本发明涉及换热器领域,具体是一种空冷式换热器。
背景技术
目前换热器应用广泛,大部分换热器采用的是液体介质进行换热,它的制作要求液体流动区域必须完全密封,否则会漏水造成热量损失,传统的液体介质换热器在实际使用中需要连接外部的管道,并且需要设置冷水箱,而外部的管道和冷水箱占地面积较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有的液体介质换热器需要连接外部的管道,并且需要设置冷水箱,而外部的管道和冷水箱占地面积较大的问题,提供一种空冷式换热器。
本发明的具体方案是:一种空冷式换热器,它包括外壳,外壳内装有换热管路,外壳一侧装有进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管与外壳内的换热管路连接,外壳顶部设有通风孔,通风孔上方装有风罩,风罩内装有风扇,风罩外装有驱动装置与风扇连接,外壳底部设有开口。
本发明设置风扇采用空气换热的方式,取消了液体介质换热器需要配备的外部管道和冷水箱,大大减小了占地空间;同时,由于采用空气换热方式,制作过程不需要保证外壳的密封性,制作成本降低。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本实施例包括外壳2,外壳2内装有换热管路,外壳2一侧装有进水管1和出水管5,进水管1和出水管5与外壳2内的换热管路连接,外壳2顶部设有通风孔,通风孔上方装有风罩3,风罩3内装有风扇,风罩3外装有驱动装置4与风扇连接,外壳2底部设有开口用于通风对流。
