With the development of container types, some containers are usually equipped with devices, such as supporting legs, lifting devices, air conditioning cabinets, etc., outside the container. However, the above-mentioned devices are mounted outside the container, which results in that the container cannot meet the ISO standard size, and thus great trouble is brought to transportation, loading and unloading, etc.
Therefore, it is necessary to design a container that can be placed on the cladding without the overall size of the container.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a container 100 having an external hanging device 50, the container 100 being generally rectangular and comprising a base frame 10, two side walls 30 extending upwardly from the base frame 10, and front, rear and top walls. In the present invention, the extending direction of the side wall 30 is the length direction of the container 100, and the extending direction of the end wall is the width direction. In the present invention, the container 100 is provided with a top door, and thus the top wall is the door body 40.
The underframe 10 of the container 100 includes a bottom side rail 2 disposed along the rim of the underframe 10, and the side walls 30 extend upward from the bottom side rail 2. The bottom chassis 10 is formed with a recess structure 3 recessed inward from the outer edge of the bottom side member 2, and in the first state, the plug-in device 50 is accommodated in the recess structure 3 without protruding from the outer edge of the bottom side member 2.
Thus, in the present invention, by providing the recess structure 3 on the bottom side member 2, it is possible to allow the external hanging device 50 to be accommodated in the recess structure 3 without protruding the outer edge of the bottom side member 2. In the first embodiment, the recess structure 3 is provided on the bottom side member 2 and is formed by being recessed inward from the outer edge thereof, and the recess depth of the recess structure 3 is smaller than the width of the bottom side member 2. In the second embodiment, the recess depth of the recess structure 3 is not smaller than the width of the bottom side member 2. Since, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom side member 2 is generally slightly higher than the main plate 1 of the bottom chassis 10 in the height direction, the recess structure 3 extends over the bottom chassis 10. Thus, if the recess depth of the recess structure 3 is not smaller than the width of the bottom side member 2, both cases are included.
The first is that the recess depth of the recess structure 3 is equal to the width of the bottom side beam 2, the recess structure 3 just penetrates through the bottom side beam 2, and the external hanging device 50 can be contained in the recess structure 3 or can extend to the inside of the container 100 without interfering with the main board 1.

Since in both of the above embodiments, it is necessary to provide the recess structure 3 on the bottom side member 2, the structure of the bottom side member 2 is not necessarily a complete side member structure. Therefore, in the present invention, the underframe 10 further includes a reinforcement member 21, as shown in fig. 2, the reinforcement member 21 includes a first fixing portion 211, a connecting portion 212, and a second fixing portion 213 sequentially connected, and in the longitudinal direction of the container 100, the connecting portion 212 spans the recess structure 3, and the first fixing portion 211 and the second fixing portion 213 are fixed to the inner edge of the bottom side beam 2.
That is, at least the first fixing portion 211 and the second fixing portion 213 of the reinforcing member 21 are fixed to the inner edge of the bottom beam 2 and are fixed to two sides of the recess structure 3, so that the bottom beam 2 can be reinforced, the influence of the recess structure 3 on the bottom beam 2 on the strength of the bottom beam 2 can be prevented, and the safety and stability of the chassis 10 of the container 100 can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the recessed structure 3 extends into the reinforcement 21. Specifically, the recess structure 3 includes a first recess 31 provided in the bottom rail 2 and a second recess 32 formed by further recessing the first recess 31 toward the connecting portion 212.
In this embodiment, first, the width of the connecting portion 212 is sufficient and the second recess 32 may be formed, so that the reinforcement member 21 may further provide a receiving space for the external hanging device 50, and the connecting portion 212 may still span across the two sides of the recess structure 3, so as to play a role in reinforcing the bottom side member 2.
As shown in fig. 2, the reinforcing member 21 has a U-shaped structure. Of course, if the space provided by the recess structure 3 for the external hanging device 50 is enough, and does not need to extend into the reinforcing member 21, the reinforcing member 21 is completely fixedly disposed against the bottom side member 2, which also achieves the object of the present invention.
In addition, the reinforcing member 21 is also fixed to the main plate 1, and in this embodiment, the recessed structure 3 extends not only in the lateral direction but also in the longitudinal direction, and is provided so as to penetrate the bottom side member 2 from top to bottom. The recess 3 extends into the main board 1 as well as into the connecting portion 212, so that the recess 3 further includes a third recess (not numbered) extending from the first recess 31 further into the main board 1, the third recess being flush with an inner wall of the second recess 32 in a vertical direction.
The concave structures 3 are arranged on the two bottom side beams 2 in pairs, the bottom frame 10 further comprises a reinforcing beam 22, and two ends of the reinforcing beam 22 are respectively connected to two reinforcing pieces 21 arranged in pairs. As shown in fig. 1, the recess structures 3 are provided in pairs and four are provided at the two bottom side members 2, respectively, so that four of the external hanging devices 50 can be accommodated. And, the recessed structures 3 on the two bottom side members 2 are provided correspondingly, and the reinforcing members 22 extend in a direction parallel to the end walls.
Of course, the reinforcing beam 22 is also fixed on the main board 1, so that the reinforcing beam 22 can further provide support for the reinforcing member 21, ensure that the bottom side beam 2 is broken by the concave structure 3 but still has high stability, ensure the safety of the overall structure of the container 100, and ensure safe transportation.
As shown in fig. 3, the chassis 10 may be internally recessed with a weight-reducing hole 101 for reducing the weight of the container 100. Specifically, the underframe 10 is provided with a cross beam, a longitudinal beam and the like which are arranged on the main board 1, and the weight reducing holes 101 are optionally arranged in the cross beam and the longitudinal beam.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the container 100 includes a telescopic arm 7, the external hanging device 50 is fixed on the telescopic arm 7, in the first state, the telescopic arm 7 is in a telescopic state, the external hanging device 50 is accommodated in the concave structure 3, in the second state, the telescopic arm 7 extends outwards, and the external hanging device 50 protrudes outwards from the concave structure 3 and protrudes transversely from the bottom side beam 2.
That is, in the present invention, the external hanging device 50 may be housed in the recess 3, or may extend laterally by the telescopic arm 7 and protrude to the outside of the bottom side member 2. The plug-in device 50 of the present invention can be placed in the recess structure 3 when not in use, or can be extended to the outside of the bottom side member 2 through the telescopic arm 7 when in use, thereby facilitating the use of the device by the user. Of course, the plug-in device 50 has a first state of being received in the recessed structure 3, a second state of extending laterally outwardly from within the recessed structure 3, and a third state of further extending downwardly the support 6.
