技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域，涉及一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界发展，我们的工业高度不断发达，而随之暴露的环境问题也是日益严重，人为的破坏，向自然界中排放的污染物大大超过环境的自净能力，导致失去平衡，而带来的其中一个结果就是臭氧层被破坏。众所周知，臭氧层保护了生物圈，屏蔽了太阳辐射中波长0.23至0.32微米短波辐射的99份以上，而随着臭氧层的被破坏，大量紫外线能够直接到达地球表面，直射人体皮肤，对人们直接的影响就是皮肤癌的发病率大大上升，所以一款好的防晒产品是非常重要的，防晒霜一般是添加了物理防晒剂和化学防晒剂来达到隔离紫外线的效果，如果要提高防晒霜的防晒性能，那就更要增加防晒剂的用量，而化学防晒剂通常都是比较厚重的油性组分，所以在使用时会感觉比较油腻厚重很强；夏天容易出汗，所以对防晒产品的防水性能要求较高，所以一般防晒霜会做成油包水型，而油包水的厚重感会更强，大大影响了人们的使用感受；水包油的产品通常会清爽很多，但是防水性能又达不到油包水防晒产品的要求，所以，一款清爽的并且还具有优异的防水性能的水包油防晒产品的开发显得格外重要。
发明内容
本发明提出一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品及其制备方法，解决了现有技术中防晒产品的清爽性差、防水效果不好的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇1～3份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1～5份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷1～5份，己二酸二丁酯3～8份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯3～8份，二氧化钛3～10份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5～10份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1～4份，乙基己基三嗪酮1～4份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪1～3份，奥克立林1～5份，甘油2～10份，丁二醇2～10份，三乙醇胺0.1～1份，EDTA二钠0.01～0.1份，增稠剂0.01～2份，防腐剂0.1～2份，乳化剂0.5～2份，水46.5～63.7份。

一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.按照上述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的配方，称取各组分备用；
S2.将甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、奥克立林、增稠剂、防腐剂、乳化剂、水混合，搅拌加热到82℃，均质5分钟，得到混合水相，保温备用；
S3.将鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷、己二酸二丁酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、二氧化钛、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪混合，搅拌升温至82℃，保温搅拌10分钟，得到混合油相；
S4.将步骤S3得到的混合油相抽滤到步骤S2得到的混合水相中，均质5分钟，保温搅拌20分钟，得到混合物料；
S5.将步骤S4得到的混合物料降温至40℃，加入三乙醇胺，搅拌15分钟，出料，得到一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品。
作为进一步的技术方案，步骤S2中均质具体为在1500～2500r/min的速度下均质，搅拌速度为600～800r/min。
作为进一步的技术方案，步骤S3中搅拌速度为600～800r/min，步骤S5中搅拌速度为500～600r/min。
作为进一步的技术方案，步骤S4中均质具体为在2200～2800r/min的速度下均质。
本发明的工作原理及有益效果为：
1、本发明中，水包油防晒产品中特定配比的原料及制备方法都是发明人付出大量心血研究得出的，整个配方中的各个组分相互配合，起到了相互增效和协同的作用，使得制备的防晒产品不仅保持了水包油防晒产品的清爽度，同时还兼具优异的防水能力，起到了意料不到的效果，同时，制备的防晒产品稳定性好，防晒效果好，使用后能够有效改善皮肤弹性，适合推广使用。
2、本发明中，二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮相互配伍，显著提高了防晒产品的稳定性，使得该防晒产品在40℃电热恒温培养箱中放置三个月后恢复至室温后无渗油、析水、破乳等现象，放置时间长，二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸具双亲水性、双疏水性，这种特殊的双锁结构在低浓度下就能形成胶束，表面张力非常低，具有优异的乳化能力，能够渗透到角质层，对皮肤的亲和力特别好，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮具有良好的亲水性，二者的混合物加入防晒产品中，当防晒产品被使用后，二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮在皮肤的水相中汇集，从而不再乳化而出现防水能力，冲洗后，仍会在皮肤表面形成一层油膜，使得皮肤更清爽，防水效果好。
3、本发明中，二氧化钛和奥克立林相互配合，二氧化钛的紫外吸收率高，具有较强的吸收辐射的能力，奥克立林对紫外线的吸收率也高，在得到的水包油型防晒产品中，二氧化钛位于油相，奥克立林位于水相，二者双重作用，显著提高了防晒产品的紫外线吸收率，提高了防晒产品的防晒效果，进而提高了防晒产品改善皮肤弹性的功效。

一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇1份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷1份，己二酸二丁酯3份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯3份，二氧化钛3份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1份，乙基己基三嗪酮1份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪1份，奥克立林1份，甘油2份，丁二醇2份，三乙醇胺0.1份，EDTA二钠0.01份，黄原胶0.01份，苯氧乙醇0.1份，二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠0.375份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.125份，水46.5份；
其制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1.按照上述的配方，称取各组分备用；
S2.将甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、增稠剂、防腐剂、二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠、水混合，在600～800r/min的速度下搅拌加热到82℃后，在1500～2500r/min的速度均质5分钟，得到混合水相，保温备用；
S3.将鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷、己二酸二丁酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、二氧化钛、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、奥克立林混合，在600～800r/min的速度下搅拌升温至82℃，保温搅拌10分钟，得到混合油相；
S4.将步骤S3得到的混合油相抽滤到步骤S2得到的混合水相中，在2200～2800r/min的速度下均质5分钟，保温搅拌20分钟，得到混合物料；
S5.将步骤S4得到的混合物料降温至40℃，加入三乙醇胺，在500～600r/min的速度下搅拌15分钟，出料，得到一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品。
实施例2
一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇3份，聚二甲基硅氧烷5份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷5份，己二酸二丁酯8份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯8份，二氧化钛10份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯10份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯4份，乙基己基三嗪酮4份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪3份，奥克立林5份，甘油10份，丁二醇10份，三乙醇胺1份，EDTA二钠0.1份，黄原胶2份，对羟基苯乙酮2份，二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠1.5份，聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5份，水63.7份；

对实施例1～5及对比例1～4制备的水包油防晒产品进行稳定性能测试：将待检测产品在40℃电热恒温培养箱中放置三个月后恢复至室温，观察产品有无渗油、析水、破乳等现象，检测结果见下表：

从表1中数据可以看出，实施例1～5及对比例1～4制备的乳液在40℃电热恒温培养箱中放置三个月后恢复至室温，实施例1～5制备的乳液产品均无渗油、析水、破乳等现象，说明本发明制备的乳液具有良好的稳定性，放置时间长、使用寿命长。
使用效果评价：
1、清爽度和防水性：20名专业评定人员分别使用实施例1～5及对比例1～4制备的水包油防晒产品，使用后对上述产品的清爽度和防水性进行评价，统计平均结果，见下表：

注：以上的清爽度均由专业的评定人员给出，清爽度*表示非常厚重，清爽度*****表示非常清爽；防水性*表示不防水，防水性*****表示防水性优异。
从表2中数据可以看出，实施例1～5制备的乳液在说明本发明制备的防晒产品不仅保持了水包油防晒产品的清爽度，同时还兼具优异的防水能力，起到了意料不到的效果。
2、改善皮肤弹性效果测试：受试人群180人，年龄30～55岁之间，分为9组，每组20人，皮肤状况符合受试者入选标准，其中1～5组为实验组，分别涂抹实施例1～5制备的防晒产品，6～9组为对照组，分别涂抹对比例1～4制备的防晒产品，测试时，受试者出门前脸部清洗后，涂抹防晒产品，连续进行4周，测试结束后，受试者对使用的防晒产品对皮肤效果做出评价，评价标准：*表示防晒产品基本不改善改善皮肤弹性效果，**表示防晒产品改善皮肤弹性效果，***表示防晒产品明显改善皮肤弹性效果；评价结果见下表：

从表3中可以看出，实施例1～5及对比例1～4制备的防晒产品对于受试者来说能够明显改善皮肤弹性效果，实施例1～5制备的防晒产品的改善皮肤弹性效果更好。
对比表1～3中数据，可以看出：
1、与实施例1～5的防晒产品相比，对比例1的防晒产品稳定性差，清爽度、防水性以及改善皮肤弹性的效果均相对差一些，对比例1的防晒产品配方中未添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮，说明本发明中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮加入防晒产品中，能够显著提高防晒产品的稳定性，与配方中其它组分配伍，提高了防晒产品的清爽度、防水性和改善皮肤弹性效果。
2、与对比例1～5的防晒产品相比，对比例2的防晒产品稳定性、防水性和改善皮肤弹性效果均比较差，对比例2的原料中未添加二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠，说明将二(月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺)赖氨酸钠加入防晒产品中，使得防晒产品在保持清爽度的同时具有很好的防水性，使用后有效改善皮肤弹性，同时，提高了防晒产品的稳定性。
3、与对比例1～5的防晒产品相比，对比例3的防晒产品改善皮肤弹性的效果不好，对比例3的配方中未添加二氧化钛，说明将二氧化钛加入防晒产品中，与防晒产品中的其它组分配伍，能够显著提高防晒产品的防晒效果，进而提高了防晒产品改善皮肤弹性的功效。
4、与对比例1～5的防晒产品相比，对比例4的防晒产品改善皮肤弹性的效果不好，对比例4的配方中未添加奥克立林，说明奥克立林的加入，增强了防晒产品的防晒效果，从而使得防晒产品能够有效改善皮肤弹性。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已，并不用以限制本发明，凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，其特征在于，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇1~3份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1~5份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷1~5份，己二酸二丁酯3~8份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯3~8份，二氧化钛3~10份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯5~10份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1~4份，乙基己基三嗪酮1~4份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪1~3份，奥克立林1~5份，甘油2~10份，丁二醇2~10份，三乙醇胺0.1~1份，EDTA二钠0.01~0.1份，增稠剂0.01~2份，防腐剂0.1~2份，乳化剂0.5~2份，水46.5~63.7份；
所述的乳化剂为二（月桂酰胺谷氨酰胺）赖氨酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮质量比为3:1的混合物；
所述的增稠剂为丙烯酸（酯）类/C10-30 烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和/或黄原胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，其特征在于，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇1~2份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1~4份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷2~4份，己二酸二丁酯3~5份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯3~5份，二氧化钛5~10份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯6~10份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯1~3份，乙基己基三嗪酮1~3份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪1~2份，奥克立林3~5份，甘油3~8份，丁二醇3~8份，三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份，EDTA二钠0.05~0.1份，增稠剂0.2~2份，防腐剂0.2~2份，乳化剂0.5~1.5份，水49.5~56.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，其特征在于，由以下重量份的组分组成：
鲸蜡硬脂醇1份，聚二甲基硅氧烷2份，环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷3份，己二酸二丁酯5份，丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯5份，二氧化钛8份，甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯9份，二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯2.5份，乙基己基三嗪酮2份，双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪1份，奥克立林5份，甘油5份，丁二醇5份，三乙醇胺0.2份，EDTA二钠0.05份，增稠剂0.4份，防腐剂1份，乳化剂1.2份，水53.6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品，其特征在于，所述的防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮、1,2己二醇、苯氧乙醇、尼泊金甲酯中一种或多种。
5.一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1. 按照权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的配方，称取各组分备用；
S2. 将甘油、丁二醇、EDTA二钠、奥克立林、增稠剂、防腐剂、乳化剂、水混合，搅拌加热到82℃，均质5分钟，得到混合水相，保温备用；
S3. 将鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷/环己硅氧烷、己二酸二丁酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、二氧化钛、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪混合，搅拌升温至82℃，保温搅拌10分钟，得到混合油相；
S4. 将步骤S3得到的混合油相抽滤到步骤S2得到的混合水相中，均质5分钟，保温搅拌20分钟，得到混合物料；
S5. 将步骤S4得到的混合物料降温至40℃，加入三乙醇胺，搅拌15分钟，出料，得到一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S2中均质具体为在1500~2500r/min的速度下均质，搅拌速度为600~800 r/min。
7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S3中搅拌速度为600~800 r/min，步骤S5中搅拌速度为500~600 r/min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有防水、改善皮肤弹性的水包油防晒产品的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤S4中均质具体为在2200~2800r/min的速度下均质。
