Abstract

本发明公开了一种吸光发热混纺纱线,由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:20~30%棉纤维、30~40%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、15~25%聚酯中空纤维以及5~35%氨纶纤维,所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:首先由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的短纤,然后将所述纤维与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,得到纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;将上述纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。本发明制得的吸光发热混纺纱线在光照下,逐渐升温,其温度在光照30min后比一般的织物温度高4~5℃,纱线织物具有良好的吸光发热性能;保温率达19%~21%,热传系数在40.35~54.23之间,保温性能优于普通织物。

一种吸光发热混纺纱线
技术领域
本发明涉及纱线技术领域,尤其是一种吸光发热混纺纱线。
背景技术
随着近年来国内外面料市场的迅速发展,传统的面料需求已经不能满足消费者多元化的需求,越来越多的功能性面料得到了消费者的青睐。对于发热功能的面料来讲,研究最多的主要分为吸湿发热面料和吸光发热面料。其中吸湿发热功能是通过面料结构的设计,使面料吸湿后的水分子在面料内部剧烈运动而将动能转化为热能而起到发热作用。而对于吸光发热面料来讲,主要分为以下情况:第一种采用吸光发热的纤维进行织造,比如纳米陶瓷锦纶短纤通过纳米陶瓷颗粒吸收人体的热辐射,阻挡热量溢散,同时自身也能吸收太阳辐射中的可见光和红外线,并将其转化成为热能,聚丙烯腈纤维通过加入远红外陶瓷粉和碳化锆颗粒得到了聚丙烯腈基太阳能蓄能发热纤维,目前已开发的具有吸光发热性能的纱线均通过将具有吸收红外线性能的颗粒加入基体纤维溶液中制得,织造的织物比一般织物在晴天的温度高2~8℃,第二种,采用在面料表层进行吸光发热层的涂覆,但这种方法严重影响了面料的透气透湿性能,并且面料质量也随着洗涤次数的增加而质量下降,随着人们对衣料织物轻薄、功能化的要求越来越高,现有的吸光发热混纺纱线的吸光发热效果以及保温性能仍待于进一步的提高。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提高纱线的吸光发热效果以及保温性能,本发明提供一种吸光发热混纺纱线。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种吸光发热混纺纱线,由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:20~30%棉纤维、30~40%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、15~25%聚酯中空纤维以及5~35%氨纶纤维,其中所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:步骤一,由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的改性腈纶短纤;步骤二,将所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的混纺组成百分比为40%:30%:30%,制得纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;所述吸光发热混纺纱线的制备方法为:将上述制得的纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。
上述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒的粒径为150~250nm,所述纳米火山岩石粉末的粒径为10~100nm。
上述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末与腈纶纺丝液混合的摩尔质量比(g/g)均为1:40~1:200。
上述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,所述制备所得的吸光发热混纺纱线经过20~50次水洗之后的吸光发热性能仍可保持在95%以上。
上述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,所述吸光发热纱线置于恒温恒湿室内进行制造,所述恒温恒湿室内的温湿度条件具体为:温度为(25±1)℃,湿度为(60±5)%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益性技术效果:
本发明提出了一种吸光发热混纺纱线,制作工艺简单,易于生产实施,在光照下,混纺纱线制备的织物逐渐升温,其温度在光照30min后比一般的普通织物温度高4~5℃,纱线织物具有良好的吸光发热性能;保温率达19%~21%,热传系数在40.35~54.23之间,保温性能优于普通织物。

【实施例1】
一种吸光发热混纺纱线,由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:25%棉纤维、35%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、20%聚酯中空纤维以及20%氨纶纤维,其中所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:步骤一,由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的改性腈纶短纤;步骤二,将所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的混纺组成百分比为40%:30%:30%,制得纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;所述吸光发热混纺纱线的制备方法为:将上述制得的纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒的粒径为150nm,所述纳米火山岩石粉末的粒径为50nm。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末与腈纶纺丝液混合的摩尔质量比(g/g)均为1:100。
进一步的,所述制备所得的吸光发热混纺纱线经过20~50次水洗之后的吸光发热性能仍可保持在95%以上。
进一步的,所述吸光发热纱线置于恒温恒湿室内进行制造,所述温湿度条件具体为:温度为25℃,湿度为60%。
【实施例2】
一种吸光发热混纺纱线,由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:20%棉纤维、30%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、15%聚酯中空纤维以及35%氨纶纤维,其中所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:步骤一,由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的改性腈纶短纤;步骤二,将所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的混纺组成百分比为40%:30%:30%,制得纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;所述吸光发热混纺纱线的制备方法为:将上述制得的纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒的粒径为200nm,所述纳米火山岩石粉末的粒径为10nm。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末与腈纶纺丝液混合的摩尔质量比(g/g)均为1:40。
进一步的,所述制备所得的吸光发热混纺纱线经过20~50次水洗之后的吸光发热性能仍可保持在95%以上。
进一步的,所述吸光发热纱线置于恒温恒湿室内进行制造,所述温湿度条件具体为:温度为24℃,湿度为55%。
【实施例3】
一种吸光发热混纺纱线,由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:30%棉纤维、40%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、25%聚酯中空纤维以及5%氨纶纤维,其中所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:步骤一,由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的改性腈纶短纤;步骤二,将所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的混纺组成百分比为40%:30%:30%,制得纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;所述吸光发热混纺纱线的制备方法为:将上述制得的纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒的粒径为250nm,所述纳米火山岩石粉末的粒径为100nm。
进一步的,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末与腈纶纺丝液混合的摩尔质量比(g/g)均为1:200。
进一步的,所述制备所得的吸光发热混纺纱线经过20~50次水洗之后的吸光发热性能仍可保持在95%以上。
进一步的,所述吸光发热纱线置于恒温恒湿室内进行制造,所述温湿度条件具体为:温度为26℃,湿度为65%。

1.一种吸光发热混纺纱线,其特征在于:由以下质量百分数的纤维制备而成:20~30%棉纤维、30~40%纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤、15~25%聚酯中空纤维以及5~35%氨纶纤维,其中所述纳米发热腈纶混纺短纤的制备过程为:步骤一,由纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末和腈纶纺丝液共混制得的改性腈纶短纤;步骤二,将所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维进行混纺,所述改性腈纶短纤与棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维的混纺组成百分比为40%:30%:30%,制得纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤;所述吸光发热混纺纱线的制备方法为:将上述制得的纳米陶瓷腈纶混纺短纤与棉纤维、聚酯中空纤维、氨纶纤维按照上述质量比(g/g)例进行交织混纺,得到吸光发热混纺纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒的粒径为150~250nm,所述纳米火山岩石粉末的粒径为10~100nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述纳米陶瓷颗粒、纳米火山岩石粉末与腈纶纺丝液混合的质量比(g/g)均为1:40~1:200。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述制备所得的吸光发热混纺纱线经过20~50次水洗之后的吸光发热性能仍可保持在95%以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸光发热混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述吸光发热纱线置于恒温恒湿室内进行制造,所述温湿度条件具体为:温度为(25±1)℃,湿度为(60±5)%。
