Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗咽炎后期咽腔淋巴滤泡组织增生为主的中成药制剂,属于中成药技术领域。本制中含有山豆根、板兰根、青果、硼砂、血竭、冰糖等六味中成药成分,可制成不同型状的糖块含化。本制剂还可兼治扁桃体炎、风热咳嗽、口腔溃疡、牙周炎、防治病毒性感冒,具有制备方法简单、疗效确切、化肥方便、无任何毒副作用等特点。咽病含化糖总有效率为100%,其中显效率为90.5%。
Description
本发明涉及治疗咽喉疾病为主的中药制剂，属于中成药技术领域。
目前，治疗咽喉疾病的药物多如繁星，由于内服药该处病变吸收较少，各种含化片所含针对性治疗药物较少，仅有润喉作用，均不能解除咽炎后期的淋巴滤泡组织增生。
本发明人针对这一难题，筛选出能解除咽腔粟粒斑点的中草药与冰糖制成本中成药，口含化出的药液直去病灶，咽至胃肠道的药又随药物归经和血液循环又对余药发挥第二次药理作用，同时也对口腔溃疡有特殊的治疗作用。
本发明主要技术方案是：处方：山豆根、板兰根、射干、硼砂、血竭、青果、冰糖方义：山豆根、板兰根、青果均有清热解毒、祛痰利咽的作用，硼砂、冰糖具有散结养阴、生津润喉；血竭祛腐生肌，化痰开音，以消“久病必瘀”之顽疾。药液虽有苦味，又以大量冰糖相合，使其苦不能上泛，而共同达到清热解毒、消痰利咽、生津润喉、化瘀开音的目的。用于预防与治疗急慢性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、梅核气风热咳嗽、口腔溃疡均有独特的治疗效果，经临床疗效观察，总有效率为100％，其中显效率为90.5％。
以下依据本发明中的处方公开二个实施例：处方：山豆根50，板兰根50，射干30，青果40，
硼砂40，血竭20，冰糖1000制法：1.配料：各药准确称量，冰糖、血竭分别碾细粉备用。
2.提取、浓缩：将山豆根、板兰根、射干、青果加水煎煮2次成提取液，第一次加水7倍，煎煮2小时，第二次加水5倍，煎煮1小时，合并提取液浓缩200毫升，加糊精适量与冰糖拌匀压片、烘干。处方：山豆根70，板兰根75，射干40，青果55，
硼砂60，血竭35，冰糖2000制法：1.配料：各药准确称量，冰糖、血竭分别碾细粉备用。
2.提取、浓缩：将山豆根、板兰根、射干、青果加水煎煮2次成提取液，第一次加水7倍，煎煮2小时，第二次加水5倍，煎煮1小时，合并提取液浓缩200毫升，加糊精适量与冰糖拌匀压片、烘干。临床对比观察病例：
患者朱家俊，65岁，男，老艺术家。患慢性咽喉炎30余年，咽喉干燥，声音嘶哑，喉痒即咳，吞咽硬的食物微痛，伴有口腔溃疡。咽腔布满增生的淋巴滤泡，红丝浮绕。粟粒斑点红白夹杂。长期服用六神丸，含化西瓜霜，草珊瑚等收效甚微。自每天含化12片本中成药1周，口腔溃疡获愈，一月后原咽喉症状消失，查看咽腔粟粒斑点消失，咽炎获愈，随访三年未复发。
本中成药只可做成不同型状糖块含化才有疗效，在临床研究和北京几所寄宿学生试用证实，它不仅是治疗口腔咽喉疾病有独特疗效，而且还有抗病毒和预防感冒的作用经300例易患感冒学生每天化服5片，有280例一年来未患感冒。
马小宝，14岁，1995年10月初诊，患扁桃体肥大6年余，经常感冒咳嗽，每次发病都需注射青霉素或输液数天，才能好转入学，为此成绩下降，而留过两次级。自经常含服了本中成药一年多来，从未用过有关的药，原症状没有一次复发，查原肥大的扁桃体也明显缩小，成绩直线上升。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗咽炎及咽腔淋巴滤泡组织增生的药物组合物，其特征在于以下药物的重量配比，按常规技术制备的组合物的成份及各成份的重量份为：
山豆根50-100. 板兰根50-100. 射干30-60. 青果40-80.
硼砂40-80. 血竭20-40. 冰糖1000-2500.
2.根据权利要求书1的药物组合物，其特征是该药物的成份及各成份的重量份为：
山豆根50 板兰根50 射干30 青果40
硼砂40 血竭20 冰糖1000
3.根据权利要求书1、2的药物组合物，其特征是所述其制法是山豆根、板兰根、射干、青果、煎煮浓缩，血竭、冰糖打细粉，按一定比例拌匀压片烘干。
