Claims (7)
1. A medicine production enterprise ordering system is characterized by comprising a client ordering web application, an enterprise end ordering web application and a server local database;
the client-side ordering web application comprises:
the client login module is used for logging in a client ordering web application by a client through inputting an account number and a password of the client, wherein the account number and the password of the client are distributed for the client by an ERP system in an enterprise;
the product database is used for receiving the product information synchronously transmitted by the local database of the server;
the order placing module is used for placing orders for products in the product database by a client, calling the license information of the client in the local database of the server while placing the orders, wherein the order placing is successful if the license information of the client is effective, the order placing is failed if the license information of the client is ineffective, and the order information generated after the order placing is successful is synchronously sent to the local database of the server;
the client order query module is used for receiving order state information synchronously transmitted by the local database of the server and is used for the client to check the order state; the order state information comprises order auditing results, product logistics information and invoice mailing information;
the enterprise-side ordering web application comprises:
the order receiving module is used for receiving order information synchronously sent by the local server database, checking the order and sending the order checking result to the local server database;
the server local database is used for receiving account number and password information of the client synchronously transmitted by the ERP system in the enterprise and storing the license information, the product logistics information and the invoice mailing information of the client synchronously transmitted by the ERP system in the enterprise; the order receiving module is used for receiving the order information sent by the order placing module and sending the order information to the order receiving module; the system is used for sending order auditing results, product logistics in-transit information including product batch numbers and invoice mailing in-transit information to a client order inquiring module; the order information which is qualified by the verification is sent to an ERP system in the enterprise;
the enterprise-side ordering web application also comprises a customer relationship management module; customers include service providers and business companies; the customer relationship management module is used for associating the service provider with the business company information and assisting the service provider in managing the business companies in the range of the service market of the licensed region;
the enterprise terminal ordering web application further comprises a logistics management module, the logistics management module and a logistics freight platform establish a butt joint interface, after orders of an enterprise internal ERP system are delivered out of a warehouse and invoiced, the delivery information and the invoicing information are transmitted to the logistics management module, the logistics management module conducts single order keys into the logistics freight platform in batches through the butt joint interface, the logistics freight platform returns the product logistics information and invoice mailing information to a server local database through the butt joint interface, the server local database updates order states and sends the product logistics information and the invoice mailing information to a client order query module.

The order system of a pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise of claim 1, wherein the enterprise-side order web application further comprises a settlement means management module; the settlement mode management module is used for maintaining the settlement mode of the business company on the basis of the customer relationship, and the settlement mode comprises the following steps: prepaid, cash and credit.

The pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise ordering system of claim 1, wherein the enterprise-side ordering web application further comprises a product management module; the product management module is used for realizing the personalized display of the same product in different sales departments.

The pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise ordering system according to claim 1, wherein the enterprise-side ordering web application further comprises a product unit price management module; the product unit price management module is used for managing the product unit price, and the product unit price is limited by multiple prices, including a customer price adjustment list, an interval price, an area price and a universal price.
5. The order system of medical manufacturing enterprise of claim 1, wherein the ordering module comprises an address option, a custom address filling module, a special requirement specification option, and a custom special requirement filling module.
6. The pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise ordering system according to claim 5, wherein the order receiving module is further configured to normalize the customized special requirements in the order information to correspond to the remark information in the ERP system inside the enterprise.
7. The order system of a pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise of claim 1, wherein the client-side order web application is divided into a computer version and a mobile version, and the enterprise-side order web application is also divided into a computer version and a mobile version.
