Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an anonymous reporting reward distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the present invention provides an anonymous reporting reward issuance method, including:
s12: recording the first public key to the block chain so that a user side of a reporter can acquire the first public key, encrypting the report information and the first address through the first public key to generate encrypted information, and recording the encrypted information to the block chain;
s14: acquiring encrypted information, and decrypting the encrypted information through a first private key corresponding to a first public key to obtain report information and a first address;
s16: and in response to confirming the reporting information, transferring the first address to issue an award, so that the user end transfers the award received by the first address to the second address through the privacy trade contract.
The method is exemplarily illustrated by the following examples that the authority a issues acceptance anonymous reporting information, the citizen nail performs anonymous reporting, the authority a issues a reward after verifying the reporting of the citizen nail, and the citizen nail receives the reward:
in step S12, when the terminal of the organization a issues the anonymous report acceptance information on the block chain (or may select one or more of a plurality of distribution channels such as on the block chain, on the social network, on the media, and off-line according to actual needs), the terminal of the organization a issues the first public key P A Recording onto the blockchain. Specifically, in this embodiment, a report contract is arranged on the blockchain, and anonymous report information and the first public key P are accepted A Is issued ofAll can be issued through a report contract, so that each user side can acquire the anonymous report acceptance information and the first public key P through an interface of the contract A (ii) a In further embodiments, other configurations may be used on the blockchain as would be understood by those skilled in the art, and the same technical effect may be achieved.
The user side of the citizen A acquires the accepted anonymous reporting information, and when the citizen A decides to perform anonymous reporting, the reporting information m and the first address add are submitted in the user side 1 The user end of the citizen nail acquires the first public key P A By means of a first public key P A For the report information m and the first address add 1 Encrypting to generate encrypted information M = P A (m,add 1 ) And packaging the encrypted information M into a transaction and sending the transaction to a contract address of the reported contract, executing the transaction by reporting the contract at the block link point, and recording the encrypted information M on the block chain after the transaction passes the consensus.
In step S14, after the terminal of authority a acquires the encrypted information M, it passes the first public key P A First private key p of A Decrypting the encrypted information M to obtain the report information M and the first address add 1 。
After the report information m is obtained, the A organ verifies the report information m, judges whether the report is effective or not, and inputs the judgment result into the terminal:
if the report is invalid, the terminal of the organ A generates result feedback information with invalid report information, packages the result feedback information into a transaction and sends the transaction to a contract address of the report contract, and records the result feedback information to a block chain for a user side of the citizen A to obtain (in more embodiments, different response modes such as no operation and the like can be configured according to actual requirements when the report is invalid);
if the report is valid, triggering step S16, the terminal of the A organ generating the first address add 1 Transferring accounts to issue the transaction of the reward and sending the transaction to the blockchain node, and completing the add to the first address after the transaction is successfully executed and passes the consensus 1 The transfer of (2).
The first address add is detected by the user side of the citizen A 1 After receiving the reward issued by the A organ, transferring the received reward to the private transaction contract, and adding the reward to the private transaction contract according to the second address 2 Generating a private transaction, and transferring the reward to the second address add through a private transaction method (the specific method can refer to patent document No. CN201810855516.2, which is not described in detail here) 2 In (1). In further embodiments, the transfer of step S16 may also be performed by other private transaction contracts and private transaction methods as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, as long as the second address add cannot be traced back from the private transaction 2 The same technical effect can be achieved.
After the transfer of the step S16 is completed, the citizen nail can add the second address according to the requirement of the citizen nail 2 The assets in (1) are subject to operations such as payment, consumption or cash withdrawal. Because the identity of the person who submits the newspaper cannot be exposed by the address (which is not registered with the real name), the identity of the person who submits the newspaper can only be exposed in the links of submitting or consuming the newspaper through the address, and the like, all parties can trace back the first address according to the public information through the method and cannot trace back the second address, and the identity of the person who submits the newspaper cannot be exposed by operations of paying, consuming, submitting and the like through the second address.
The method shown in fig. 1 is exemplarily explained above by taking an example of issuing the anonymous reporting award to the citizen by agency a, and in further embodiments, the method may also be applied to issuing the anonymous reporting award in different scenarios, which is not limited by the above examples.
According to the embodiment, the reporting information and the first address are encrypted through the public key of the reporting accepting party and then recorded on the block chain, and after the first address of the reporting accepting party issues the reward, the reward is transferred to the second address through the private transaction contract, so that the second address cannot be traced back even if the first address is leaked, and the condition that the identity of an anonymous reporter is not exposed in the link of receiving the reward is guaranteed.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram of a preferred embodiment of the method shown in FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, step S16 is followed by:
s17: and recording the first private key to the block chain so that a third party can decrypt and verify the report information after obtaining the first private key and the encrypted information.
Specifically, for example, when the authority B needs to supervise issuing the award from the authority a, in order to avoid the authority a from approving the anonymous report award and appropriating the fund, the authority B or any other third party may supervise whether the report is valid as the attribute confirmed by the authority a in step S17:
in step S17, the terminal of authority a sets first secret key p A Record to the blockchain.
The terminal of the B institution or the terminal of any other third party obtains the encrypted information M and the first private key p from the blockchain A Then, by the first private key p A Decrypting the encrypted information M to obtain the report information M and the first address add 1 Therefore, whether the reporting content of the reporting information m is real and effective can be verified.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first private key and the first public key are only used for one reporting event, that is, a different public and private key pair needs to be configured separately for each reporting event, or the public and private key pair in the system needs to be replaced before step S17 is executed, so as to prevent a lawbreaker from performing some illegal operations with the first private key.
The embodiment further discloses the private key on the block chain after the reward is issued, so that a third party can verify the reporting information recorded on the block chain by the anonymous reporter, the transparency of the reporting information and the supervision of the reward issuance are further realized, and the public trust of the reporting accepting party is enhanced.
FIG. 3 is a flow chart of a preferred embodiment of the method of FIG. 2. As shown in fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, step S17 is followed by:
s18: and recording transfer information for transferring the first address to the block chain so that a third party can verify the award distribution according to the first address and the transfer information obtained by decryption.
Specifically, also taking as an example that the B-institution or other third party needs to supervise the issuance of the award by the a-institution, in addition to supervising whether the a-institution uses the money in the form of giving an anonymous reporting award, it may be supervised whether the a-institution issues an award to the anonymous reporting action that should give the award:
in step S18, the terminal of authority A will address the first address add 1 The transfer information for transferring the account is recorded on the block chain (wherein, if the contract is reported to provide a query interface of the transfer information, the terminal of the A organ does not need to execute the step).
After the terminal of the B organ or the terminal of any other third party verifies in step S17 that the report content of the report information m is valid, the first address add obtained by decryption in step S17 is obtained 1 And whether the transfer information recorded on the block chain verifies that the authority A sends the first address add 1 The award is issued, thereby enabling verification of whether the award is issued by authority a.
The embodiment further discloses the private key and the transfer information of the reward issued to the first address on the block chain after the reward is issued, so that a third party can verify the issuance of the reported reward, the information transparency of the reward issuance and the supervision of the issuance of the reward are further realized, and the public trust of the reporting accepting party is further enhanced.
In another preferred embodiment, the user end of the reporter records the encrypted information on the blockchain and also records the reporting information and the hash value of the first address on the blockchain; the method further comprises the following steps:
and publishing the report information and the first address so that a third party can verify the report information and the first address according to the hash value.
Specifically, this embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 2 in that the reporting information is verified by the hash value recorded on the blockchain instead of the encrypted information encrypted by the first public key, so that the acceptance reporting party does not need to disclose the first private key, and thus does not need to configure a public-private key pair separately for each reporting event.
Further preferably, the method further comprises: and recording transfer information for transferring the first address to the block chain so as to be issued by a third party according to the verification reward.
Specifically, this embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 3 only in that the method shown in fig. 3 performs the bonus issuance verification based on the first address verified based on the encryption information, whereas this embodiment performs the bonus issuance verification based on the first address verified based on the hash value.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an anonymous reporting reward collection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method illustrated in fig. 4 may be performed in conjunction with the methods illustrated in fig. 1-3.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, the present invention further provides an anonymous reporting reward obtaining method, including:
s22: acquiring a first public key; the first public key is recorded on the block chain by a terminal of a receiving reporting party;
s24: encrypting the report information and the first address through the first public key to generate encrypted information;
s26: recording the encrypted information to a blockchain for a terminal to acquire the encrypted information, decrypting the encrypted information through a first private key corresponding to a first public key to acquire report information and a first address, and transferring accounts for the first address to issue rewards in response to confirming the report information;
s28: the reward received at the first address is transferred to the second address via a private transaction contract.
Specifically, the anonymous reporting reward drawing principle of the method shown in fig. 4 can refer to the methods shown in fig. 1 to 3, and the details are not repeated here.
