Abstract
本发明提供了一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其能在单层覆膜的基础上,有效避免使用后向中间弯曲的现象发生。一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其包括依次连接的吸墨层、固色层和PVC硬片基材,其特征在于:PVC硬片基材相对于固色层的另一侧凸设形成有加强筋,加强筋沿PVC硬片基材长度方向成行排布,每行加强筋设有2个以上间隔设置的加强筋单体,加强筋单体沿PVC硬片基材宽度方向延伸,相邻两行的加强筋单体交错布置。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC硬片领域,尤其涉及适用于展架的PVC硬片,具体为一种弱溶剂PVC硬片。
背景技术
弱溶剂PVC硬片在展示器材中应用广泛,尤其常作为画布应用于易拉宝中。现有的弱溶剂PVC硬片分为两种,一种为单面覆膜,另一种为双面覆膜,单面覆膜相较于双面覆膜生产工艺简单、成本低,但使用一段时间后,容易受到膜层收缩差异的影响,导致画布容易向中间弯曲。
发明内容
针对单面覆膜弱溶剂PVC硬片使用一段时间后易向中间弯曲,双面覆膜弱溶剂PVC硬片成本高的技术问题,本发明提供了一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其能在单层覆膜的基础上,有效避免使用后向中间弯曲的现象发生。
其技术方案是这样的,一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其包括依次连接的吸墨层、固色层和PVC硬片基材,其特征在于:所述PVC硬片基材相对于所述固色层的另一侧凸设形成有加强筋,所述加强筋沿所述PVC硬片基材长度方向成行排布,每行加强筋设有2个以上间隔设置的加强筋单体,所述加强筋单体沿所述PVC硬片基材宽度方向延伸,相邻两行的加强筋单体交错布置。
进一步的,所述加强筋单体为滚压形成。
进一步的,所述PVC硬片基材相对于所述固色层的另一侧涂布形成有遮光层,所述遮光层为黑色PET层,所述黑色PET层厚度为10μm~15μm。
进一步的,所述吸墨层采用弱溶剂型丙烯酸树脂涂层,涂层厚度为30μm~45μm。
进一步的,所述固色层为PVA涂层,涂层厚度为20μm~35μm。
进一步的,所述PVC硬片基材厚度为200μm~300μm。
本发明通过在PVC硬片基材相对于固色层的另一侧凸设形成有加强筋,加强筋沿PVC硬片基材长度方向成行排布,每行加强筋设有2个以上间隔设置的加强筋单体,加强筋单体沿PVC硬片基材宽度方向延伸,相邻两行的加强筋单体交错布置,能够有效避免使用后向中间弯曲的现象发生,避免了双层覆膜,并且加强筋单体为滚压形成,能够有效降低整体工艺成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其包括依次连接的吸墨层1、固色层2和PVC硬片基材3,PVC硬片基材3相对于固色层2的另一侧凸设形成有加强筋,加强筋沿PVC硬片基材3长度方向(即图1上下方向)成行排布,每行加强筋设有2个以上间隔设置的加强筋单体4,加强筋单体4沿PVC硬片基材3宽度方向(即图1左右方向)延伸,相邻两行的加强筋单体4交错布置;加强筋单体4为滚压形成,加强筋单体4的长度为20mm~60mm、宽度为2mm ~4mm、高度(沿凸设方向)为1.2mm~2mm,相邻加强筋单体的间隔为15mm~35mm,加强筋单体的行间距为8mm~45mm。
PVC硬片基材3相对于固色层2的另一侧涂布形成有遮光层,通过遮光层的设置能够确保画质。
吸墨层1采用弱溶剂型丙烯酸树脂涂层,涂层厚度为30μm~45μm,优选为30μm;固色层2为PVA涂层,涂层厚度为20μm~35μm,优选为20μm;吸墨层1和固色层2整体厚度控制在50μm~80μm,不仅涂层干燥快速而且喷绘打印颜色鲜艳亮丽;PVC硬片基材3厚度为200μm~300μm,优选为280μm,PVC硬片基材3厚度控制,便于展架使用后对画布进行收卷;遮光层为黑色PET层,黑色PET层厚度为10μm~15μm,优选为15μm。
Claims (6)
1.一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其包括依次连接的吸墨层、固色层和PVC硬片基材,其特征在于:所述PVC硬片基材相对于所述固色层的另一侧凸设形成有加强筋,所述加强筋沿所述PVC硬片基材长度方向成行排布,每行加强筋设有2个以上间隔设置的加强筋单体,所述加强筋单体沿所述PVC硬片基材宽度方向延伸,相邻两行的加强筋单体交错布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其特征在于:所述加强筋单体为滚压形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其特征在于:所述PVC硬片基材相对于所述固色层的另一侧涂布形成有遮光层,所述遮光层为黑色PET层,所述黑色PET层厚度为10μm~15μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其特征在于:所述吸墨层采用弱溶剂型丙烯酸树脂涂层,涂层厚度为30μm~45μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其特征在于:所述固色层为PVA涂层,涂层厚度为20μm~35μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种弱溶剂PVC硬片,其特征在于:所述PVC硬片基材厚度为200μm~300μm。
