本发明实施例公开了一种数据传输方法及设备,包括:终端在第一业务的第一非连续接收DRX机制的持续监听时段on–duration期间,利用所述第一业务对应的第一资源接收所述终端的第二业务的数据,所述第二业务的优先级大于所述第一业务的优先级,且所述第二业务的第二非连续接收DRX机制处于休眠时段。本发明实施例优化终端的原处于休眠时段的DRX机制对应的高优先级业务的数据调度时延,提高数据调度效率。
