Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, and particularly relates to a compound nutritional agent for improving the protein digestibility of racing pigeons and application thereof.
Background
The racing pigeon is one kind of carrier pigeon and is specially cultivated for racing competition. They belong to the genus dove of the family dovetaceae, possess strong physical and excellent flying ability.
In order to develop excellent flying ability, racing pigeons need to be trained in flying frequently outdoors. This not only helps to enhance their flight skills and endurance, but also allows them to better adapt to the various circumstances in the race.
In the aspect of raising, the racing pigeons need to ingest high-protein, digestible and absorbable foods to meet the requirements of growth and development and flying. Proteins are important components constituting muscles, and are particularly important for racing pigeons. Thus, special care is required to provide protein-rich feed for racing pigeons during the feeding process.
At present, the feed is unscientific and unreasonable to be matched, and the problems of poor recovery capability, insufficient development of muscle feathers and the like of racing pigeons can be directly caused. The existing medicaments and health-care foods have poor curative effect and can not obviously improve the protein digestibility, so that a compound nutritional agent is needed, and the compound nutritional agent is suitable for products used by poultry athletic animals and has important significance.
In order to improve the protein digestibility of racing pigeons, the invention increases the ingestion of oligopeptide and improves the protein absorptivity of racing pigeons by changing the diet structure of racing pigeons, thereby providing assistance for racing pigeon training and physical recovery.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a compound nutritional agent which takes soybean oligopeptide and whey protein as main raw materials and is compatible with nutrient elements such as casein, calcium hydrophosphate and the like. Aims to provide energy supplement for long-time racing pigeons and relieve fatigue.

The preparation form of the medicine is oral liquid, powder, granules or tablets.
For the application, the medicine also contains medical acceptable auxiliary materials.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. The composition is prepared from high-quality protein sources, and has the advantages of long duration of action, no residue, small stimulation to animal organisms and the like. The invention adopts natural Chinese herbal medicines as raw materials, ensures that the medicines can continuously play roles in animal bodies, has relatively long action time, can not leave any harmful residues after being metabolized in animal bodies, has extremely low irritation, avoids potential risks possibly brought by long-term use, and ensures the comfort and safety of animals in the use process.
2. The composition has obvious effect and mild effect, is suitable for various poultry competitive animals, and can provide powerful support for the animals.
3. The composition can be prepared into different forms such as granules according to the feeding habit of the competitive animals, is convenient for the animals to ingest in a drinking water or mixing mode, improves the medication compliance of the animals, ensures that the medicines can fully play roles, and helps the animals to obtain better results in the competition.
Drawings
FIG. 1 shows the crude protein digestibility of racing pigeons in vivo digestion experiments using the complex nutritional agents prepared in example 1.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will clearly and fully describe the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments.
Example 1
The composite nutrient for improving the digestion of racing pigeon protein comprises, by weight, soybean oligopeptide 61.51%, whey protein 20%, casein 5%, calcium hydrogen phosphate 5%, magnesium glycinate 5%, L-glutamine 2%, branched chain amino acid 1%, creatine 0.30%, zinc gluconate 0.17% and vitamin E0.02%.
Example 2
The matched pigeons were randomly divided into 5 groups of 3 pairs. One of the control groups. The control group is fed with basic diet, the test group is respectively a control group (K group), a soybean oligopeptide group (composite nutrient prepared in example 1) (C group), a dried meat floss group (D group), a salmon group (E group) and a mixed group (F group), the mixed group consists of soybean oligopeptide, dried meat floss and salmon, and the grouping components account for one third. Wherein the CDEF group is added on basic feed. The experiment was set to 28d and all racing pigeons were fed continuously for 28d in a dose design. When the pigeon racing basic grain is 25g, the formula is 1 g/piece, and when the basic grain is 50g, the formula is 2 g/piece.
K. After C, D, E, F groups are fed for a period of time, digestion and metabolism tests are carried out on the 0d, 7d, 14d, 21d and 28d formal tests by adopting a total manure collection method, and the protein digestibility is measured.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the soybean oligopeptide group (group C) and the dried meat floss group (group D) have the advantages that the digestion rate of crude protein of racing pigeons is improved, the protein content is increased by regulating protein metabolism so as to increase the muscle volume, and the digestion rates of salmon group (group E) and mixed group (group F) are not obviously improved.
(1) With the addition of the soybean oligopeptide, the digestibility of the crude protein is improved by 10.00% and 26.25% in 14d and 21d compared with 7 d. Compared with other groups, the protein digestibility of the soybean oligopeptide is obviously improved, because the soybean oligopeptide is further subjected to enzymolysis and purification on the basis of soybean polypeptide, the soybean oligopeptide has the characteristics of small molecular weight, good solubility and low viscosity, and the supplements such as whey protein, branched-chain amino acid, glutamine, creatine and the like added in the formula can accelerate the muscle synthesis rate so as to increase the muscle strength, and have obvious promotion effects on the increase of the muscle strength after exercise and the energy supply.
(2) With the addition of the dried meat floss, the 7d digestion rate of crude protein is improved by 2.5% compared with that of a blank group, and the 21d is improved by 13.75% compared with the 7 d. After the dried meat floss is defatted, the grease is reduced, and the protein digestibility can be improved.
(3) With the addition of salmon, the crude protein digestibility has a tendency of slowly increasing, but the increasing amplitude is not large, and the 21d of the crude protein digestibility of the mixed group is improved by 15.75% compared with the blank group, and the other weeks are not obviously improved compared with the blank group.
(4) With the addition of the mixed group nutrient, the 21d of the crude protein digestibility is improved by 15% compared with the blank group, and the other weeks are not obviously improved compared with the blank group.
The analysis shows that the addition of the soybean oligopeptide and the addition of the defatted dried meat floss (the oil content after degreasing is about 10.2%) can obviously improve the protein digestibility, and the effect of adding salmon and a mixed group is not obvious.
Finally, it should be noted that the above description is only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the simple modification and equivalent substitution of the technical solution of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
