Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻量保温面料。该面料为二重或双层组织,至少含有中空聚酯短纤维,其中,中空聚酯短纤维的中空率为10%~50%,含量为5~30重量%。与使用中空PET长丝的面料相比,在保证轻量性和保暖性的基础上,面料的化纤感得以改善,特别适合用于制作冬季服装等。

本发明涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种轻量保温面料。
背景技术
传统的保温服装通常是通过使用高克重的面料或增加面料的层数来阻止热量散发,但这类服装穿着厚重且透气性差,易产生闷热感和负重感,外观臃肿、不美观。
随着经济的飞速发展,消费者的要求也在逐步提高。为此,人们开发出了轻量型的保温服装。如,专利文献CN102560815A中公开了一种轻量保温织物,具体公开了该织物为二重组织或多层组织,至少里纬和/或里经为中空聚酯纤维纱线,中空聚酯纤维纱线的中空率为20%~80%,这样的织物既轻量又保温,但其中的中空聚酯纤维纱线由长丝复丝构成,面料的化纤感极强,而且里纬使用这样的纱线时,亲肤性差。
再如,专利文献CN207016942U中公开了一种保暖、抗静电的面料,具体公开了该织物为梭织纬二重组织,由经纱、里纬和表纬交织而成,其中里纬采用中空涤纶长丝和氨纶的包覆纱,经纱和表纬采用丝光澳毛、莫代尔和导电锦纶的混纺纱,面料在较薄的情况下具有了优越的保暖性,且舒适不束缚,但由于里纬使用的是长丝包覆纱,亲肤性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优越的轻量保暖性以及亲肤性的棉感面料。
本发明的轻量保温面料为二重或双层组织,至少含中空聚酯(中空PET)短纤维,其中,中空聚酯短纤维的中空率为10%~50%,含量为5~30重量%。
本发明利用二重或双层组织,在织物结构中尽可能多容纳静止空气,提高保温性;而使用中空PET短纤维的话,与使用中空PET长丝相比,在保证轻量性和保暖性的基础上,面料的化纤感得以改善。本发明的面料特别适合用于制作冬季服装等。
具体实施方式
本发明的轻量保温面料为二重或双层组织。这里的二重组织是指经二重组织或纬二重组织,这里的双层组织是指由表、里两个系统的经纱分别与表、里两个系统的纬纱交织的组织。优选表面组织纹路表现为斜纹、平纹或复杂组织效果的二重或双层组织,这样可以赋予面料更强的肌理感以及视觉冲击力。
为了赋予面料良好的轻量效果以及保温性,其至少含中空PET短纤维,前记中空PET短纤维的中空率为10%~50%,在面料中的含量为5~30重量%,这样的话,可以赋予面料较好的骨感、蓬松感和轻量效果。如若中空PET短纤维的含量低于5重量%的话,则起不到轻量效果,因此不作为优选;如若中空PET短纤维的含量高于30重量%的话,则面料成本过高,因此不作为优选。
本发明中,中空PET短纤维存在的方式没有特别限定,可以存在于单独纺纱或者与其他纤维混纺形成的短纤纱中,也可以存在于由前记短纤纱形成的合股纱或氨纶包覆纱A中,优选存在于合股纱或氨纶包覆纱A中,其中,氨纶包覆纱A可以是单包纱也可以是双包纱,优选双包纱,这样的话,可以提高面料的细腻感。这里的其他纤维没有特别限定,可以是纤维素纤维,也可以是合成纤维,纤维素纤维可以列举的是棉纤维、麻纤维、粘胶纤维、莫代尔、天丝、竹纤维等,合成纤维可以列举的是聚酯纤维(PET)、聚丙烯腈纤维等。其中,聚丙烯腈纤维可以提高保温蓄热效果,而粘胶纤维则具有较高的回潮率,与中空PET纤维混纺后,粘胶纤维分子链上的强亲水性极性基团与空气中水分子通过氢键相结合,结合之后水分子由原来的气态转化为液态,水分子的动能降低而被转化为热(能)量释放出来,吸湿发热性更优良。本发明中,作为优选,合股纱或氨纶包覆纱A中还含有粘胶、聚丙烯腈和聚酰胺中的一种或多种,更优选为粘胶纤维。另外,本发明中可以根据需要在纤维中添加功能性粒子,赋予抗静电、抗菌除臭等功能性。
作为优选,本发明的弹性纱线为氨纶包芯纱或氨纶包覆纱B,且其皮层原料为普通聚酯、粘胶、棉和天丝中的一种或多种,这样可以赋予面料良好的弹性伸长和回复性能,穿着时更贴肤、保暖、有型,即使做大幅度运动也倍感轻松自如。其中,氨纶包覆纱B可以是单包纱也可以是双包纱,优选双包纱,这里的氨纶包芯纱或氨纶包覆纱B中的氨纶的纤度没有特别限定,优选为40~100旦尼尔(简称D)。当氨纶纤度低于40D时,面料弹性和回复性有下降的趋势,因此不作为优选;当氨纶纤度高于100D时,同等条件下,面料克重有增加的趋势,因此不作为优选。
上述短纤纱的纺纱方式没有特别限定,可以是环锭纺、紧密纺、赛络纺、赛络紧密纺、涡流纺等。作为优选,在本发明中使用紧密纺或赛络紧密纺纱,这样能够在赋予面料不易起毛起球的属性时,还能保持良好的蓬松手感。这是考虑到当使用环锭纺时,纱线毛羽较长,面料摩擦易引起起毛起球不良的问题,因此不作为优选;当使用涡流纺、气流纺等空气纺纱方式时,面料容易发硬变板,服用性能有下降的趋势,因此不作为优选。
作为优选,本发明的面料至少有一面为起毛面,起毛面根据JIS L 1076A法10H测得抗起毛起球性为2.5级以上。
作为优选,根据ISO 15831法-2004年的测试,本发明面料的保温性克罗值为0.20以上。
作为优选,根据ISO 18782法-2015年的测试,本发明面料的吸湿发热性△Tmax在2.5℃以上。
作为优选,根据JIS L 1096B法-2010年的测试,本发明面料的经纬向弹性伸长率均在15%以上,且弹性回复率均在80%以上。
下面结合实施例及比较例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明的各项性能测试方法如下:
(1)保温性
根据ISO 15831法-2004年进行测试。
(2)吸湿发热性
根据ISO 18782法-2015年进行测试。
(3)伸长率、伸长回复率
根据JIS L 1096B法-2010年进行测试。
(4)抗起毛起球性
根据JIS L 1076A法-2012年进行测试。
(5)中空PET纤维的中空率
a.从面料中任意抽出5cm长的经纱以及5cm长的纬纱,并标注编号,将抽出的经纬纱分别沿纵向切成薄片作为样本待用;
b.使用光学显微镜(型号:基恩士keyence VHX-6000)在放大100倍的倍率下对样本进行观察并拍照,确定出含中空纤维的纱线,并记录编号。根据所记录的编号区分出是经纱还是纬纱,接着从面料的同样的位置上抽出含中空PET纤维的短纤纱,然后按照FZ/T50002法-2013年化学纤维异形度试验方法进行测试。
(6)中空聚酯短纤维的含量
a.从面料中任意抽出5cm长的经纱以及5cm长的纬纱,并标注编号,将抽出的经纬纱分别沿纵向切成薄片作为横截面制样样本待用;
b.使用光学显微镜(型号:基恩士keyence VHX-6000)在放大100倍的倍率下对样本进行观察并拍照,确定出含中空聚酯纤维的短纤纱,并记录编号。根据所记录的编号区分出是经纱还是纬纱,根据面料分析的纱支和密度计算出含中空聚酯短纤维的含量。
实施例01:
经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支的混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的30英支的混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为2:1,按照纬二重组织织造得到坯布,再经过精练(80℃*50m/min)→双面烧毛→水洗→干燥→中间定型(190℃*35m/min、改性聚二甲基硅氧烷柔软剂)→起毛剪毛→后整理定型(190℃*35m/min、阳离子型抗起毛起球剂HS-86)→预缩定型(102℃*30m/min),制得本发明克重为300g/m2的面料,其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为7重量%。具体见表1。
实施例02:
表经(即经纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为天丝/粘胶),其弹性伸长率为50%;里经(即经纱2)选用17英支的氨纶双包纱A(外包纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支的混纺纱,外包纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的30英支的混纺纱),表经和里经的比例为2:1,其弹性伸长率为50%;纬纱选用40英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为天丝/粘胶),其弹性伸长率为50%,按照经二重组织织造得到坯布,再经过精练(80℃*50m/min)→双面烧毛→水洗→干燥→中间定型(190℃*35m/min、改性聚二甲基硅氧烷柔软剂)→染色(130℃*40min)→还原清洗→染色(60℃*30min)→皂洗→起毛剪毛→后整理定型(190℃*35m/min、阳离子型抗起毛起球剂HS-86)→罐蒸(110℃*30m/min),制得本发明克重为300g/m2的面料,其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为7重量%。具体见表1。
实施例03:
表经(即经纱1)选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/精梳棉纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;里经(即经纱2)选用40英支氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶),其弹性伸长率为50%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/精梳棉),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用19英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支的混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的38英支的混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为2:1,按照双层组织织造得到坯布,再经过精练(80℃*50m/min)→双面烧毛→水洗→干燥→丝光→中间定型(190℃*35m/min、改性聚二甲基硅氧烷柔软剂)→染色(130℃*40min)→还原清洗→染色(60℃*30min)→皂洗→起毛剪毛→后整理定型(190℃*35m/min、阳离子型抗起毛起球剂HS-86)→罐蒸(110℃*30m/min),制得本发明克重为330g/㎡的面料。其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为7重量%。具体见表1。

经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为30%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为30%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率10%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支的混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的30英支的混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为2:1,按照纬二重组织织造得到坯布,再经过精练(80℃*50m/min)→双面烧毛→水洗→干燥→中间定型(190℃*35m/min、改性聚二甲基硅氧烷柔软剂)→起毛剪毛→后整理定型(190℃*35m/min、阳离子型抗起毛起球剂HS-86)→预缩定型(102℃*30m/min),制得本发明克重为330g/m2的面料。其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为7重量%。具体见表1。
实施例05:
经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为10%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为10%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率50%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支的混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的30英支的混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为2:1,其余同实施例04,制得本发明克重为300g/㎡的面料。其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为7重量%。具体见表1。
实施例06:
经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的30英支混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为1:1,其余同实施例04,制得本发明克重为300g/㎡的面料。其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为19重量%。具体见表2。
实施例07:
经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;表纬(即纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(即纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的30英支混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的38英支混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为1:3,其余同实施例04,制得本发明克重为300g/m2的面料。其中,中空PET短纤维的含量为28重量%。具体见表2。
比较例01:
经纱以及即纬纱1均选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;纬纱2选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的40英支混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的40英支混纺纱),表纬和里纬按照1:1的比例配列,2/2右斜纹组织织造得到坯布,其余同实施例01,制得克重为300g/m2的面料。具体见表2。
比较例02:
经纱选用20英支的氨纶双包纱B(外包纱1、2均为40英支的普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纱线),其弹性伸长率为50%;表纬(纬纱1)选用32英支的氨纶包芯纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET/粘胶色纺纤维),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(纬纱2)选用17英支的合股纱(股纱1为由中空率30%的中空PET纤维和粘胶形成的30英支混纺纱,股纱2为由聚丙烯腈和粘胶形成的38英支混纺纱),表纬和里纬的比例为1:5,其余同实施例04,制得克重为300g/m2的面料。具体见表2。
比较例03:
经纱以及表纬(纬纱1)均选用150D的氨纶空包纱(皮层为普通圆形断面PET DTY),其弹性伸长率为50%;里纬(纬纱2)选用150D/96f的中空PET DTY(中空率为30%),表纬和里纬的比例为3:1,其余同实施例04,制得克重为300g/m2的面料。具体见表2。

Claims (7)

1.轻量保温面料,二重或双层组织,其特征是:该面料至少含有中空聚酯短纤维,其中,中空聚酯短纤维的中空率为10%~50%,含量为5~30重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:所述中空聚酯短纤维存在于合股纱或者氨纶包覆纱A中,且合股纱或氨纶包覆纱A中还含有粘胶、聚丙烯腈和聚酰胺中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:所述面料中还含有氨纶包芯纱或氨纶包覆纱B,且其皮层原料为普通聚酯、粘胶、棉和天丝中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:所述面料至少有一面起毛,且根据JIS L 1076A法-2012年的测试,所述面料的起毛面的抗起毛起球性为2.5级以上。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:根据ISO 15831法-2004年的测试,所述面料的保温性克罗值为0.20以上。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:根据ISO 18782法-2015年的测试,所述面料的吸湿发热性△Tmax为2.5℃以上。
7.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的轻量保温面料,其特征是:根据JIS L1096B法-2010年的测试,所述面料的经纬向的伸长率均在15%以上、弹性回复率均在80%以上。
