度，涂布辊300的外径尺寸与所述的计量辊500 相同。所述转移辊400一端与其驱动装置中的电机相连，转速可调；所述的涂布压辊200和干复上胶压辊700均为胶辊，而且，涂布压辊200和干复上胶压辊700尺寸和结构相同，可以互换。
在实际使用时，涂布压辊200可以在涂布支撑调节气缸201的驱动下上下运动，往下可以压在涂布辊300上，往上抬起离开涂布辊300；干复上胶压辊 700可以在长行程的干复布支撑调节气缸701的驱动下上下运动，下落时可以压在计量辊500上，上升后的高度高于涂布辊300的高度；所述的摆动辊900可以左右摆动；所述的抹匀辊800可以高速旋转。当涂布材料从干复线路2经过时，摆动辊900向外推出到左侧，涂布材料即可与抹匀辊800接触；当摆动辊 900收回到右侧时，涂布材料不与抹匀辊800接触；当涂布材料以涂布线路1穿料时，卸掉干复上胶压辊700，装上涂布压辊200，即：涂布材料从涂布压辊200 直接到摆动辊900，不需要经过干复上胶压辊700；当涂布材料以干复线路2穿料时，此时卸掉涂布压辊200，装上干复上胶压辊700，并且，涂布材料不会接触涂布辊300，从两个分别作为第一导向辊100和第二导向辊101的可调辊下来后，直接进入干复上胶压辊700。

Claims (8)
1.一种可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，包括：机架，机架上的一侧设置有至少一个导入辊，机架的另一侧设置有至少一个导出辊，其特征在于：所述的两用涂布头还包括：摆动辊装置、抹匀装置、计量辊装置、干复上胶压辊装置、涂布辊装置、转移辊装置、涂布压辊装置和至少一个导向辊装置，摆动辊装置中的摆动辊、抹匀装置中的抹匀辊、计量辊装置中的计量辊、干复上胶压辊装置中的干复上胶压辊、涂布辊装置中的涂布辊、转移辊装置中的转移辊、以及涂布压辊装置中的涂布压辊和导向辊装置中的导向辊与所述的导入辊和导出辊相配合；并且，所述的摆动辊位于最内侧导出辊的下方、可以在平行于涂布材料的行进线路的垂直面中左右摆动，所述的抹匀装置中的抹匀辊位于摆动辊的下方，所述的计量辊位于抹匀辊的内侧斜下方，所述的涂布辊位于计量辊的靠近导入辊一侧的斜上方，所述的转移辊位于涂布辊的中心与计量辊的中心连线的中垂线上，并且，转移辊抵压在计量辊和涂布辊上；所述的干复上胶压辊活动设置在计量辊的上方、并且可在垂直方向上移动，所述的涂布压辊设置在涂布辊的正上方、并且可在垂直方向上移动；所述计量辊的外侧还设置有与其相配合的刮刀装置；所述的导向辊位于涂布压辊与输入辊之间；涂布压辊可以在涂布支撑调节气缸的驱动下上下运动，往下可以压在涂布辊上，往上抬起离开涂布辊；干复上胶压辊可以在长行程的干复布支撑调节气缸的驱动下上下运动，下落时可以压在计量辊上，上升后的高度高于所述涂布辊的高度；当涂布材料从干复线路经过时，摆动辊向外推出到左侧，涂布材料即可与抹匀辊接触；当摆动辊收回到右侧时，涂布材料不与抹匀辊接触；当涂布材料以涂布线路穿料时，卸掉干复上胶压辊，装上涂布压辊，即：涂布材料从涂布压辊直接到摆动辊，不需要经过干复上胶压辊；当涂布材料以干复线路穿料时，此时卸掉涂布压辊，装上干复上胶压辊，并且，涂布材料不会接触涂布辊，从两个分别作为第一导向辊和第二导向辊的可调辊下来后，直接进入干复上胶压辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的涂布辊的中心与计量辊的中心连线与水平方向成45度夹角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的计量辊内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度，计量辊的表面设置有网纹，这样就可通过网纹中的网孔来计量胶水；所述计量辊的材质为钢辊镀铬或陶瓷辊，计量辊的一端与可调速的电动机的输出轴相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的刮刀装置采用封闭式刮刀，胶水在刮刀装置的内部腔体与外部盛胶桶间往复循环；计量辊接触到胶水后，封闭式刮刀的上、下两只刀片把计量辊网纹外的多余胶水刮干净，只保留网孔内的胶水。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的涂布辊为表面光滑的钢辊，内部中空，可以通入循环水来调节辊面的温度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的涂布辊的外径尺寸与所述的计量辊相同。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的可快速切换功能的两用涂布头，其特征在于：所述的涂布压辊和干复上胶压辊均为胶辊。
