Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a staple for a medical stapler, which has a greater number of knife edges due to a specially designed staple tip structure, increases the sharpness of the staple into human tissue, has a better stapling effect, can reduce the pain of a patient in surgery, and can improve the quality of the surgery.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a staple, comprising: the nail head of the first nail leg and the nail head of the second nail leg have the same outer contour line and are axisymmetric about a longitudinal central axis of the anastomotic nail; the nail point is provided with a first outer inclined surface and a second outer inclined surface, an included angle is formed between the first outer inclined surface and the second outer inclined surface, and the included angle is not 180 degrees.
Specifically, the included angle between the first outer inclined surface and the second outer inclined surface enables the nail tip to be formed into a concave embedded type folding line tip structure or a protruding type folding line tip structure.
Further, a top blade is formed between the second outer slope and the inner side surface of the corresponding first or second nail leg, and the top blade is shaped into a triangular pyramid structure.
Specifically, the triangular pyramid structure is one of a convex pyramid structure, a concave triangular pyramid structure and a flat triangular pyramid structure.
Furthermore, a closed outer contour line surrounds the first outer inclined surface and the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, and a groove is formed by taking the outer contour line as an edge line, so that a concave embedded type peripheral blade is formed at the outer contour line.
Preferably, a closed outer contour line surrounds the first outer bevel and the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, the width of the first and second legs is gradually increased to the outer contour line, and a groove is formed by taking the outer contour line as an edge line, so that a protruding peripheral blade is formed at the outer contour line.
Preferably, the first nail leg and the second nail leg are provided with bent parts which divide the first nail leg and the second nail leg into a lower nail leg part and an upper nail leg part.
Preferably, the material of the staple is a metal material.
Preferably, the surface of the staple is plated with a silver ion coating.
In addition, the invention further provides a medical anastomat which can be assembled with the anastomosis nail provided by the invention.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the anastomosis nail provided by the invention has a nail tip structure designed specifically, so that the anastomosis nail has more knife edges, the sharpness degree of the anastomosis nail nailed into human tissues is increased, the resistance force applied when the anastomosis nail penetrates into the human tissues can be reduced, the stable forming of the anastomosis nail is ensured, the anastomosis effect is better, and the phenomena of wound bleeding and the like are avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
A staple for a medical stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the anastomosis nail for the medical anastomat comprises a nail crown 1, wherein two ends of the nail crown 1 are respectively connected with a first nail leg 2 and a second nail leg 3, and the first nail leg 2 and the second nail leg 3 extend at the same side, so that the whole anastomosis nail is in an inverted trapezoidal structure without a long bottom edge, namely, an included angle between the nail legs 2 and 3 and the nail crown 1 is an obtuse angle.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific shape of the staple is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can design the staple according to actual situations, such as a substantially U-shaped configuration, a substantially inverted "pi" configuration, etc., which are all applicable.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that crown 1 may be formed in a variety of suitable geometries, such as a cylindrical configuration, a rectangular parallelepiped configuration, and the like.
Further, the first leg 2 of the anastomosis nail provided by the invention is provided with a first leg lower part 21, a first bending part 22 and a first leg upper part 23, the first leg lower part 21 and the first leg upper part 23 are in transition connection through the first bending part 22, the first leg upper part 23 is bent inwards at the first bending part 22 relative to the first leg lower part 21, the other end of the first leg lower part 21 is connected with the crown 1, and the tail end of the first leg upper part 23 is formed into a first nail tip 24; the second nail leg 3 is provided with a second nail leg lower part 31, a second bent part 32 and a second nail leg upper part 33, the second nail leg lower part 31 and the second nail leg upper part 33 are transitionally connected by the second bent part 32, the second nail leg upper part 33 is bent inwards relative to the second nail leg lower part 31 at the second bent part 32, the other end of the second nail leg lower part 31 is connected with the crown 1, and the tail end of the second nail leg upper part 33 is formed into a second nail tip 34.
Preferably, the joints between the legs 2, 3 and the crown 1 of the staple may adopt a circular arc transition structure.
As a variant, however, the legs 2, 3 of the staple may also extend entirely in a straight or curved line.
The staple legs 2 and 3 of the staple can be molded with the crown 1 in an integrated molding mode, the height of the staple legs is set to be normal molding, and the staple legs 2 and 3 are bent at the bent parts after molding, so that the standard molding probability is improved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that staples provided by the present invention may be made of a metallic material, preferably a titanium alloy material or a degradable magnesium alloy material which allows staples remaining in the body tissue and organs after suturing to be degraded or fragmented as the wound slowly heals.
Preferably, the surface of the anastomosis nail provided by the invention can be uniformly plated with a silver ion coating, the thickness of the coating is 0.005-0.01 mm, and the silver ion coating can play a role in diminishing inflammation and sterilizing the anastomosis wound surface of human tissues and organs and is beneficial to wound healing.
Further, the distal end of the first leg upper portion 23 of the staple of the present invention is formed into a first blade-shaped tip 24, and the distal end of the second leg upper portion 33 is formed into a second blade-shaped tip 34, wherein the first and second tips 24 and 34 have the same outer contour line, and both are axisymmetric with respect to the longitudinal central axis of the staple.
In order to improve the quality of the operation, ensure sufficient penetration strength of the staples, and enable easier penetration into the body tissue for superior suturing, the present invention continues to provide an improved staple point structure based on the above-described embodiment shown in fig. 1, wherein fig. 2 illustrates this improvement of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, taking the first spike 24 as an example, in the modification, the first spike 24 is integrally formed into a broken line spike-type structure, i.e., the outer slope of the first spike 24 includes a first outer slope 241 and a second outer slope 242, wherein the included angle between the first outer slope 241 and the second outer slope 242 is not 180 °.
Specifically, the angle between the first outer inclined surface 241 and the normal plane of the inner side surface of the first leg upper portion 23 is larger than the angle between the second outer inclined surface 242 and the normal plane of the inner side surface of the first leg upper portion 23, that is, the first spike 24 is integrally formed in a concave-embedded type bent line spike-shaped structure (as shown in the left side of fig. 2), or the angle between the first outer inclined surface 241 and the normal plane of the inner side surface of the first leg upper portion 23 is smaller than the angle between the second outer inclined surface 242 and the normal plane of the inner side surface of the first leg upper portion 23, that is, the first spike 24 is integrally formed in a protruding type bent line spike-shaped structure (as shown in the right side of fig. 2).
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in this embodiment, second tip 34 shares the same outer contour line as first tip 24, and is axisymmetric about the longitudinal center axis of the staple and will not be described further herein.
Further, to further enhance the stapling effect of the staple, the present invention continues to provide another improved staple point structure based on the above-described embodiment shown in fig. 2, wherein fig. 3 illustrates such an improvement of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, taking the first spike 24 as an example, in this modification, for the first spike 24 of the recessed polygonal-line spike type structure, the spike portion between the second outer inclined surface 242 thereof and the inner side surface of the first leg upper portion 23, also referred to as a top blade, is shaped into a triangular pyramid structure having three side edges 2421, 2422 and 2423, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the triangular pyramid structure is specifically a convex pyramid structure, but not limited thereto, and the triangular pyramid structure may also be a concave triangular pyramid structure or a flat triangular pyramid structure.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in this embodiment, second tip 34 shares the same outer contour as first tip 24, and is axisymmetric about the longitudinal center axis of the staple and will not be described further herein.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the triangular pyramid configuration described above is equally applicable to the point of the protruding broken line point type configuration.
Further, to further enhance the stapling effect of the staple, the present invention continues to provide yet another improved staple point structure based on the above-described embodiments shown in fig. 2 or 3, wherein fig. 4 shows such an improvement of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, still taking the first spike 24 as an example, in the modification, for the first spike 24 of the recessed-embedded type of broken-line spike structure, a first groove portion 2431 is formed below the first outer inclined surface 241, and a plane in which the first groove portion 2431 is located and a plane in which the first outer inclined surface 241 is located are parallel to each other; a second groove portion 2432 is formed under the triangular pyramid structure, and a plane in which the second groove portion 2432 is located and a plane in which the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure is located are parallel to each other. The first groove portion 2431 and the second groove portion 2432 are connected end to form the groove 243. In addition, the depths of the first groove portion 2431 and the second groove portion 2432 may be designed by those skilled in the art according to actual conditions as long as sufficient penetration strength of the staples is ensured.
Preferably, the contour line of the first groove portion 2431 away from the first leg upper portion 23 coincides with the outer contour line of the first outer inclined surface 241, so that the first recessed insert type peripheral blade 41 is formed; the contour line of the second groove portion 2432, which is distant from the first leg upper portion 23, coincides with the outer contour line of the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, whereby a second recessed insert type peripheral blade 42 is formed. Similarly, the first female-fit peripheral cutting edge 41 and the second female-fit peripheral cutting edge 42 are connected end to form a complete female-fit peripheral cutting edge 4.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in this embodiment, second tip 34 shares the same outer contour as first tip 24, and is axisymmetric about the longitudinal center axis of the staple and will not be described further herein.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the annular groove 243 described above is equally applicable to the spike tip of the protruding fold line spike type structure.
Further, to further enhance the stapling effect of the staple, the present invention continues to provide yet another improved staple point structure based on the above-described embodiments shown in fig. 2 or 3, wherein fig. 5 illustrates such an improvement of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, taking the first spike 24 as an example, in the modification, for the first spike 24 of the recessed-embedded-type broken-line spike structure, the width of the region from the first leg upper portion 23 to the first outer inclined surface 241 is increased, a first groove portion 2431 is formed in the region below the first outer inclined surface 241, and the plane of the first groove portion 2431 is parallel to the plane of the first outer inclined surface 241; the width of the region from the first leg upper portion 23 to the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure is gradually increased, and a second groove portion 2432 is formed in the region below the triangular pyramid structure, and the plane in which the second groove portion 2432 is located and the plane in which the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure is located are parallel to each other. The first groove portion 2431 and the second groove portion 2432 are connected end to form the groove 243. In addition, the depths of the first groove portion 2431 and the second groove portion 2432 may be designed by those skilled in the art according to actual conditions as long as sufficient penetration strength of the staples is ensured.
Preferably, the contour line of the first groove portion 2431 away from the first leg upper portion 23 coincides with the outer contour line of the first outer inclined surface 241, thereby forming a first protruding peripheral blade 51; the contour line of the second groove portion 2432, which is distant from the first leg upper portion 23, coincides with the outer contour line of the bottom surface of the triangular pyramid structure, whereby a second protrusion-type peripheral blade 52 is formed. Similarly, the first and second raised peripheral blades 51, 52 are joined end to form a complete raised peripheral blade 5.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in this embodiment, second tip 34 shares the same outer contour as first tip 24, and is axisymmetric about the longitudinal center axis of the staple and will not be described further herein.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the annular groove 243 described above is equally applicable to the spike tip of the protruding fold line spike type structure.
Through the design, the anastomosis nail provided by the invention has more knife edges, increases the sharpness of the nail penetrating into human tissues, can reduce the resistance force applied when the anastomosis nail penetrates into the human tissues, ensures the stable forming of the anastomosis nail, has good anastomosis effect, and can not cause the phenomena of wound bleeding and the like.
In addition, the invention also provides a medical anastomat which uses the anastomosis nail provided by the invention.
