Background
Normally, a line blind valve is provided at the boundary of the hydrostatic tester of the pipe to block and open the fluid flow in the pipe. In the case of flowing different types of fluids in the connection pipe, it is provided to prevent the fluids from being introduced into each other or to prevent the fluids from being mixed with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional blind valve is implemented by a conventional blind valve. Fig. 1 is a valve installed between pipes to open or block the pipes, and includes: a valve body 10 formed with opening portions 11 and 12 at front and rear sides thereof, respectively; a front piece 15 formed from the front opening 11 toward the inside of the valve element 10, and a rear piece 16 formed from the rear opening 12 toward the inside of the valve element 10. The blind 20 is disposed between the front sheet 15 and the rear sheet 16, and includes an opening member 21 formed with an opening for opening the pipeline and a blocking member 22 disposed at an upper portion of the opening member 21 to block the pipeline. A moving shaft which rotates by engaging on the surface of the flapper 20 to move the flapper 20 up and down to open and block the pipe. And a gear unit 40 configured to mesh the ring gear 41 with the rear panel 16. Moves forward to press the annular sheet 42 so that the annular sheet 42 presses the blind panel 20 against the front panel 15 to sealingly secure it.
Here, in order to bring the blind plate 20 into close contact with the valve body 10, the gear unit 40 is operated such that the annular plate 42 pushes the blind plate 20 toward the front plate 15, which requires a complicated structure, and thus the manufacturing cost is such that the sealing structure of the blind plate is complicated due to the presence of various components.
Here, the annular piece 42 should be in close contact not only with the blind 20 but also with the rear piece 16, and the annular piece is configured to be movable to the outer peripheral surface of the rear piece so as to ensure mutual sealing, thereby ensuring mutual sealing. Resulting in coupling and configuration complexity.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a blind valve that can solve the above problems.
