Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a golf club head, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a multi-piece golf club head for a wood club head.
Background
In the existing golf clubs, various types of woods such as tee shafts, fairway woods or general woods, the club head shape of the woods is large based on the performance of long-distance hitting. In the conventional wood type club, in order to improve the degree of freedom of design such as the center of gravity of the club head and moment of inertia (Moment Of Inertia, MOI) during a ball striking, the club head body of a part of the wood club head is made of a lightweight material or is designed in a thinned part, so that the weight of the club head body is reduced, and the reduced weight is transferred to other parts of the club head, thereby changing the center of gravity of the club head, moment of inertia during a swing, and the like.
In the club head of the wood club, the weight of the club head main body of the club head can be reduced by selecting materials, the club head main body can be transferred to other parts of the club head to serve as a counterweight, so that the batting performance of the club head is improved, and the club head is manufactured by virtue of the club head with the multi-part combination, so that the club head with the wood club type is manufactured. However, when the club head hits a ball, the stress is directly transferred from the striking plate of the hitting golf ball to the tail end of the club head body through the peripheral wall of the club head body, and the rebound performance of assisting the driving is not generated. Therefore, how to manufacture a wood-type club head with excellent rebound performance is an important item in the current development of wood-type club heads.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the club head manufactured by the existing manufacturing method of the golf club head is difficult to achieve the better rebound force performance of the ball striking.
The technical proposal of the invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a multi-piece golf club head, which comprises the following steps:
Providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, which provides a pre-molded club head front section part, a club head rear section part and at least one club head middle section part, wherein the front end of the club head front section part forms a ball striking panel, one side of the club head front section part forms a rod connecting part protruding upwards, and an intermediate piece is arranged in one club head middle section part;

In the method for manufacturing a multi-piece golf club head as described above, in the step of providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, the intermediate member forms a plate body of a full plate surface, and a full periphery of the intermediate member is connected to an inner periphery of the intermediate ring portion.
In the method for manufacturing a multi-piece golf club head as described above, in the step of providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, the entire periphery of the intermediate piece is connected to the inner periphery of the midsection ring part, and at least one through hole penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed in the intermediate piece.
In the method of manufacturing a multi-piece golf club head as described above, in the step of providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, the front side and/or the rear side of the intermediate piece may form at least one recess.

The invention can achieve at least the following beneficial effects:

The invention utilizes the technical means that a plurality of preformed parts are fixedly connected and combined into a club head body primary blank, so that the club body can be planned into a plurality of parts which are easier to mould and form by means of proper shapes, each part can precisely control the shape and the size of the parts and then be fixedly connected, the three-dimensional appearance of the club head can be ensured to conform to aerodynamics, the subsequent surface processing is reduced, the weight of the club head body can be precisely controlled, and the whole balance weight of the club head is conveniently arranged.
2. The structure for improving the rebound performance of the batting can be formed in the process steps, namely, the golf club body can be planned into a plurality of parts which are easier to mold by means of proper shapes, and the middle part of the golf club head is formed into a middle part, after the plurality of golf club head parts are fixedly connected to form a golf club head body primary blank, the middle part is positioned in the golf club head body primary blank and faces the back of the batting panel, so that the rebound performance of the batting of the golf club head is improved by means of the structure of the middle part in the golf club head body.

The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a multi-piece golf club head, in particular to a manufacturing method of a club head used for manufacturing a wood club head type. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the specific implementation steps are as follows:
Providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, which provides a pre-molded club head front section 11, a club head rear section 12 and at least one club head middle section 13, wherein the front end of the club head front section 11 forms a ball striking plate 111, one side of the club head front section 11 forms a club connection 112 protruding upward, and a middle piece 132 is provided in one club head middle section 13;

In this embodiment, the head body blank 10 is set as a combination of three parts, i.e., a head front part 11, a head tail part 12 and a head middle part 13, wherein the head front part 11 and the head tail part 12 are formed by hot-pressing carbon fiber materials through a die, and the head middle part 13 is formed by casting or forging metal materials or by hot-pressing carbon fibers through a die. Preferably, the middle part 13 of the club head is formed by hot pressing carbon fiber. The weight of the finished product of the golf club head body is reduced by selecting the carbon fiber material, the weight allocation margin of the golf club head body is improved, and the weight design of the golf club head is facilitated.
In the step of providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, the club head front part 11 is a hollow body with an opening facing backward, the club head rear part 12 is a hollow body with an opening facing forward, the club head middle part 13 has a middle ring 131 and a middle piece 132 integrally formed in the middle ring 131, wherein the middle piece 132 can be arranged at the front end, the rear end or the middle section of the middle ring 131, the club head middle part 13 is a body with an opening at the front end or the rear end, or the club head middle part 13 is a body with an opening at the front end and the rear end, so as to facilitate the formation of the middle piece 132 in the club head middle part 13, and in the subsequent step of fixedly connecting the club head parts into the club head body pre-blank 10, the club head middle part 13 can be fixedly connected with the rear end of the club head front part 11 and the front end of the club head rear part 12 respectively, so that the middle piece 132 is positioned at the middle section of the club head body pre-blank 10. In this embodiment, the front end and the rear end of the middle ring 131 of the midhead part 13 can be respectively embedded into the rear end of the front club part 11 and the front end of the midhead part to be fixedly integrated, so that the front club part 11, the tail club part 12 and the midhead part 13 can be firmly integrated.
In the step of providing a preformed multi-piece club head part, the club head middle part 13 may connect the entire periphery of the intermediate piece 132 with the inner periphery of the middle ring 131, wherein the intermediate piece 132 may be a plate body with an entire plate surface, or at least one hole penetrating along the front-rear direction may be formed in the intermediate piece 132, or at least one non-penetrating recess may be formed on either or both of the front side and the rear side of the intermediate piece 132, and the hole and the recess may be circular, polygonal or have other geometric shapes. The thickness of the intermediate member 132, the dimensions of the holes and recesses formed in the intermediate member 132, the location of the holes and recesses, etc. are adjusted and varied according to the actual product requirements, and the weight of the intermediate member 132 in the midhead member 13 can be suitably reduced by the holes or recesses while maintaining the necessary rebound performance.
In the step of fixedly connecting a plurality of club head components to form the club head body blank 10, the club head front section component 11, the club head tail section component 12 and the club head middle section component 13 are fixedly connected into a whole by adopting a welding or adhesive bonding mode according to the materials of the club head front section component 11, the club head tail section component 12 and the club head middle section component 13.
The club head body product manufactured by the manufacturing method is connected with the club connecting part 112 to assemble the club connecting component, the bottom or the tail end of the club head body product is provided with the counterweight component, and the club connecting component is used for connecting the rod piece, thus forming a golf club product.
When a user hits a golf ball with the club having the intermediate member 132 inside, when the striking plate 111 of the club head hits the golf ball, the striking force is transmitted from the periphery of the striking plate 111 to the rear along the periphery of the club head body, and when the force is transmitted to the middle ring 131 of the middle club head member 13, part of the force is directly transmitted to the tail club member 12 through the middle club member 13, and the rest of the force is transmitted to the club head by the middle ring 131 of the middle club member 13 to generate a rebound effect at the middle club member 13 having the intermediate member 132 inside, so that the rebound force is transmitted to the striking plate 111 forward, thereby improving the rebound performance of the club head, and further increasing the flying distance of the golf ball hit by the club head.
