The invention helps doctors to accurately position the photographing position and improve photographing quality and efficiency by adjusting angles at the first joint and the second joint and assisting in judging whether the retractor is at a right angle by laser projection light, the reflector is fixed by arranging the friction damping device consisting of two rubber pads (a plurality of rubber hemispheres on the rubber pads) at the socket of the reflector, the problem that the reflector is easy to fall off when in use in an oral cavity is solved, the fan arranged in the shell is used for blowing air flow onto the reflector to avoid fogging, and the problem that the sight of the doctors is fuzzy due to the fact that the reflector is easy to fog in use is solved.

The front end of the shell 1 is provided with a reflector socket 12, the reflector socket 12 is arranged below the centering device, a friction damping device is arranged in the socket of the reflector and used for fixing a reflector, the reflector is prevented from falling off when being used in an oral cavity, the problem that the reflector is easy to fall off when being used in the oral cavity is solved, the friction damping device arranged at the position of the reflector socket 12 is used for achieving fixation, the friction damping device consists of two rubber pads, a plurality of rubber hemispheres are arranged on the rubber pads, the reflector is placed between the rubber hemispheres on the two rubber pads, and when the reflector is inserted into the reflector socket 12, the reflector has larger friction force under the action of the rubber hemispheres on the two sides of the reflector, so that the reflector is prevented from falling off in the subsequent use process.

The application method of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
S1, a drag hook to be used is installed in a drag hook clamp 5 on a drag hook installation arm 4, a bayonet of the drag hook clamp 5 is buckled with a buckle 8 relatively, the drag hook is fixed in the drag hook clamp 5 by means of internal anti-slip rubber 9, a reflective mirror is inserted into a reflective plate socket 12 arranged at the front end of a shell 1, and is composed of two rubber pads with a plurality of rubber hemispheres due to the fact that a friction damping device is arranged at the socket, the reflective mirror is inserted between the rubber hemispheres of the two rubber pads, and the reflective mirror is fixed by means of larger friction force generated by the rubber hemispheres, so that the reflective mirror is prevented from falling off when the anti-slip type drag hook is used in an oral cavity.
S2, according to actual use requirements, the position of the rotating arm 3 relative to the fixed arm 2 is adjusted, in the adjustment process, the rotating arm 3 rotates around the first joint, when the rotating arm rotates to a proper angle, the rotating arm is initially positioned by means of mutually meshed limiting teeth 16 on hinge bases of the fixed arm 2 and the rotating arm 3, then an included angle between the fixed arm 2 and the rotating arm 3 is fixed by tightening the clamping bolt 6, when the rotating arm is required to be positioned, a laser 17 in the middle position of the front end of the shell 1 is started, the laser 17 emits light rays and projects the light rays onto teeth of a patient, whether the drag hook is positioned at the normal position angle is judged by observing the projection position of the light rays on the teeth, if the angle is found to be deviated, the angle of the first joint and the angle of the second joint is finely adjusted again to correct, so that doctors can accurately position the shooting position, the optimal normal position of the drag hook is ensured, and shooting quality and efficiency are ensured.
S3, rotating the drag hook mounting arm 4 to rotate around the second joint, after the drag hook mounting arm rotates to an angle meeting the actual use requirement, positioning through the limiting teeth 16 on the hinging seat of the drag hook mounting arm 4 and the rotating arm 3, and then fixing the included angle between the drag hook mounting arm 4 and the rotating arm 3 by using the clamping bolt 6, so that the drag hook mounting arm 4 is at a proper working angle, and the drag hook is positioned at a required position.
S4, in the using process, a fan arranged in the shell 1 is started, an air inlet 15 of the fan is used for introducing air from the upper side of the shell 1, an air outlet 11 of the fan blows air flow to the reflecting plate, the fog of the reflecting plate is prevented, the sight of a doctor is prevented from being blurred, an LED lamp 10 at the front end of the shell 1 is started, a switch of the LED lamp 10 is arranged above the shell 1, an illumination light source is provided for operation, and a patient holds a cylindrical handle 7 arranged at the rear end of the shell 1, so that related operation is facilitated.
