本发明属于化妆品原料领域,具体涉及一种化妆品用原料及其制备方法。
背景技术
生物基可降解高分子材料能够大大降低人们对石油的依赖,与普通的石油基高分子材料相比,生物基可降解高分子材料能够降低石油资源的消耗;除此之外,在整个生物基髙分子的生产过程中消耗了二氧化碳和水,从而可以减少二氧化碳的排放;由于生物降解高分子制品可以和有机废弃物一起堆肥处理,避免了一般塑料垃圾人工分拣的麻烦,方便了垃圾的分类和收集处理。目前,可生物降解高分子材料的应用日益广泛,涉及到从医疗卫生、包装业服装业等各个领域。
药用原料中很多材料都可以用于化妆品及医美产品中,但是较多材料存在水溶性差,刺激性大,吸收差等情况,例如水杨酸,壬二酸,乳酸,杏仁酸,果酸等。如直接使用,效果差,且刺激性较大,不利于皮肤修复,需要研究在不影响效果的基础上,增加溶解性,降低刺激性的方法。玫瑰痤疮在皮肤修复领域有较大难度,目前水杨酸、杏仁酸、壬二酸对玫瑰痤疮治疗效果较好,但刺激性大、水溶性较差(20℃溶解度为0.2g/100ml)。
发明内容
本发明是针对以上化妆品原料水溶性较差、刺激性大的问题,提供一种化妆品用原料及制备方法,其制备方法为共挤压方式,操作简单易行,将药用原材料水杨酸、杏仁酸、壬二酸进行包合,降低毒性、刺激性,增加溶解性,长效性。且填补国内这一产品空白。
一种化妆品用原料,该原料是由高分子材料、药用原料和增塑剂组成,其重量份数依次为40-60份,10-35份和15-45份。
本发明技术方案中:所述的高分子材料为可生物降解高分子材料,并且具有水溶性。
进一步的:所述的可生物降解高分子材料为环糊精、淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸、纤维素、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
本发明技术方案中:所述的药用原料为水杨酸、壬二酸、杏仁酸中的一种或几种。
本发明技术方案中:所述的增塑剂为甘油、水、乙二醇、山梨醇、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
一种上述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将高分子材料和药用原料预混,在室温条件下加入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到混匀的混合物;
2)向上述混合物中加入增塑剂,在室温下高速混合机中搅拌混合10min,得到混合均匀的共混物;
3)将上述搅拌混合均匀的共混物加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼、熔融、挤出和造粒,制备得到高分子包合化妆品原料。
上述制备方法中:高分子材料、药用原料和增塑剂组成,其重量份数依次为40-60份,10-35份和15-45份。
上述制备方法中:所述的高分子材料为可生物降解高分子材料,并且具有水溶性;优选所述的可生物降解高分子材料为环糊精、淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸、纤维素、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
上述制备方法中:所述的药用原料为水杨酸、壬二酸、杏仁酸中的一种或几种。

有益效果:由于水杨酸不易溶于水(20℃溶解度为0.2g/100ml),在化妆品使用中对皮肤容易产生刺激性,而淀粉不具有水溶性,对皮肤不具有刺激性。这限制了水杨酸在化妆品领域的应用,因此以淀粉为载体,以水杨酸为模型药物,采用熔融挤出法制备化妆品原料,制备方法简单,并且所制备的淀粉包合水杨酸材料具有良好的水溶性,对皮肤无刺激性,解决了水杨酸现存的问题,为化妆品原料制备提供了一种新的途径,将扩大其在化妆品、食品、医药及纺织等行业的广泛应用。

(1)将40kg的玉米淀粉、15kg的乙二醇和15kg的水共混,室温下在高混机中共混10min,混合均匀后,再加入20kg的水杨酸,在室温下高混机中进行共混10min,得到混合均匀的共混物。
(2)将上述混合均匀的共混物加入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼、熔融、挤出和造粒,制备得一种化妆品用原料。
高分子包合水杨酸的粒料的制备操作条件如下:将混合物送入双螺杆挤出机,以下列出了详细的加工参数:

螺杆转速:150-180rpm

(备注:皮肤刺激性实验依据中华人民共和国化妆品卫生规范毒理学实验方法中皮肤刺激性实验方法进行实验和评级,皮肤刺激强度分级,积分均值<0.5时,说明对皮肤无刺激性;积分均值为0.5~2.0,说明对皮肤有轻刺激性;积分均值2.0~6.0时,说明对皮肤有中刺激性;积分均值6.0~8.0,说明对皮肤有强刺激性。)。
Claims (10)
1.一种化妆品用原料,其特征在于:该原料是由高分子材料、药用原料和增塑剂组成,其重量份数依次为40-60份,10-35份和15-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用原料,其特征在于:所述的高分子材料为可生物降解高分子材料,并且具有水溶性。
3.根据权利要求2所述的化妆品用原料,其特征在于:所述的可生物降解高分子材料为环糊精、淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸、纤维素、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用原料,其特征在于:所述的药用原料为水杨酸、壬二酸、杏仁酸中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品用原料,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为甘油、水、乙二醇、山梨醇、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
6.一种权利要求1所述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将高分子材料和药用原料预混,在室温条件下加入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到混匀的混合物;
2)向上述混合物中加入增塑剂,在室温下高速混合机中搅拌混合10min,得到混合均匀的共混物;
3)将上述搅拌混合均匀的共混物加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼、熔融、挤出和造粒,制备得到高分子包合化妆品原料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,其特征在于:高分子材料、药用原料和增塑剂组成,其重量份数依次为40-60份,10-35份和15-45份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的高分子材料为可生物降解高分子材料,并且具有水溶性;优选所述的可生物降解高分子材料为环糊精、淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸、纤维素、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求6所述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的药用原料为水杨酸、壬二酸、杏仁酸中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求6所述的化妆品用原料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为甘油、水、乙二醇、山梨醇、柠檬酸中的一种或几种。
